Update! My first visit here…I loved the treats, the two staff members were very nice and welcoming. Finally reimbursed this evening for 1300 and some dollars which will directly go on the vet/hospital bill for Toby’s ear. I know it was an ordeal and owner lived up to his word. Issue has been rectified. I would certainly hope all groomers are certified after this. Raising the stars…. We thank you.

Completely unprofessional.Employees of this company are making fake profiles and giving false reviews of small businesses. I have heard horror stories about Woof Gang. If you plan on getting your dog groomed, avoid this place at all costs! They hire unexpirienced 'groomers' and have caused life threatening injuries to dogs. RUN.

Just drove an hour south to support this small business that I enjoy , for them to close early and not have anything posted on social media or Google. 85 miles each way… a complete waste.

Great experience. The staff was extremely courteous to ask what type of cut I wanted and what I’d like for Joplin’s hair. They went above and beyond. We officially found our favorite groomer.

They call the day before to confirm appt. While signing my pup in another dog arrived for same groomer. They did not call me to say they were running late. She stated that dog was part of a pair and the first dog was matted and put her behind schedule. Meanwhile my pup who is service dog trained and goes everywhere we do was accusedof "nipped at a staff person". She has never bit or nipped at anything in 4 years. Lived on a college campus for a year, goes to Kings Island, hotels, Kentucky horse park, Ark encounter, zoo, restaurants, fairs, dog parks, beaches, fireworks, museums, movie theaters and always has perfect manners. I would have accepted overbooking excuse way more than she "nipped at staff". I opted to leave, lost all trust in the place at that point. Thankfully we have a fantastic groomer. We just wanted prettied up before a mini vacation . I am sure any true nip or bite would generate an incident report.

Called ahead to make sure they would be open, arrived at 1:15 on a Wednesday, the doors were locked, no one inside and the open sign off. Disappointing to say the least.

They did so good with both of our dogs, especially since it was the first time they had been to the groomers! They also have such wide variety of treats and other items!

Went to check out the self Pet Wash station at the outlet mall. It was dirty. Dog hair all over the ground. Would be nice if there was a way to sanitize the bath area before bringing your pet in there knowing all the things incompetent people could be bringing in there with their pets (ie: kennel cough, parvo, parasites). I love the idea, just feels poorly executed. Maybe a way to charge people if they leave it dirty?Install a built in vacuum?
