Very clean and well stocked store. It feels more upscale, not at all like a sketchy, seedy shop that these stores can be. Helpful and friendly employees who make you feel welcome and comfortable, makes the shipping experience stress free and not embarrassing, even if you are on the shy side.

Great experience every time i visit! The sales staff are pleasant and attentive while at the same time giving u the space needed when considering a purchase due to the private nature of the items they offer to the customer. It truly is a one stop shop for all your romantic needs...from mild to wild chances are they have it. Dont be nervous...go on in and have a look around...u wont be dissapointed. And neither will he or she lol!

The new store gets a 5 for looks and cleanliness. The staff however left much to be desired. I was putting my mask on as I was coming in the door and was told to keep it over my nose. Okay okay jeez lol. We start looking around and picking up the stuff we came for plus some. When the other employee told me to pull my mask up. The problem was it was already up and my nose was covered. They both then proceeded to watch every move we made and glared at us constantly. We ending up putting about 200 dollars plus of merchandise back and just bought the lube we came in for. I would say is you are looking to be treated like a criminal and made to feel uncomfortable the entire time you shop then this location is the one for you. If you want to be treated with dignity and respect stick to the one in Hilliard.

I love this store! I've never actually gone to a lion's den by myself before, but due to some circumstances in my life, I said "why not?" Honestly, I was a little nervous walking in alone, but I was greeted instantly and the girls there made me feel welcome and ccomfortable. Mary answered the questions I had knowledgeably and respectfully and the girl who rang my items up (Jessie, I believe) made sure everything worked and gave me some helpful recommendations. I will definitely be going back!

I stopped in to check the store out and was greeted by all smile from the employee they were help and kind and went way above their job duties when I locked my keys out of mytruck in the middle of me about to destroy my window sherry offered to take me across the street to get what I needed I didn't catch her coworker name but they really helped me

I was hesitant to go in because of some of the older reviews but I was already in the area and thought "why not?". Very glad that I did too. I'm pretty sure that I'm coming here from now on.The employees that helped me were friendly and incredibly informative. Which, considering the products that are sold here, should be a standard but it seems to be ignored in many other adult retailers.The location itself is in the middle of nowhere so I expected the old trucker stop "ADULT" store. Dim lights, some magazines, and dirty floors. But this store is faaaaar from that. The place is pretty well maintained/cleaned.

Adult novelty and apparel bachelor and bachelorette party supplies. In a classy environment very similar to the hustler store. Yes it's most certainly for adults only but it doesn't have that filthy smell or those token booths or any other things that make you feel like a bad person.

My wife and I walked in together and we were told we weren't welcome, so we walked out. The guy was rather rude. I don't know what his problem was but don't plan on going back. There are other places that actually want business.
