They replaced the awesome pot roast with a beef stew that tastes like it came out of a can..... The mashed potatoes are still good. The reason for 3 stars is because they have one of the few pretty good macaroni and cheeses available in truck stops and their pizza is pretty good as well. Hopefully they don't ruin the meatloaf. Won't touch the powdered eggs for breakfast either.

Showers are relaxing for truck drivers. But here, it's stressful. The cleaning lady complains but doesn't clean. She only cleans after complaints. My husband inquired. She replied, "Take a shower at another truck stop!" The female employee was horrible. If you're patient, please wait for more than 2 hours. Good Luck.🤞

Have had a few times recently where the premium gasoline looks to have water in the underground tank, there is one particularly rude cashier here in the early morning. Over-all very clean, just need to button up a few things here and there

They have a good size store that is well maintained and stocked up. The staff is very professional and friendly.🍔They have the usual PFJ fare with a soup bar and a Denny's inside as well.There's a good size TV room with comfortable seating, also a good little laundry room.🚿Showers are clean with lots of water and good water pressure.🚻The drivers restroom was clean and well maintained.🅿️There's lots of truck parking with lots of room to maneuver around.

You sell low-quality food that makes truck drivers sick and ill! This has happened to us several times already! You are selling bad equipment that breaks after 2 weeks! And when we came to change the headphones we bought, which also broke after a few weeks and I brought a photo of the receipt, the lazy and angry manager also demanded a box!!!!! Which everyone logically throws out of the truck since there is so little space, and also give her the original receipt, which is erased in a week and leaves blank paper!!! And this type of manager refused to replace me with working headphones!! I want this complaint of mine to be read by the most important manager of the travel center FLYING J, we are not satisfied with your service 👎

Our visit to flying j for dumping our black tank left us utterly disappointed. Despite paying for the service, we encountered several issues. Firstly, the water for dumping wasn't even on or functional, rendering the service unusable. To add insult to injury, the staff refused to refund our payment, despite the service being inaccessible.Customer service was another letdown, as the workers displayed rudeness and indifference towards our concerns. As paying customers, we expect a basic level of functionality and professionalism, both of which were sorely lacking in this experience.Overall, our visit to flying j for dumping our tank was a complete disappointment. We hope management addresses these issues promptly to provide better service to future customers.

Don't come here if you are a driver! The fuel prices are higher than the sheetz down the road by an average of 25 cents. And the food at sheetz is way better and also available to order.

I had paid for a reserve parking spot at this location. When I arrived, around 2230 after getting empty from my load, I couldn't find any empty reserve spots. I was pretty much told, "sorry about your bad luck. The lot has been full since 7pm. We can give you a refund." I guess that is all they could really do. They don't have any security, nor any staff willing ir able to check the reserved spots for trucks that haven't reserved a space.

So my food was stolen from the driver's lounge today. Whoever you are, you must've been desperate to steal someone else's meal. Thanks to the manager on duty for being compassionate and making things right. God bless you and the two ladies at the register.

Extremely busy location, but the staff here along with the size and physical layout of the place makes its bearable. Dedicated, friendly staff here.Tons of parking for big trucks, cars, RV's and whatever else you may be driving.Did laundry here. The laundry room could have been a little cleaner, but it wasn't repulsive.Well stocked store.Overall the pace appears clean and well maintained.

Worse place with unhappy people working there.... not been here in long time and I never come back... NO ONE DESERVES THE BAD ATTITUDE OF CASHIERS..... 😒 funny thing is that they have work.... for all the fuel drivers put there....anyway flying j is just showing how they don't care about the customers...and they still have the stupid idea to send the survey to tell them about the experience with them.... 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

1 star for the fact that they have 4 or 5 people working up front, and 5 of 7 showers open & need cleaned. Waiting over 30 minutes for a shower but the people working inside can't be bothered to clean one. Only one guy does them & he's doing a trash run. So screw the drivers waiting on a shower

Got fuel used the bathroom purchased soft drinks and coffee would have liked to have purchased a few of the Cinnabons but none of the staff present seemed interested in serving them as they were behind a counter we were going to buy 5. Their loss.

Plenty of room to park with our travel trailer. Clean environment, restrooms, etc. Employees very friendly. Felt very safe there even in the middle of the night.

Tried 2 pumps. Couldn't get them to work. Half the others have a bag saying not in use. Go to Sheetz instead where the pumps work great, especially when tapping cc with a chip.

Stopped for camper fuel and service. Unable to fill propane because "they don't have someone till monday". It's Saturday and no staff available to fill propane? Unacceptable, train your staff to be muilticapable.

The Dennys here is horrible. I walk in and only 2 booths were occupied and they had already eaten or just got their food. The young lady that sat me was nice, the waitress was extremely nice. I ordered a Grand slam and a coffee. I got a fresh cup of coffee. 45mins went buy and still no food had came out. Ridiculous time frame for something that takes less them 10 mins to make. Manager got attitude with for calling it out as I went to pay for my coffee then said don't worry about. Food service is horrible here. This is my first and last time at this place. Flying J is ok. Hot fresh food. Friendly staff.

I WAS ARGUED WITH A MGR UNTIL I BROUGHT THAT POINT UP THAT PARENT AND GRANDPARENT JUSTICED HIS ACTIONS WELL I STOOD OUTSIDE BATHROOM FOR MY SONS ASKED SOMEONE FOR HELP TO MAKE SURE THEY WERE FINE OR OPENED THE PARCIAL AFTER SCREAMING ANYONE IN BATHROOM CHECKING ON MY SONS OR I LOOKED FOR PRIVATE BATHROOMS THERE IS ALWAYS SOLUTIONS TO TOUGH PROBLEMS IN MAKING SMOOTH ANWERS TO EVERY PUZZLE WIN WIN SITUATION THE WAY YOUR STORES ARES ARE SET UP IM SURE A SERIAL KILLER WILL SKIP IT.THANKS FOR SAM'S JOURNEY

Nov 10 2023Horrid. Waited at Dennys and never was seated. You could hear them in the back talking. A female voice said she was overwhelmed. Another driver sat at the counter. Was so hungry and thirsty I finally left to look at hot window selections.Three people behind counter talking and looking at photos.After another driver said something at another register, I was able to get some chicken strips but they did not have any dipping sauce other than ketchup packets. Chicken strips were hard like they were leftover from lunch.Very poor management.

They won't let us use showers because the electronic system is down. They admit they could still do it with a key and let people in but "that would be so much work for us". No kidding. Your job is literally to service the truck drivers! It's not that difficult to have the cleaner let someone in to shower as soon as he cleans. Plenty of other places do that when needed but I guess they actually care about others.

I’m pretty disappointed in this pilot! I’m a truck driver, and I’ve never been to a place so bad that they don’t even have food. It’s pushing 6 AM in the morning which is prime time for people to come in, first off the fuel, islands, smell like urine. It’s like they haven’t power wash them and who knows how long. I go into the women’s bathroom and in the stall area, it smells like urine, as if the employees haven’t clean the bathrooms and who knows how long, there’s no water pressure to really wash your hands. Also, when I tell you, all of the employees were standing behind the cash register, that’s exactly what they were doing. There was no food in any of the hot boxes. All of the ice was melted in all of the coolers up by the cash registers that hold drinks and little snacks and stuff. I will not be returning to this pilot anytime soon, I’m going to the sheetz down the street!
