They did amazing with my dog Bonnie today. We have been to two different vets who just wanted money and didn't listen to us nor be knowledgeable to us. These ladies today did wonderful, they understood my baby girl was nervous and scared of new people and new places. They let me leave with a peace of mind knowing my baby is good. I will be coming back ❤️🐾

My son had to work on the day of his cats appointment. The cats really don't know me very well, but I agreed to take them. The assistant and the vet were absolutely fabulous. The way they worked with me and hot they treated the cats was awesome.

After already seeing 2 different veterinarians for over a year, I'm Grateful to have found Jefferson veterinary clinic.Very attentive, she even gets on the ground with your pet. Took her time and explained everything. Entire staff was wonderful.

Started coming here a couple months ago. They took excellent care of my senior cat. Recently went for a well visit for my labradoodle. Kind, patient, efficient, and honest!! I’ve found a keeper for vet care!!

Absolutely horrible. The man who was irritated with me on the phone when I'm inquiring getting paperwork for my adopted dog was so unhelpful even when I had all of the paperwork needed, chip information, and rabies Vax info. Clearly lazy and does not have any heart for animals.

Very disappointed. Had an appointment scheduled for my puppies to get there first vaccines, before they go to there forever homes. They called me to reschedule 5 days later then originally scheduled appointment. I expressed I have people scheduled to come pick there puppies up and that would not work. They replied with you can go to another vet or go to tractor supply and do the shots yourself! Never thought a vet office would say that after all the money and time I have spent over the years there. VERY SAD!!!

I love this office. Staff is kind caring and genuine. Dr. Hanneman is by far the best vet Ive ever encountered. Ive gone here for almost 10 years. Own both dogs and cats. I've had a few cross the rainbow bridge after long happy life. Dr. Has always been so compassionate through the process. You can tell she truly cares about animals and their humans.

Just took my cat for the first time and it was a great experience. Everyone was really nice and polite. The Veterinarian is extremely knowledgeable and seemed to have my pets well-being first. Looking forward to coming back for years and years to come!

I love this place. Everyone is so friendly and love my dog Stanley. Stanley loves going there so much that I have a hard time getting him to leave. I highly recommend this place. I would not entrust Stanley with anyone else. Thank you for your genuine care.

In my 15+ years of caring for my household pets - I have never experienced such compassionate care from a veterinarian as I have found in Dr Kendra Hanneman - and it is evident in how she interacts with both her human clients and her beloved patients. We are always treated kindly and respectfully by the entire staff and Dr Hanneman interacts with our 3 with such genuine affection - even my one that has notoriously been prickly in other offices absolutely adores her.Additionally, she is very practical, down to earth and quick thinking when flexibility is needed in certain treatment approaches. This has made all the difference in managing my elderly cat's long term condition and preserving/extending his quality of life.She has been a true blessing.

The Veterinarian and staff are awesome here. Brought my puppy in who got attacked by another dog the puppy had life threatening injuries the vet saw him and made sure he was stable for us to transport him got his wounds cleaned and bandaged up and never charged us for the emergency on the spot visit to her office it was a weekend b4 noon right as they were closing and they still took us in and helped us awesome ppl

Drove 20 miles for appointment only to find out the vet was on vacation for 2 weeks.Claimed they didn't have my phone number.Funny they obviously had my old records from 10 + years ago because that's the pets name they put on the appointment card they gave me when rescheduling.Have they never heard of the US Mail?Came home called a different vet and cancelled appointment.

Kendra and the entire staff at the clinic are absolutely the best ever!!!!! They are 100% straight up honest and very reasonable, we have been taking both our dogs there for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Our daschound actually likes it there. Tail is wagging and no fear. That says something. Thanks to everyone at Jefferson Vet clinic!!!!!!! We appreciate everything you guys do!!!!

The first time I ever went here was for an emergency for my dog that sadly passed away. I called all the vets around the area and nobody would help. When I called these guys they told me to get there ASAP and they’d do what they can. Unfortunately there wasn’t much we could do and we ended up having to put her down. I later got a card in the mail from them sympathizing my loss, I was truly touched by the fact that they care about what they do and their patients that much. That was about 3 years ago, I still go there for the rest of my pets and have never been let down. I trust this facility whole heartedly and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Place is a rip off! I had 371 dollars on the books up there! My dogs uterus erupted we HAD A APPOINTMENT for 2:00 we took her in they had to put her down. Charged me 85.00 for an emergency visit! I called that morning for the appointment. It was NOT an emergency appointment! Went and picked up the rest of my money before they charged me for holding my own money! I got 128 back out of 371! Go elsewhere!

I called in worried because my dog has a fever, sneezing, gag/coughing, and wheezing. I told them she was having trouble breathing and I didn't know what to do, Dawn then laughed at me and told I couldn't be seen till February. I've been going here for years and this type of treatment is unacceptable, I'm an owner worried about my dog I shouldn't be laughed at for being concerned for her breathing!

Dr. Hanneman is not your average vet. By that I mean all the vets I have been to previously around this area are concerned with one thing, meaning how much money they get. This Dr. is fabulous, and her main concern is your animals well being. She is kind, sweet, and gentle to the animals as she truly loves them, unlike other vets I have been to that it is just a business, and the animals are cash cows. She has done her utmost to help my 18 year old cat with renal disease. If she can't do something she will send you to someone who can. I see in her eyes another animal lover, with compassion enough to go the extra mile for you, and your beloved pet. You will surely love her joking, and sometime hilarious bedside manner. She will be my vet for the life of my critters. My senior cat Chance gets worked up if I need to take him to a specialist, and his heart rate races. He loves Dr. Hanneman, and the soft reassuring voice she talks to him in. He is never worked up to go there, and they say animals are the best judge of people. She has kissed him on the head, and snuggled him close to her, so she walks on water as far as I am concerned. I have grown to know the staff, and they know I am always looking out for my critters, and that I can be needy at times to get things for them. They all understand I am my animals best advocate, and are very helpful to us. You will wonder why you ever went anywhere else, and suffered abuse from a vet or staff elsewhere. Please give them a shot and you will see all the wonderful things I am talking about. Your animal will be in loving, caring hands for sure.

They were told my Sadie was a visious dog I'm hoping for an opportunity to convince them otherwise!?Do to there narrowminded atitatude they refused to see her even though she is a service dog! I'm struggling not to wish evil on this business!

I've been taking Tigger there since I adopted him when he was just 6 month old. Even after I moved out of the area and tried vets in my new town I choose to make the drive to Jefferson for the care and love they have for animals. Would not go anywhere else. Tigger is doing great by the way, recovered nicely and back to himself. Thank you again!!!
