Nice store with friendly employees that are always busy cleaning, organizing or checking customers out at the register. I never see employees trying to get out of work like alot of places. The crew here is always working hard and have a good spirit while doing so. If I was a half empty kind of person rather than half full im sure I could find something. But I'd have to try. I have stopped at the other store in west jeff which I believe was dollar general and it was no where near as organized and clean. I think they probably have more items but not worth the stop. It is always a mess and employees seem to not like their job. Thank you to employees at Family dollar for your hard work

I typically show my love to family dollar and shop there quite a bit but however I bought some clothes there and after I got home I noticed there were bed bugs on them! I was disgusted, I tried to let the manager of the store know and all she did was attack me as did the other workers, they don't seem to want to believe me just because they didn't find any when they looked. I do not appreciate being called a liar and then attacked when I was just trying to help. I will not shop here again due to be attacked......

The ladies were very sweet. When a customer didn't have enough money she didn't make him feel embarrassed. The other lady opened up ASAP to help the other customers. So sweet.

This store has a lot of different things small and big everything is out of place that place really needs to have someone come in and just organize everything it is real easy to get into and get out and like I said they do have a lot of stuff for a $5 store

Was a trainee and the trainers were late to work constantly. I was there for my first 2 days and was there at 6:30am....trainers didn't arrive until 7:10 or later. Not customer or training friendly. Then I was terminated for being late lol

I love Family Dollar! You can spend all day wandering the aisles and, easily, spend $100 when you came in for one thing. :)
