I’m all for supporting small town stores but this place is over priced and when you buy food from the fresh cooked part they will give you a spoon full of gravy for a large order of mashed potatoes and burnt un edible chicken and wedges, all hard as a rock, I just threw it away. The guy acted like he didn’t comprehend English or maybe the kid was stoned.

Very nice home town supermarket. Excellent selection, great and caring staff. Also if you are looking for the pizza slices you had in school they have them as well. I always enjoy stopping by the Jamestown Market.

Not bad grocery store sometimes meat sales are pretty good kind of high on other things I'm better off to go to a bigger chain but if you're going for meats on the sales days or anything like that good place

The meat case was full. The store was very clean. The cashier's were friendly. There wasn't anyone to wait on us at the deli. There never seems to be any fried chicken. Is there a good time to go so I can get an 8 piece ? Today it would have been seven wings and one breast.

Good hometown feel. The doughnuts are great! Be sure to check expiration dates on goods though but they are good about exchanging if the item is off.

Got to the store at 7:15 pm couldn't get ham salt or macaroni just meat. Sad the lady was very rude Kroger's for now on sorry try to shop local for. Everything but not anymore

A great local market with excellent produce and fresh meat. I was very impressed with their sirloin and ribeye. Additionally they had a great Seafood selection including some tuna steaks that were a great compliment to the beef on the grill.

I am having a hard time believing I'm going to the same store as some other reviewers. I love that they are always well stocked, and it's convenient for in town shopping. However, I haven't received any good customer service here. Unfortunately, I would rather drive out of town to another grocery to avoid it here. I DREAD walking up to the register! Everyone always seems miserable, and act irritated to be helping you. On one occasion we sat at the register waiting for employees to finish their conversation, they looked at us and continued on. When they were done they acted annoyed while helping us... it was extremely awkward. I'm one of those "try to be really nice to everyone" type of people so to be in return treated like an annoyance for coming in doesn't make you feel welcome or want to return 😕

Best prices on meat anywhere I've seen! Store is clean, selection is decent for the size of the store but you have to make sure you're checking the expiration dates! More than a few occasions there were expired products on the shelves. I have a habit of checking expirations anywhere I go so it does not bother me. I visit here very often and definitely recommend this place if you're looking to stock up the freezer with some protein!

This is a nice grocery store, but it’s really frustrating that they close before their closing time. My fiancé and I needed to run in to get something quick for dinner 5 minutes in and out tops and they were closed 7 minutes before closing time. We were not the only people to walk up to the doors either, very disappointing. It seems like a lot of places in Jamestown close too early or falsely advertise their store hours.

Ok I give my local grocer four stars instead of five only because of the prices. I realize they are a small family owned grocer and that's why recently I've chosen to shop there more. They support our local farmers by selling their products such as honey, sausage, etc. And both sides of my family farmed for a living. It isn't a glamorous job and it's hard work but I'm happy to see our small, growing community support one another. I think my ancestors, especially Mr. Hussey would be proud.

Their decent at customer service an their produce is not great lately but when you have a Monopoly on in a town your going to get business no matter what you do but on a good note their meat and deli has definitely done a lot better under this Management in the past and their prices has dropped some so hopefully they can keep up the good work.

They have a lovely parking lot. That's all I really know about their store. I simply pulled into their parking lot as I needed to make a couple of phone calls. Google thought I had visited the store. Nope. Just the parking lot.. Again it is a lovely parking lot. Perhaps, next time I'll actually go inside the store. Maybe I'll buy a soda.

If you really need something they might have it and the price is probably better than at the gas station, I did get the worst watermelon I have had in years there but I don't blame them for that.

It's our only grocery in town with a deli and bakery. The bakery isn't full service like it use to be or at keast it isn't advertised that way. Everyone is so serious in the store. No one smiles. No one laughs. I feel a real heavy feeling while in the store. Loosen up people. Smile.

Small village market with well stocked shelves. Prices are a little higher than the larger places that are further away so may be worth saving the extra time in some cases.

Since new owner. Prices have went up. Selection has been limited. Discontinued mahaffees pies. Just bought chickens thighs and they included half the wing bones. For a local store that wasn't that good to begin with it just keeps getting worse. Worth the gas money to go to xenia. I'm done with it.

I have waited at the front for cashier's for more times than I can count. The staff is usually friendly, but not concerned with promptly serving their customers. Their food quality is awful (rotten berries, old chicken) and ridiculously priced. I really wish there was another store to shop at.
