Always crowded and they like to raise prices a week before the first of every month and advertise the original price as a "Roll Back" savings when in fact its the same price it was before the fake price hike.Overall rating is 4 stars just because of convenience.... but then again, would you buy a car from Walmart if they started selling them???? Sometimes certain things are best bought from a business they specializes in that product.It's more of less whole sale without the bulk.

Update: I was finally able to contact the Store manager and I am very happy to report she has listened and responded with actions on top of words! I visited the store the day after our conversation and I was extremely pleased with all the carts being plugged in on a charge with a charge ready for use. This was mid afternoon when they are typically all over the store and parking lot dead.***This Walmart refuses to take care of it's handicapped carts. There is a cart at the entrance closest to the sporting goods that has been broken for over three months. It is throwing a code of 2 and 1. I reported this to multiple managers over the past three months and I was told that the regular push carts for non-handicapped customers take precedence over budgeted repairs. The mobility scooters other than that two of them have steering problems, two others have bad charging cords that only charge if they are positioned just wright. One of them has a broken basket that is a hazard to puncturing someone. The door men especially the tall one with the funky hair has twice walked to the door and said that there were not any scooters in the parking lot. My family both times looked and saw carts both times and got them for me and both times they were fully charged sitting in the parking lot. On the grocery end of the store one of the door receipt checkers told me it was not her job to help me find one and walked off around the corner. She then came back and hid in the security office. They also do not maintain the charge on the ones that are in working conditions. Every I mean every time I have had to wait an hour upfront for a cart to arrive, I have seen multiple carts stranded out in the store with no charge and not even plugged in to get a charge. You would think that the store manager could tell all the staff running around putting together orders could at least find the closest plug available and plug them in so they can ride them to the front in order to get fully charged for the next customer in need. Now I understand the store having problems keeping them charged. This is because no one is responsible for making sure all carts are at the front charging overnight. As a word of advice to the store manager about the batteries being able to maintain a charge. If one of the batteries needs replacing then both the batteries should be replaced. One old battery being replaced with an old one still in the cart will damage the new battery severe enough that both the batteries will need replacing when you realise that one did not fix the problem. When it comes to the ones that have steering problems they are a safety hazard awaiting a law suit from injury. All broken scooters should be stored in the back until repaired for this reason. I should not have to explain this to a deserving manager. Also if you are having that many charging issues you likely need more scooters to alleviate the problem.

Watch when you're buying wireless ear buds. Got mine out to the car and the seal was already broken, the stuff in the box all out of place and what appeared to be dog hair inside the box. Take them back in to return them because clearly they were already a return. Just to get told that I'm absolutely wrong and that they don't resell any returns. Please explain to me how any of that was possible then, especially the dog hair, if they hadn't already left the store in someone else's possession.

I was denied the purchase of a Long Barrel Rifle due to being an out-of-state resident despite having a CCW and having purchased multiple long barrel firearms (shotguns and AR’s) in Ohio already. When I called customer service they told me it’s up to the Manager’s discretion. So basically the personal opinion of each Manager at each Walmart will determine whether or not an out-of-state resident can purchase a long barrel firearm. In my case, they didn’t even so much as look at my ID. I was just told no and that “it’s a Walmart thing.” Just a warning to any out-of-state residents that may try to purchase a rifle at this Walmart; you will likely be denied.

We order our groceries online and pick them up weekly. Our experience has been nothing but pleasant. From the time we order to the time we arrive to check in, we have been treated no other way than perfect! The staff is amazing to us in this department and I commend their patience for me and my family! Thank you!

They hardly ever have what I need. The workers aren't friendly, they seem miserable. They act like they're too busy talking to each other and you're an inconvenience for them to wait on you. Prices are high just like everywhere else.

Found a cute outfit for a good deal. We are not ashamed to rock some Walmart gear. My favorite jeans are from there, and I have them in every color. The prices of everything are going up but that's everywhere. Jackson has the largest selection of food, clothing, and household items. They carry a lot of products that you won't see at other locations. The auto care center is wonderful as well!

Was able to find ammo and oil change supplies in the same visit. Things are starting to look up again, at our local Walmart! Overall, the variety of selection, especially in the grocery department is rather limited. This store needs to be feeding from the Columbus supply market, rather than the tail end of the Huntington market.

Don't have to wear face masks no more , but has changed a little bit in the store. I got a new pair of jeans there . Not what I was looking for but they will be fine.they do have all kinds of productsThere . Love going there and just take my time .

I recommend visiting this store during the early morning hours and during the week If you aren't fond of crowds and people that move at their own pace. My personal opinion, too many people go there to be seen or social hour on Saturday, rather than make purchases and leave. Some people stand in the middle of a busy isle talking & catching up when it's clearly not the place or time to do so. The store is quite busy all day each weekend day. I don't like crowds but my trip was absolutely necessary today. The store is clean and well organized and stocked for the most part. I just don't understand why there's more self checkout than employee checkout anymore.

If I could leave a review with zero rating, I would. I stopped today for fried chicken…HUGE mistake!!! It was unbelievably over fried!!! Such a waste of money!! Most of the pieces were clumps of almost burnt breading. When you could find the actual chicken, it was terrible..very dry an over cooked. Get it together Walmart!!! You can do so much better!

They need more people working there that way customers can leave in a decent amount of time in the check out lines. Why should we have to use the automatic check outs when we aren't being payed to work at Walmart. Plus the prices at Walmart are too high. Walmart is not decent to shop at anymore for people that don't have much income.

It was Saturday evening and my sister's new flip phone was not working properly. The only employee in electronics, at that time was not able to help, as he was a new employee. When Erika came back from her break, even though she was very busy, she took time to evaluate the problem and she even went in on her own phone to remove the 'talking' lady's voice on my sister's phone, which was most annoying to her. I live in Cincinnati and I had driven up to help my sister and knowing that she now has her service back for regular calls and also for emergency needs was so important for both of us. Please thank Ericka in electronics for all of her patience with us and her great kindness on a late Saturday evening. Louella Jones, Cincinnati, Ohio.

The employees that work on the pickup area are great. Every time I've used the pickup process, my orders have been processed in a professional manner. The employees are friendly, even at 7am.

Not a fan. I cannot understand the system of what they have stocked in shelves where!? Spent more time searching for things then actually buying! The cashier was an absolute sweetheart though. Had to try three riding carts for my 86 year old mom before following a disabled (after asking her if it would be okay) to get one that held a battery charge. My suggestion? Acquire more and/or newer riding carts for disabled folks. It's not like that chain doesn't have the money to buy those, come on!
