Clean, well organized and hats off to Mrs. Dora at checkout for doing something all grocery stores need to do, clean the checkout conveyor belt! For the prices we pay here, there are several things that could be improved upon..*Low stock on shelves often.*Stocking done during the day making it hard to navigate the isles.*Kroger pick up orders are being filled in big carts often blocking isles for shopping.*Vegetables are hit or miss for freshness.*Not enough registers open during peak hours.*Self serve checkouts need more employees to speed up processes.

Store is a joke. Many items out of stock and I am sorry Kroger I know inflation is high but many of your prices are higher even double then Wal-Mart and the Wal-Mart employees are much nicer then your employees. Plus your Jackson location is dirty.

Great customer service is what sets this grocery store apart from the others. Fast and friendly checkout, plus baggers work tirelessly to make sure your items are sacked and ready to roll by the time you are finished paying.The store is also extremely clean, produce and meat are fresh, and shelves are kept nice and orderly.

They’ve finally started cracking down on masks after ignoring the governor’s mandate for months, so that’s nice at least. There’s one cashier who goes out of his way to constantly invade people’s personal space when it’s not necessary, stares people down the entire time they’re checking out and then talks to you like you’re five if you actually need help. Other than that it’s one of the better grocery stores around.

I love shopping at Kroger! The people in the Deli Department especially are always so friendly and do a fantastic job. My only complaint is that the items that aren't a sale price, are priced too high.

Clean store. Always well stocked with the freshest and biggest selection of fruits and vegetables, a great selection for organic/gluten free/vegan choices. Very kind customer service representatives and cashiers. I recently chose to do give clicklist a go and my experience was beyond wonderful. Thanks Jackson Kroger!!!

Shelves were a little picked over for the sale items, even on day one of the new sale. Really friendly service at this location every time I go though. Good deals on produce and the store is always clean.

Loved my first Visit to Kroger in Jackson. I traveled 45 miles so That I could buy more than hamburger and hot dogs.And oh my goodness what a selection. I can't wait to Come back and stock my pantry with real food again.

This location has GREAT Gluten-Free & Organic Options with reasonable prices! Also- other items at BETTER Prices than Walmart- may be my new store for most items. Good, helpful service too!

Self check out lady was extremely rude to me and other customers. Even told me I couldn’t use my alternate id “Not here buddy!” Is very condescending even asked why it took me so long to checkout. I will tell my friends to shop “not here buddy”. Learn some customer service skills or get a job. I run and operate a customer service based business and hate to leave this review but she was miserable!!

No enforcement of people wearing masks! Ridiculous! I'm terrified to even keep shopping there, after 30 years. Very disappointing. No employees said anything, even after I complained several times. Its mandated by Ohio's governor, whether they like it or not, and isn't fair to the people that are following the rules!

This store has a couple of employees that are rude to alot of people. They don't want to wait on you want you to go through self check out then get an attitude when you need help. I was there today and there cashier said he had no change to give to the customer and was rude to her for her not having the exact change.

This is one of the midsize stores without sushi or salad bar but otherwise excellent. My favorite items include anything in produce, the hot half turkey breast in the deli, and the cheese's. Walmart will NOT beat their prices on cheese and Kroger's quality gives them an old fashioned playground beating.

I love Kroger, I have always liked their variety of selection and convenience, but the only thing that I don't like is that the price of their meat is usually higher than other places!
