Love it I absolutely love all 2nd hand stores but there is so much here that one cannot even look through any rack without a mess occuring since they are so much in so little of a place. You pull out 1 item, about 10 fall to the floor. Unfortunate because if it had more space and it was easier to browse, I would definitely purchase so much more, but there's not enough time to sift through it all. Please expand, reorganize or something. Otherwise it's perfect.

This is one of the nicest Goodwill stores I have ever been in. Staff is always very friendly. Items are reasonably priced, organized, and clean. Building is always clean as well. I love that they rotate sales by tag color and they have a loyalty program where you earn money off with your points. You can always find a great deal here!

Prices too high for things that are given to them . No no one wants to round up to the next dollar. Don't care if CEO gets rich or not. People are rude. No senior discount. Don't think major brands should be higher prices. They were given to them also! Goodwill sucks! We need a real thrift store in Jackson, Ohio. We are poor people here.

There is always something you want that you just can't find anymore in stores. I love shopping at Goodwill! I grew up with second hand! Sometimes it was awesome to get your sisters clothes. Lol. Goodwill is great!

I really like Goodwill. You can find stuff that you never even knew existed. And fine things that you long since forgot about. Things that they don't make anymore. It's just really cool to go in and see what they have. But let's not give Goodwill all the credit. The amazing people who give for the right reason. They donate for different reasons. But it doesn't matter. At least it got another chance before it wound up in the landfill or Up In Smoke. All those people need a place to take it or give it to. So I like Goodwill. The one thing I wish they would not do. Make the employees greet you when you come in. Take the time and give the job to someone who has that kind of personality anyway. Without having to tell them to do it. I believe discounts should be given by the employee working the cash register. Even if it's only 5%. You can make someone feel better and help them out a little more when they need it. I hope this help you.

Prices are high for a store that is supposed to help those facing poverty. The CO'S get most of the money. But they do hire special needs people, and you always get service with a smile.

You never know what you're going to find at Goodwill. I was needing a mini fridge, not thinking I'd find one. Walked in and they were about to put one on the floor. Perfect timing

I was having the worst time trying to find a job, before I received the call from Goodwill. Here I've made a lot of good relationships with the people in Jackson, and I see Goodwill does make a difference everyday with other people as well. Not just with a job; like me, but with opportunities to have nice clothing, and unique household items at a cost that is almost too good to be true.

Conveiuant drop off service in rear of the store. Looks nice and clean.... Still not real sure about public restrooms. Some of my friends say they let them use the restrooms and as many said they were told "no public restrooms". Maybe recommend that you call before you go just to be safe.

Always love treasure hunting here. Sometimes I think they feel that they are Bloomingdale's on 5th Avenue in New York with their prices, but I still can find good deals.
