I've shopped at this location twice and have never had an issue finding the things I need during my travels. The staff is ways very courteous and friendly and always eager to assist. The store is always well stocked even in these trying times, I can always depend on Dollar General. This is a good location.

Not a bad store. Store actually offers much more than other competitors in the area. Dollar General has a better selection of candy chips snacks pretty much everything in comparison to Family Dollar for a good price.

Dollar General, Jackson Ohio.I was down there earlier to just buy a pack of cigarettes, that's it, simple as that.I walked up to the counter and the girl behind the counter, her name is Kristen, completely refused to ring me up walked away from the counter an said she couldn't ring me up and went to the office to speak to another employee, so I waited out there for about 5 minutes when they decided to come out of the office and for the other lady to ring me up, and the lady was also completely rude to me also, until after the transaction she said have a good night. I didn't appreciate the customer service, and I am usually a really good and often customer, but I refuse to go back until I get treated like any other customer. Then as I was walking out there was another employee standing outside yelling at another customer for "forgetting his wallet again". They all seemed to be in really bad moods, and had very poor customer service. I'm going on here for right now to see if that'll settle it, I don't want to go to cooperate over this, but will if need be.

Well the people are nice but I tried to get a job and I filled application out on my phone and blackberry it would not let me send so I went to my friends house filled it out again it would not let me sign or send it so I called the manager at Jackson Ohio told her everything she said hit refresh and all of my application got erased I have been to the store and they said the only way they hire is online so I guess i can't get a job if it won't let me do the application but I probably will still go there to your store but I am disappointed on the hiring situation because I am dependable if I tell you I am going to be there I will be there and I am ten minutes from your computer store but anyway you have a great day

Not very pleased at the simple fact I stood in line for 15 minutes as the cashier allowed another customer in front of me to keep shopping while there was a whole line of people wrapped around the store!When she finally decided to come back to continue checking out, she pulls out a check and tells the cashier "here you need to fill it out".By that time another cashier came in and said I can help whos next. STOP TAKING CHECKS and allowing people to start checking out who aren't done shopping!

If you want good customer service, go somewhere else. Most of the employees here are SUPER rude.All new employees as of Aug 4 2020, and they all have HORRIBLE customer service skills. Highly recommend going to the Wellston or Oak HILL Dollar General if at all possible.

The people working in the store this evening were amazing! They were extremely helpful and overly nice to us! I would recommend anyone of family or friends to visit this location when the same workers are working 😉😁

This location is so much better than any other I've ever been in, very well organized in comparison as well as much bigger with a better selection. My only problem here is with google maps, when trying to pin it to correct location it makes it look like it's in an empty field...

Not only did I save on the digital coupons they offer, but after I was rung up, the store offered discounts on different items of their own. Was a very nice surprise

A bit crowded in areas, but decently clean. Convenient. But, seems a little expensive on some things considering it's a "dollar" store. Most things you can get cheaper at Walmart.
