My Vet called in a script for my dog on Tuesday Wednesday, I went to pick it up and they hadn’t even touched the script. The attendant said they needed my address first. They had my phone number but didn’t call. She told me they would text me when it was ready. Never got a text so called today and they said it was ready. When I asked why they never sent Text or called “ I don’t know they are having trouble with the texting system.” My Vet said they have all kinds of problems with CVS. I told her to change the pharmacy on record to Walgreens

Let me start this by saying if I could give one star, I would. Dropped off a prescription at 3pm. I had to hunt for a pharmacy that was able to do it. And I really needed this medicine. They told me it would be about an hour, I signed up for text updates so I would know when it was ready to go pick it up. I ended up waiting for 3 hours no text, no call. So I call the store and they’re CLOSED. I can’t even get my script released to take it somewhere else!

Pharmacy is a mess, sevral times I've come to pick up my medications and they say they have nothing for me only for them to find it after saying I got a notification that my medication was ready or my doctor calling. They also messed up the instructions for a new medication Id had. They did apologize for this but its worth mentioning because I havent seen any improvement in how the pharmacy is handeled.

Transferred scripts from Walmart. Like Walmart better. CVS doesn’t carry my script and I always have to wait while they get it in stock. Others pick up for me so this works a hardship.
