The staff is always very polite and helpful at the store. If you cannot find something they are always there to try to help you find it and if you cannot they will find something we can who can. I have always been rated with a smile at the store and a good morning or afternoon whichever the case may be. I do enjoy shopping at this store

I've been to the store two times in the last month and I don't think I've ever met such a nice group of people! To go above and beyond the Call of Duty to help out their clientele. Callahan's was very clean, well organized, and had the safety yellow paint I was looking for when other vendors didn't have it. The staff members were very friendly and professional. My experience there was very comfortable and relaxed. They are in a convenient location with ample parking. I will definitely shop at this location again!

I only use this place when I absolutely have to. They do have a very good selection of Hardware Goods. I would like it much better. If when you walk in the door. You didn't feel like. You're getting help like it or not. Because it doesn't feel like help. It feels like you're being chaperoned. They have non-returnable items. and they do not tell you about them. Until. After you have bought them. The cashiers usually act like you are troubling them. I only go there when it is absolutely The Last Resort.

Well I had been going there 3 years now used to be very helpful, but lately wow, very condescending and even tried to over charge. You guys know there are at least 3 other places that have the same products , Right ? Plus Amazon save yourself a hassle go elsewhere, plus Walmart has the same paint but cheaper, so much for shopping local.

Very expensive, most staff are not personable and walk away when you walk in because they don't want to help you or they have to leave the young girl that apparently works there now. I only go here when I have to get something quickly and nobody else has it within 30 miles of my house.

Do it best are okay for what they are. They are usually over priced but beats traveling thirty minutes to get to a lowes for one part. If I needed a lot of supplies I would not stop here. Or any small hardware store for that matter without checking prices.

Everyone is so friendly, even greet you as you walk in if they're not busy helping others. Always offers help before you even have to ask. Very knowledgeable. A little on the pricey side, but would definitely highly recommend.

Go anywhere but here. Manager is the least helpful person in the store. He is rude and does not care about repeat business. We are building a house and will gladly make the drive to chilicothe for better customer service. I wish I could give zero stars.

I HAD to give one star in order to write this review sooo. Literally just minutes ago they locked the while watching my husband walk to the door. He was trying to find a kerosene heater because of the current weather situation and the website says 7 is when they close. I understand earlier closing for safety but to watch him walking towards the door and lock it anyway?

Too expensive for my taste. I got a 20 lb propane tank filled here and they charged me almost $19.00. I can have the same thing refilled at Tractor Supply for between $12.00 - $13.00. Won't be coming back here again.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS EVER!! I bought carpet and linoleum to be installed the installer left my new carpet and padding out in the rain no plastic never came back. Business number is a cell phone that has no voicemail the hardware store knows nothing and now the lady that runs the carpet dept is on vacation and a week later no one can help me. AVOID AT ALL COST IT COST ME A MONTHS RENT.

Very rude people. Had several house keys made and none of them worked and a guy rudely refused to fix them but said I could pay more to have more made. Will not go back here again after seeing how rude they are to customers.

Rather drive to Chillicothe than go to this high priced place. Wellston is no affiliation to this disastrous place. Employees are unprofessional not many can comprehend what you need and don't ever rent their junk equipment as preventative maintenance is something they don't do or even understand what it is. Be warned go to wellston where they treat you better and actually understand English. If you walk in be ready to be bombarded by 10 people harassing you to help but when asked they don't even know where anything is or how to provide the products you need. RUN YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. Starts at the top and taught by the best. Guarantee 3 to 4 times higher prices then anywhere else. Everyone I know says the same. They also remove negative reviews. No way possible these reviews are real just ask around town they need exposed for what they are.

I like this place because it's close to me living in jackson but, the down side is the pricing. Some times it's better to go to Walmart to get things like electric wire and tape etc. Bought 12/2 wire, 15 ft for $17. Walmart sells 20 ft for $12. Wish I would seen that first...Of coarse they have things that Walmart doesnt have but it's almost worth a drive to Lowes to get the price you want. Great customer service, I mean as soon as you walk in they ask you what your looking for. I like it sometimes but other times I'm like damn maybe I just want to look! Overall you get what you want more expensive to save a drive.

Just doesn't get much better in our area. Everyones right there to help as soon as you walk in the door. Pretty knowledgable staff at your disposal. Everything from that #8 machined bolt and nut to a/c filters, all size fittings and gaskets to your brand new front screen door. I'm here before I go to Walmart. Just saying

This is one great hardware store that’s here within Jackson, Ohio! I was in dire need of a small cordless drill to use in installing the new kitchen cabinets within our home here within Wellston.
