This is by by far the slowest service in Ironton, and if I’m being honest the slowest I have ever seen. I won’t write a long review because I want it read. I would suggest Walgreens over at this if you want prompt and polite service. I have one star because I still received my prescriptions.

I had a prescription on ready fill that was suppose to be filled December 21st. An emergency inhalation. On December 23rd i arrived to pick up my prescription and after sitting in line for 20 minutes was told that my medication was NOT ready. Why? It should've been filled the 21st!! Then I was told that they could have it expedited and I'd have to wait another 30 minutes. Please, i have already waited 2 days. This should have been ready. No excuses. This is unacceptable. I will be switching Pharmacies to one who values me as a customer.

I would give this place negative zero stars if I could just because of the rude employees they have there. Went to purchase a bottle of jack and pay with my card. The lady rudely stops me and says "ohio is cash only for liquor pal" I told her that was a lie because I have purchased it in ohio before with card. That may be their policy but not Ohio's. I will never step foot in that cvs ever again after the way I was spoken to.

The pharmacy that I have used for the past five years is no longer in business. Being that I have malabsorption issues from a weight loss surgery 25 years ago, there are some medications that I simply do not absorb which obviously makes them ineffective. Often this is due to fillers that are used by certain manufacturers. When I looked for a new pharmacy I had to let the pharmacists know that this was a problem in the past for me with one particular medication. This store offered to special order the medication for me from another supplier and was so kind, helpful, friendly and understanding that they should win an award! I am so very grateful and happy that I found them and have to give them the 5 star salute on here!

Went on and bought a bottle of similac . When I got to the car and showed it to my daughter to be sure it was right we realized I got the premix and she uses powder. I went back in to exchange it within 2 minutes of purchase. They refused to help me telling me all sales are final once you walk out of the store.I took it to the cvs at Ironton hills Plaza and they helped me right away. Thank you Billy.

The female air-head pharmacist had no moral compass when it came to prescribing schedule 2 and 3 narcotics for years when she was aiding in the murdering of the people of the tri state yet now she finds it difficult to prescrobe class 5 non-narcotic safe drugs because her conscience has finally grown! She is a horrible pharmacist that only cares about money like ALL DRUG DEALERS! The only difference is she was able to cheat her way through organic chemistry! CVS should be ashamed!

Terrible, terrible bathroom. Not only was it filthy but nothing had been upkept. No TP, no toilet covers nothing. Rest of the store look fine but if you care about your customers, take care of the bathroom. Lost my buisness.

They need to get rid of all the people in the pharmacy they told me it would be ready in 20 minutes then after waiting 20 minutes tell me to come back in 30 minutes because they was going to lunch
