Jamie is the best! My Hazel just loves her spa days. Jamie always takes good care of her and Hazel leaves looking and smelling fabulous. Upscale Tails is a very nice facility too. Highly recommend!

Upscale Tails is definitely a top tier dog grooming salon and one I would HIGHLY recommend. My havanese-poodle mix is usually very anxious, something that makes me worry when I need to take him to be groomed. I let Jamie know about Nemo’s anxiety and she completely understood. She did a great job with him despite his anxiety which can make grooming him tough. She listened to everything I wanted done for Nemo and did a fantastic job. When I went to pick him up he was so happy and wagging his tail. I’ve had Nemo at another salon prior to finding out about Upscale Tails, and he would cry when I went to pick him up, even shook as if he was scared. Not at Upscale Tails however, he was happy as could be. He looked adorable and his nails were taken care of and his fur was cut how I wanted and envisioned it. I definitely will be making Upscale Tails my primary salon and definitely look forward to Nemo being groomed by Jamie regularly. I have enclosed pictures so you can see for yourself what a wonderful job they did with him! Thank you Jamie and Upscale Tails!

Outstanding experience, my sensitive, skittish big baby Bubba had a bath and his nails trimmed at Upscale Tails and I am in awe! My black Lab normally shakes when meeting anyone new but no shaking and no throwing up afterwards! Just cutting his nails is an hour-long process at home but Sherry had him bathed and nails trimmed in 35 minutes. He was relaxed and lying down patiently waiting for me when I went to pick him up. I would highly recommend them.

I love the experience I had today. My one year old pitbull terrier Ace has been groomed before in other places and he would get anxiety from the loudness of other grooming facilities and today from the moment you walk in it was very quiet and Ace was relaxed the whole time and Jamie took great care of him. He looks and feels super clean! I will definitely come back. Thank you Jamie💜.

Sherry is an extremely talented groomer. She is knowledgeable and professional. She sincerely cares about making her furry clients look and feel their best. I know that Tatum is in the best hands possible, and she always looks beautiful upon completion. I can't say enough great things about Sherry and her shop. Highly recommended!!

Absolutely amazing atmosphere here! Ive never seen such a clean, safe environment in a grooming salon that i have taken my dog to. Rachel is just wonderful and has such a great relationship with my dog and truly cares about her work. I highly recommend this salon for any dog

I have been taking my bernese mountain dogs to Jamie for a while now. We followed her from her last salon because she is so amazing with our dogs. She is so patient and the dogs look/smell wonderful when she is finished. Upscale Tails is open, clean, and a safe place for your pets. You can tell that the staff loves their job and the animals they work with.

Jamie has been grooming my doodle for a few years now and I am so thankful! He is not a dog that likes to be handled, but she is very patient with him and always returns him in excellent shape, looking sharp. I can tell she really cares for her clients’ dogs and takes pride in her work!

The entire staff is so professional and knowledgeable about our "fur babies"! It's a beautiful/modern design, low pet stress spot. My elderly pup Sassy (16yr old toy poodle) is quite high maintenance during a groom even though she should be used to it by now HAHA! That being said, the groomer Jamie did an amazing job with her and her obvious professional experience ensured Sassy was comfortable throughout a normally stressful experience for her! I HIGHLY recommend!

Outstanding. I tried multiple groomers for my double-coated Newfie-mix, and none of them came remotely close to matching the work done by Upscale Tails. The owner is super-knowledgeable and experienced - and lovely. They have a customer in me for good!

Wonderful place to take my fur-baby! The spa is clean and there is enough space for pets to move around. Jamie is amazing with my very shy baby! She calms her without even trying! My little girl always comes out looking beautiful!
