Horrible customer service. whoever i spoke with friday 1/26 around 3:30 was awful. i needed my dogs records send to another vet. it was an emergency she was very rude. i expressed something was seriously wrong and they needed any and all information! “i cant get it over now, we only saw him 2x” rude! well guess what i had to put Chance down, you saw him less than 4 weeks ago trying to say he was fine. he had internal bleeding, 22 blood count, 50% lung capacity with possible tumor in his chest and stomach! we put him to rest 1/29/24. do not take your pet here if you care about them! retire already!Rest in heaven my sweet boy

I don’t want to take my fur babies anywhere else. The vets are great at what they do.My pets are comfortable there. The atmosphere is different. You walk in & they have a cat that hangs in the lobby. Quick service.I value their recommendations. They give great care to animals.

We went early, as my two dogs needed to be seen. One has been sick since Thanksgiving. Once they saw the vet and got medicine for home they are both feeling better. It does take a bit to take good care of the "kids", but I will do anything for them both! Thanks for the convenient walk in option too

Both of my dogs have been coming here since we got them. The place is always clean, and the staff is always super friendly and helpful. One of my dogs can be extremely fearful at the vet but the doc handles her well. Highly recommend for your furry friends.

Had a fantastic first time visit. Took my dog in because he was limping, the walk-in's are very convenient. The vet examined Nathan in the back and then explained to us for a good 10 minutes at least the problems with his limp. Thankfully nothing serious, but the vet was extremely informative and easy to talk to, and their prices are fair. I plan on taking him here from now on! Nathan is a happy boy after his visit.

Small veterinarian practice with a real family feel to it. My grandma took our dog here when I was a kid, and I just recently made the switch with our newest pup.I’ll admit, I was hesitant in the past due to the pretty outdated look but glad I gave them a shot. There’s been more than one occasion where they’ve saved us a couple bucks by not pushing unnecessary services, which I imagine goes hand in hand with the no frills look.The vet + all staff are all super kind and compassionate.

I had such an incredible experience going in there today. They were able to take my dog as a new patient Saturday morning and provided excellent service. Everyone was so kind and dedicated to helping my dog get rid of her hookworms. I would definitely recommend this animal hospital.

I know this place is a walk-in and I don't expect to be taken care of immediately but after waiting for several minutes and hearing a lot of chit chat coming from the back room I decided to leave and go somewhere else for services. For being a new client is $50. Place seems sketchy and is very small.

Very concerning behavior from Dr. Wright... Took my dog in for the first time for a check up and had high hopes of making this our regular vet. Dr. Wright made no effort to introduce himself to our dog and immediately took the leash and started dragging him across the floor to get him away from me until my dog had come entirely out of his harness. I had to intervene to get him to stop dragging him. My dog, normally very calm and always gentle with other people, was now terrified of this man yet Dr. Wright made zero effort to make the situation better for him in any way. I'd hate to think that this was pitbull bias but I strongly recommend taking your dog elsewhere, especially if you have a bully breed as this man clearly has no idea how to appropriately interact with them. At the very least, be prepared to be an advocate for your pet and intervene if your pet is not being treated with respect by this man, because ours certainly was not.

This is the ONLY place I have found where you can bring your animal TODAY, that doesn't cost $500. The doctor will remember your pet 5 years later. They diagnosed my cat in 30 seconds, when another vet told me he had an infected tooth. e had a tumor the size of a golf ball, BTW. They are not dirt cheap, but they can see you today. And they aren't crazy expensive, either.

Love them.Dr. Wright, along with the other Drs. and support staff are excellent. Always above and beyond.I highly recommend Cloverleaf. Your pets will appreciate you for it.My German Shepherd puppy was a 'hot mess' with UTI problems like I have never seen. Working with commercial trucks, my schedule can be a problem getting him in to be seen most anywhere. Not with Cloverleaf.My boy is back to his normal 'pain in the backside' and I have this hospital to thank for not only that, but not missing any work time. Again, highly recommended.Thanks Cloverleaf. 😊

I recently moved to the area and don’t have a vet for our cats set up. Everywhere else was either not taking new patients or didn’t have a time when I could make the appointment when my cat got sick. This place said they take walk ins so I started calling to ask about their process. I got the busy signal 6 times and no response. After I got off work I drove their and waited in the parking lot. Turns out that “walk ins” are now by appointment only and you need to call. I was sent to a busy signal 22 times while sitting in their parking lot. The only person we spoke with was dismissive and not helpful. She just said to keep trying to call.

Initially i was frustrated when we got there as we had been stressing about getting our dogs injection done. I said sone mean stuff when we got there, but their service was so fantastic and fast that im so thankful we went here. I feel really bad about my early attitude, and would highly recommend this location. Great nurses, receptionist and everything!

They want to care for your fur babies and keep everyone safe. You check in by phone. Tell them the problem. They come out get the little guy. You wait in car. They bring back with meds and anything else needed. You pay.Safe for you and them. Best of all they have WALK INS. My little fur baby was very sick. Tried to get in other vets it would be around 4 or 5 days. Dont think he would have made it. Brought to Cloverleaf they took care of him. He is excellent. Thank you Dr. Excellent service.
