Bought a length of 1" plastic pipe 10" long and was worried it wouldn't fit in my car and asked if they had a hacksaw or something to cut it with and the girl said they have a hacksaw if I wanted to buy one! Julia and Michelle are always very helpful and would have cut it for me but they weren't there. So sad!!

Never acknowledged as I waited my turn to get paint. When clerk was done with the customer, she went back behind the counter to check out another employee who, apparently had just ended her shift. There was already another clerk behind counter, just standing with her hands in her pockets. Another gentleman was walking around on phone trying to help a customer over the phone. He finally ask me if he could help. When I told him what I wanted he said the girls would have to help me mix the paint, as he pointed to the ladies behind counter who wouldn't even acknowledge me. I said , " forget it , thanks for all your help. " I won't return. They aren't the only place to buy paint or anything else. When I told my neighbor what happened she said she had a similar issue a few weeks prior when she went in to get a key made. Service stinks since new ownership!

The staff is always helpful and polite. Its a little more expensive then the big box stores but the personal service is worth the extra few dollars i would save. I get the right thing the first trip and even yours tips to compete the job.

Small store but usually have what's needed. Understand but hate mask policy. Not good for business regardless of what the governor thinks. Common sense replaced with no sense. Sheep mentality.

This store is very handy with a large variety of household plumbing, electrical, paint & tools. Lots of outdoor stuff too, like grills, furniture and lighting. Knowledgeable, friendly staff is a plus.

Huron Ace Hardware is your 1st place to visit so a longer trip to Sandusky is not necesary . I got some chalkboard paint for some crafts. Also some wood dowels for other projects. Always some friendly advice to help on a variety of those honeydo projects around the house. The staff is knowlegable and willing to help .

One thing sure about your local Ace they have specialty stuff and always have friendly people aboard actually you're on Ace Hardware has Phoebe the dog aboard she will give your clerk is shopping bag so that it can be loaded to get you on your way
