Only encountered one friendly employee during my visit. Shout out to the younger girl in the bakery. The other employees (deli, stocking, and cashier) were incredibly unfriendly. No one smiled, no one greeted you, no one asked if you needed assistance. Stick to the Aurora or Twinsburg Heinens.

Looking for a treat or needing a special something to celebrate with others, the bakery at Heinens in Hudson helps me every time! I will pop in to grab something small and the staff is always helpful and engaging. Talking me through my event, how many people the sweet treats, fresh bread or whatever I am needing would serve or just helping select something for myself and/or my niece & nephew.The Staff is terrific and I had to say something. Laura is especially kind, helpful and engaging and I appreciate all the help over the years! Well done Heinens!

Heinen's used to be the store we could rely on, but their service has really gone downhill significantly recently. Pies ordered well in advance of the holiday this week were canceled by their bakery via a phonemail message 30 minutes prior to close on Christmas eve. They told us they didn't know what happened, but they ran out and could not supply our pies for the Wednesday. Instead they supplied a 6" pecan pie for which we were charged $9. My 12 guests appreciated the good laugh, but it will be the last time we rely on the Hudson Heinen's for food for a significant gathering. They charge way too much for increasinly poor service.

I rarely have the time to write reviews, but my experience at the Hudson branch of Heinen’s was worth writing about. I received help from Zach, the manager, and was blown away by his knowledge, kindness, and willingness to help. He went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and even took the time to walk me to the section I was looking for. He was professional, compassionate, and patient with me. I know the Holidays are extremely stressful and some people show their worst sides, but Zach only brought joy. Thank you Zach and the team at Heinen’s Hudson for all you do!

Awesome people here, first and foremost. This is oddly typical of Heinen's though. For whatever reason, their staff always seem happier, friendlier, and more capable than the folks at other grocery stores. Aside from their best asset, this is a tidy and well-stocked, if small, store. You won't find every single item from every single brand or product line, but you will definitely food plenty of great options. Great place for foodies and those who won't skimp on quality, and the prices are fair although you can eat cheaper at some other stores. You pay for what you get, but you get what you pay for. Highly recommended!

Place has high quality ingredients and prices. Their store brand English muffins are better than Thomas'. Thompsons? You know the one. Their beer, cheese, and wine selection are great. The mix of a European style grocery store (small, narrow aisle, but cram packed) and American shoppers (slow, stopped in middle of aisle to chat or text) is NOT a match made in heaven, but that ain't Heimem's fault. Great seafood. It's a nice, kinda bougie store.

Today, at the last day of the year, it was unusually packed, but still quite cozy. The meat guy was very friendly and showed me at the counter shelf what I was looking for. Again I’ve bought some stuff just because they looked good and I have never seen them before. 🤪 Check out was quick, Was to able pay with Apple Pay while packing.

Just passing through, on a family roadtrip and found this grocery store. They have the best bakery m&m cookies! We loved them. Also, I think Superman works behind the deli counter, he ran over so fast to grab a jug of water that was too high for me to reach. A quaint little supermarket with lots of options.

Large selection of fresh produce, meats, and fish. There is also a sizable prepared section if you’re looking to get an easy jump start on a meal. While a little more expensive than some grocery stores, the extra expense is generally worth it for the quality.

I love the bakery and deli! Their cheeses are delicious too! I honestly just go for the bakery, cheese, wine and sometimes prepped food. Some pricing can be high if you are just going in for convenience.

Amazing upscale grocery store with the most helpful staff I've ever encountered! Fruits, veggies are so fresh: meats & desserts are a cut above the rest. Wine selection HUGE!! A must go!! You'll see there's no comparison to huge grocery stores! Plus they have prepared foods if you don't have time to cook!!

I am okay with the prices relatively speaking because the quality of the food is high end. We love the meat and the butcher staff is great. The prepared foods up front always offer some tasty options for an easy meal.

Ordered a sandwich tray from the deli, and a fruit tray from the produce department for a luncheon. The presentation was great and all the food was fresh and delicious!

Horrible experience! Zach “the manager” should definitely not be a manager! No people skills, and not solution driven. Wouldn’t even give me his last name to complain to the head office - told me “they all know me” very arrogant and doesn’t put anybody else first except himself. Train your managers better!

This store is uncluttered and clean. There is a nice selection of organic foods. The seafood is fresh as well as the meat. There is always someone to help you pick out the best wine to go with your meal. A nice place to shop.

I finally met a cashier at this store who was friendly and outgoing. I have forgotten this young man's name, but I told him this, and he said that I "made his day!"I absolutely love this little store, it is clean, the organic produce is 5 star, the deli is amazing, the diversity of different foods and brands is something else. If I would change one thing, it would be the last people you come into contact with, through the checkout line. They have all, with the exception of this one lad, been rather curt and rude. Maybe they're all having a bad day, or??? Hopefully no one else feels this way when they go through the check out line. I will always look for the young man at the register when I'm there!

Crowded and some of the staff were a little snippy. Meat guy was great though! Feels like too many people allowed in for the current Covid issue. Perhaps they need to look at the store's capacity. In some places you were squeezing past people. Still a beautiful place to shop though. Great selection. Just too many people in a small space.

I grew up hearing heinen's was so very expensive and just the wealthy shopped there. While they may be a little more expensive than your normal chain grocery stores... They are not that much more expensive and are worth every penny! The staff is second to none! The produce is always top-notch and If you are looking for that hard to find item or special ingredient... Heinen's is your store. Check out their flower selection! Best value around!

Clean and organized. Friendly staff and absolutely love the meat and seafood selections. A bit higher in price but the fruit and vegetables are fresh, they have weekly specials and offer a great selection of wild caught fish. My favorite.

Lovely place. Fresh foods always out. Everyone is always friendly. $5 lovely floral bouquets mean I always get fresh flowers on the table. Lots of great side dishes at their deli. Heinen's helps make dinners quick and easy for us.
