They were very gentle with my 14 year old chihuahua and gave him grace for his spunky attitude when getting his nails clipped. Both smelled and looked great. Their nails were good and no issues. The prices did increase a little but they were very nice and good to my dogs. They were pleasant to me also. I also saw a little Maltese get picked up and he looked happy and cute!

Jaleesa is always such a pleasure to work with. She groomed out Bentley at another salon before she came here and we made the decision to follow her here to this salon. She is so kind and caring with our little man and he always comes home looking amazing and very happy. Would highly recommend this salon.

I don't know what I would do without this company. They've been patient with me when I've had to cancel and they do a great job with my two dogs, both of which have a lot of hair. Very nice people.

After years of good experiences, I had a really bad experience about six months ago. Similar to other reviews, they missed my expectations. They shaved my sheep-a-doodle down after I asked them to keep her hair as long as possible and give her a teddy bear cut. I have attached the before and after phones. When I complained they strugged it off and said it would grow back. Unfortately, it grew back with a different texture. It still makes me feel frustrated.

I brought my two goldens in last week they came back unevenly cut, they failed to follow directions, and still had visible mattes. The groomer apparently spent more time shaving my boys member then actually working on visible parts of him. Ears were uneven …just not worth the money spent. We have been taking our dogs here for years but it looks like their quality has really taken a nose dive. I recommend you look elsewhere until they fix their obvious quality control issues.

They came out with our 14 year old micro-mini long hair doxie and our 9-year-old mini schnauzer in reasonable time, and the staff were professional and jovial. Pleasant experience and I will be back in 8 weeks.

We brought our little chihuahua in for a scheduled appt we made 3 days prior and the lady refused to take the appointment. She said she had nothing listed in the computer. We've been there many times before. My girlfriend was in the hospital getting blood work done,and I was to take her dog to the appointment. She was very nasty and arrogant. I'll never go there again. I've posted one star just to be able to comment. THEY DO NOT DESERVE ANY STARS Unbelievable!

They good a very good job on my 7mon puppy.after telling them her horrible experience with a different groomer,they took there time with her so she was stressed etc.they seem like they care about you pets and will do what they can to make the experience as less stressful as possible for them.would I recommend them yes will I be going back to them yes I will be.

Took our Yorkie Chloe to be groomed and Jaleesa did a great job. She did her cut just like I asked we were very well pleased. She is so good with Chloe and it is good to have a groomer that I can trust with her.

Have been going to dogs with style for years. I miss Sue! She was excellent with grooming our dogs. Unfortunately, with the new ownership, the quality is not up to par. My dog has come home with razor burns, and itchy skin and a possible eye infection the last two times she was there. I even gave explicit instructions this last time, and same result. Now on the hunt for a new groomer that knows how to cut an energetic schnauzer.

I have been taking Ollie to Dogs With Style for awhile now and have never been fully satisfied with his uneven cuts. I was always nice and thought maybe they were struggling since Covid. Last time I took him they told me that next time I bring him in…I should sedate him because he snips at them when they cut his face!! Everyone that knows Ollie will tell you he’s very docile! No way will I sedate him! I make his appointments every time at 12:30 so I could take him on my lunch break. Sometimes they say they are marking him down a little earlier to take a time slot but no worries I could bring him at 12:30. Never had a problem until today. They wanted to charge me a $30 late fee. I made the appointment for 12:30. They marked him down earlier…now I have to pay $30 for your mistake? They are sloppy, unprofessional, and just don’t care. I’m very disappointed

I've been taking my dogs to Sue for over 15yrs. Her groomers are conscientious and have always done a magnificent job with my pets. If I had any issues, I know Sue would address them immediately. I've been to other groomers only out of necessity and Dogs with Style always remains the highest quality service out there!

Awful!! New ownership that we were not made aware of, they scalped my poor dog!! Uneven cut, poor quality and white fur on paws is yellow!! Spoke with manager and requested money returned! My dog was also very timid and scared after returning home. I had been a patron for years but will never return.

I've worked with Sue, who is incredibly nice and works well with my dog. Sue does excellent work and has never injured my pup. It does take a few weeks to get in, because this place is so great, so plan accordingly.

We've been coming here for years. They do such a wonderful job and are so friendly. Prices are reasonable, too. I have one dog that gets a bit ornery when groomed, but he likes coming here!

This is a nice place to get your dog groomed. Since moving up here 5 years ago, my mother has used this location every month for the past 5 years for her Shih Tzu. She had tried a couple of other places. However, some groomer place gave her dog a razor burn on the dogs face and another groomer location seemed to make her dog freaked out.At Dogs With Style, Bonnie (her dog) actually licks all over her groomer (Laura) every time when she gets there. Also, Laura let's us know of places (moles and such) on Bonnie's skin that should be pointed out to the vet. Highly recommend -- and especially Laura.

Edit: a few hours after getting my dog home, he started developing scabs on his head and shoulders. It got worse in coming days. It's pretty clear the groomers ripped out his fur. He was traumatized and would not let me check them long enough to get photos for about a week. He kept rolling on his back or trying to hide under the couch. He'd just gotten a clean bill of health from the vet the week before, so it's not anything else.The pics don't really show the damage well, as he has a lot of fur that covers it up. You can definitely feel the scabs and the damage is pretty extensive--all over the back of his head and left shoulder I took him to another groomer (for his brother) who verified the extent of the damage and asked with horror what exactly was done, to which I did not have an answer.His right shoulder is free of scabs, and that's the area I worked on before dropping him off. So, I know it's possible to have gotten rid of the mats without ripping out his fur. I should've just done it myself, even if it would've taken me days.There's also a randomly shaved patch on his leg. Not damage like the scabs, but annoying nonetheless since it can take up to two years for malamute fur to grow back properly.Original review:TLDR: They helped me with an "emergency" and were very kind and worked very hard.But there's a random shaved spot on my dog's leg, and pus scabs where fur was pulled out. I recognize it was not a good situation, but I would've been far more gentle.My 1 year old malamute isn't neutered yet, so I've been bathing him at home. (He's a calm dog, but other male dogs might not like him) Yesterday, was like any other of the half dozen baths I'd given him. Since it was a warmer day, I left him a little damp so he could stay cool. By night time, I noticed some matting happening on the back of his head, and some fur bunching around his shoulders. I brushed out his shoulders a little, but started to feel tired. I'd gotten my 2nd covid shot that day, and was feeling fatigued. I rubbed some detangler in him and went to bed. I told myself I'd take care of it in the morning.big mistake.In the morning, the entire back of his head was matted, 5-6 times worse than the night before. Even the minor tangles on his shoulders had turned into nests. I dunno what he was doing, but he must've been tossing and turning all night. My fault, he was still slightly damp. I didn't blow dry him before bed. (I had use tropiclean. The detangler worked before, but now seemed to have made things worse)I spent three hours that morning and only brushed out an area about the size of the palm of my hand. That was about 2% of the mess. I called 4 different grooming places, and wasn't impressed with the first three. One of them asked me if I wanted my dog shaved. This was after I told them what breed I had. I thanked them and hung up. (Malamutes need their outer coat intact--cannot be shaved)When I finally got to Dogs with Style, they took time to answer my stressed out questions on matted fur. (And I was very stressed) My previous dogs were all short-haired gsds. Yes, they shed a lot too, but are a different beast compared to a longer-haired malamute.Better yet, DWS even squeezed my dog in last minute today. This was a huge relief, because I feared the matting getting worse by the minute.They spent five hours on him. It turns out, a lot of it was his puppy fur. My usual routine is to brush him for 5~15 minutes ever 2-3 days; mostly to get out dirt and remove top shedding. He gets a deep brushing every 3 weeks or so, but apparently it's not enough to remove all his puppy fur! That was what was getting caught and matted.I felt bad I couldn't leave a gratuity. It's the day before payday, and my two dogs had just racked up their annual vet bill a few days ago. So, I'm leaving this review until next time.

They're good, but you definitely PAY for it. Rather expensive, but will continue taking our dog there until I find a less expensive groomer with similar quality.

Sue is just great. She keeps my Shih Tzu looking like a puppy - and, actually, she's 14 years old!
