This store has an excellent selection of products, but the prices are definitely higher than I like to pay. It's difficult because they don't have a great deal of competition. It's always clean and well stocked. But be prepared to pay a bit more.

The quality of their products seems to go down hill about as fast as their prices go up. I know prices are up everywhere but that is no excuse for expired products on shelves. "Fresh" bread molding days after purchased without even opening it, and produce that has sat for far too long.Store used to be a staple of Hubbard community, but the declining quality and inflated prices are driving it down hill fast

Little baby face Brandon, the minimum wage cashier had the worst attitude I've ever seen in 30 years buying groceries. God forbid you ask about points for loyal customers. Will never return. Brandon should just come out and stop hiding his secret, he would feel much better.

So in there weekly ad there is no mention of having to have a "card" for items such as butter, or waffles, but in the store it states on the product I do. On there turkey breast in there ad it "DOES" state you need a card.I brought this to the owners attention and he merely stated "that"s the way it is"I would have thought that for this visit he would have offered a courtesy being as where his store was being deceptive in its advertising, but to no avail.Last time for this store, I call it an act of FRAUD.Have filed a complaint with the Attorney General's Office of Ohio and the Better Business Bureau against this business.

I always find what I need here and as for the comments I've seen people make that the price's are to high here. News flash, price's are high everywhere and if you ever worked in retail before you would know it's not the owner's choice in the price it's from the supplier. I worked at this store for 13yrs and I know the owner well, he's done so my for the the city of which this store is in.

Delivery is great & very reasonable. I've used their delivery for over a year and have never had a problem. Everyone I've ever talked with are very helpful and respectful.

I did not appreciate being told off by a elderly cashier. She forgot to give me the change I asked for and she said with an attitude next time tell me. And when she opened the drawer she couldn't even hand it to me. Trust me I won't be going back to her again.

It's very convenient to have a store with a decent bakery and deli in Hubbard. Also the deals in the Meat section of the store are very well sometimes. However the customer service can be a little sketchy at times. Especially if you come in the late afternoon. I've been yelled at in the deli section for saying two items instead of one at a time. Also have been checked out by some extremely rude YSU student today as well. Be careful you may get in trouble for shopping here by the employees.

Friendly people for ohio near closing when I came in , they didnt give me the cold shoulder when I came in so closing like most grocery stores do.... patience is the key ,very clean...employees no fake smiles....I'm a old truck driver with a bit of gypsy in me I see though forced smiles. Save alot in Hubbard is a decent family store surprisingly big than u would think.

Saw a lot of gripping about how rude the cashiers are. Been going to this store for years and u couldn’t be more wrong. Maybe your the nasty person, after all you get what u give. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. To those that complained , try smiling first!!!!!

Just the second time I have been to the shop n save in Hubbard, Ohio, the first time was in and out for 1 item during the height of the lock down, this time I was able to truly shop and check things out, the meat department had outstanding choices. A lot of different steaks and thicknesses, very fresh, the price is what it is, it is high every where.very helpfull workers, and pleasant to talk with. A very good experience overall

We were in Hubbard for other reasons and decided to stop and check out this neat store. It's nice, clean and brightly lit. Their produce looks really nice, they have a nice assortment of products and a good looking meat department. Their prices are reasonable too!

Staff is always friendly, but the selection if items here is way overpriced. The meat section is also hella lacking. Everytime I've gotten chicken or steaks here they have been rotten. Shop n "SAVE" is not a very accurate name lol.

Very bad store I'm type one Dibetic can't afford a glucose monitor with vision & hearing limited so I employ a service animal. They manager questioned it & made me feel very unwanted. I left with stay away they discriminate against older people with service animals

This location has an amazing hot and cold foods section. The fried chicken is very crispy, flavorful, and is a good price. They have a wide variety of hot and cold food ready for take out. Very convenient to pick up lunch or dinner while grocery shopping.

Bought a lot of meat here one Saturday...it was all pretty much bad, I had to throw away the sweet Italian sausage, the hamburger patties and some other stuff. Just must have caught it on the end of the sell by dates.

Nice store excellent choice of fruits and produce not a large selection of other items throughout the store like big box but convenient when you're in a hurry prices are about the same as everywhere else little on the high side.

Very bright and clean. Prices are higher than Walmart, save a lot, Aldis, etc but they have several useful coupons in their ads. The reward card can help you save on gallons of gas. Staff is very friendly and will help you load your car. Also a great place to get boxes if you are moving.

He is rather pricey but has a fuel reward program to give something back to customer. Less than a mile south from I80 if you time it right you can fit your bobtail in the lot if you need groceries for your truck. Ask around friendly staff and helpful .
