Always a great experience here!!! Showers/bathroom clean, working laundry machines, plenty space to park, fueling/scaling usually pretty fast service, Amazon locker that comes in handy, friendly staff which is not always the case nowadays and my favorite of all is the pizza option 😋 lol... excuse the seemingly run on sentence but you get the point lol... special shoutout to Mason at the fuel desk today who was super courteous 🙃 thank you Loves until next time!!!

This store is harassing a specific company and it’s incredibly sad that this happens. A female who works at the loves decided to walk in on a male driver who was in the shower (they know what showers people are in because of their system they have) and then when he got rightfully upset they kicked him out. This seems like an act of discrimination. The guy was someone of color and all the workers were white. While I was walking out of the building I witnessed two male workers watching the person leave from inside. It’s sad that this incident happened.

The cashier was a very sweet & bubbly. The subway & Chester's staff was also very nice. The whole store was very clean & the restrooms were the same. They do have a lot of different snack options & I love that they have fresh fruit 2 for 5 dollars & also sell fruit seasoning to go on it. Overall I give this place a A+

I like this loves. There is more parking at this location than the usual loves country store. Two entrances makes it easier. Also the scale has easy access as well there also is a good amount of fuel pumps. The staff are also quite nice as well.

Price for a tire repair at this loves is $68.23 while most love charge $44 plus tax. Southern tire is the most ridiculous of all them, TA is slightly better , but nome of them pass $60 for a tire mount/dismount/patching is not that expensive.

Parking is ok , fuel is decent , bathrooms are a hit or miss. They had men's bathroom closed for over a half hour to clean but no secondary bathrooms available!!!! Management shouldn't ever let that happen !

Very nice. Fully stocked shelves. Very nice magnet souveniers. Good prices on gas. Very clean and organized. The hand sanitizer they have on your way put smells really bad. But overall good experience. The employees are working and keeping the training empty and clear.

Best price on gas in Pa. Is in Ohio. I saved 90 cents a gallon and only went 17 miles out of my way. With the bar code on the app. I paid 2.49 per gallon.

Showed up around 1030Pm 2/18/23 to fuel and realized one of my tires was low on air so I went through the tire pass thank God they have people who want to work! Mechanics did a great job! One of my tires was low too low to air. So I winded up going to the shop and getting it looked at I had three nails so they replaced it. I was there maybe an hour and a half thank you guys so much. Some truckstops I go too. They don’t have enough mechanics to do the tire pass at night nor fix things kudos to the mechanics in Hubbard Ohio. Thank you so much.

It’s 1am.. where’s the best place to stop at? Surely WAS NOT loves.1) Employee surely didn’t seem enthused to be here, didn’t feel very welcomed.2) No food besides a funky burrito or two and Nachos.3) Roller items were way passed over cooked.Good place to stop at during the day but refrain from overnight.

Bryan, the head of the tire changing crew, is a liar. Before changing the tire, he gave a price of 890 dollars (everything included), and when they changed the tire, he asked for 1200 dollars. When I told him that the price he quoted at the beginning was 890, he tried to hide her lie by saying either you give me my money or I will call the police. Do not do business with them or record audio while doing so.

I had this trailer repair done to my floor and they put on my spare, $126.50. At the other shops I'm looking at a much higher cost. Roadside repairs, tires, shop repair, Love ❤️ 's is head and shoulders above the rest.

I feel so bad for the manager, Aaron. Stacie(the old ugly skinny lady) and the young pregnant girl spoke so poorly of the manager to customers. They were bad mouthing him and saying terrible things about their time working at this Loves location. Stacie hates truck drivers so be wary of her. Stacie is a miserable old woman who cant handle the stress of being a cashier. The pregnant girl is clueless and couldn’t find her way out of a paper bag.

Love is good at customer service, but not good at the technician side. I rated zero from a technical job they almost made to my truck. Because they said 2 hours to wait, I selected Love's over TA. But after 3 hours of waiting from 3 PM, the tech started to check the right turn signal bulb that was not working. The verdict was I had to wait the next day for another technician. No, sir, you can not fool me twice. Bye.

Stopped here on the last leg of a road trip; I couldn’t find my wife’s flavor of monster and Annie came out and helped me look! She was very sweet and told me that it wasn’t a problem- she wanted to make sure we had what we needed to get the rest of the way home. It wasn’t just helping me look, it was her helpful attitude which can be quite rare these days. I want to make sure that she gets recognized! Bathrooms were clean and well stocked.

Nice location… Stopped in after midnight only to wait in a line of people waiting to checkout while Stephanie took her precious time cleaning and stocking the snack area. After ten minutes of waiting, she says “be there in a minute” 🤦‍♂️

Clean facility but got my scale receipt held hostage because i pulled forward and went inside rather than driving to the back of the parking lot to find a spot first. Waste of my time. “Go find parking and then get your receipt” kmaEDIT: This time i parked about 300 feet from the scale behind it after i scaled out and they got on the intercom five minutes later and told me to move my truck. I watched two trucks pull in with about 100+ feet to spare coming nowhere near me to pull into it while i wrote this. I think its the manager here thats being a stickler for no reason. Get off your high chair lady.

I just want to say that as someone who has been in customer service for over 35 years, its refreshing to see that it is not completely lost. I recently had the pleasure of meeting a love's employee named annie when we were on travel. She was very pleasant, welcoming and helpful. I have walked into gas stations where the employee could barely bring themselves to look up from their cellphone let alone say hello. Thank you love's for hiring this young woman. I think she should be your training manager and train all of your new hires. Her attitude isnt fake nice. She seems to really enjoy her job. Take care of this one!!!!😊💜
