I cannot think of taking my two boys anywhere else. The staff is very friendly, from the front desk, to the cleaning lady. The facility is always clean and my two schnauzers are always wagging their tails in anticipation, when they see their groomer Tracy. I would and have recommended this place!

The resort i have to problem with its the groomer they shaved my golden doodle and i just wanted a trim they said she was matted and there is no way she was. shame shame!! someone doesn't know what they are doing

What a relief to find Dana and Hubbard Pet Resort for my dear sweet kitty. The place is neat, clean, adoreable... The staff very professional and friendly. She's even showcasing herself when friends stop by. It's a treat to see this meek little gal coming into her own. She'll be going there from now on. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

It seems only fair to share this young lady’s story after reading so many reviews about this owner being “professional”. The owner was going to set up an interview for this young lady who had tons of recommendations for the job as she has tons of experience in caretaking for animals. Only to turn her down immediately after finding out that she is deaf. Stating that she is deaf and couldn’t even hear a child then she wouldn’t be able to care for an animal. Plain ignorance on the owners part. Good luck in court!

Hubbard pet resort has cared for our cat and dog multiple weeks over the past year or 2. I could not want better care. The staff are kind, friendly and engaged in caring for my boys like they were their own.

The staff are really friendly and truly love animals. They handle special requests such as give meds, and extra meals. They offer daycare and extended stay. The care that is given here is above and beyond.They also have grooming staff members for those that would need the service.

The owner is extremely discriminatory against people with disabilities. They tried to justify it and back track after it was pointed out to them that it is illegal. Instead of making things right they hired an attorney to add salt to the wound of this more than capable deaf lady. It shows you they want to cover something up. I will not take my business here despite their care, cleanliness, etc… people who treat people that way have no place to run a business.

This is the place to take your dog or cat. Room for your cat to play in that is like a cat playground. Dog has ample space to go outside when brought on walks. Have to work around morning and evening pick up and drop off time but we’ll worth it. Have a old cat with special needs. I never worry if he is in good hands or not!

We found this place while doing a search. We had gone here several times, staff were always friendly. Our dog came back fine no issues.Within the past month we had an unexpected illness that meant we had to go to Cleveland for a couple days. Called last minute not knowing how long we would need to use their services. Very accommodating, our dog stayed 3 days. Came home no problem, and again we needed their services. We were unsure of how long we would be, they worked with us extending our dogs stay.They sent pictures and our dog was having fun. We kept in contact and let them know the situation. Our dog was going to run out of food because I only packed a week of food, I was under a lot of stress and they suggested that I could have Amazon deliver her food so I wouldn’t have to leave to bring her food. I am so grateful for their quick thinking, and the way that they just kept working with us, not knowing our schedule. They showed compassion and understanding that I didn’t expect.I was worried about my loved one in the hospital and it was a huge relief knowing I didn’t have to worry about my dog. I knew that the people working there genuinely love animals and they saw what a sweetheart my dog was and allowed for her high energy and wore her out. She enjoyed herself, but more importantly we felt good with our choice.She went back after we got home and didn’t even look back as she walked to the dog area.I would highly recommend the Hubbard Pet Resort. They really like dogs and it shows.

The owner of this business discriminates against deaf people, and talks down to them as if they are lesser humans. If they cant respect fellow humans, how can you trust them with our furry friends? Do not give them your money!

This place is great! We have tried 3 or 4 other groomers and no one can groom our cat as well as Tracy does. She is awesome with him and always does an excellent job. I would definitely refer anyone here. They are the best groomer I have found by far!!

They have some of the best rates around. More importantly, their staff is great! They are wonderful with people as well as animals. Our two dogs have stayed here twice and both times they were happy and healthy when we returned! They get time to run and play, personal playtime, and their is a nice outdoor dog park on site where they can socialize with their dog friends. I highly recommend Hubbard Pet Resort for anyone who needs to know their pets are in good, loving, and capable hands while they're away.

Going in to register my dog for boarding was easy. Everything was explained to me in detail. Leslie is a gem. Seems my pup will be well taken care of. I have no qualms about leaving her in their hands. They put my mind at ease. A huge plus is that there will be someone there during the night.

The groomers here are amazing and took such good care of my Gracie baby! When I rescued her, her fur was matted and nails insanely long. I almost thought they gave me a new dog! It's such an amazing transformation. The staff was also super friendly and I plan on taking my baby here again!

I take my dog here once a week. We wanted to socialize him and wow have we noticed a difference! He went from being scared of other dogs to wanting to play all the time.He is so excited to when we are getting ready to go, it's like he knows! Never had any issue with getting him in. The staff is very welcoming and know him by name. I know when he is there he is loved and cared for! Also fair pricing for stays and daycare. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone!

This place definitely needs a review. Leslie and her crew deserve medals and constantly full rooms for the service they provide. They remember you from one visit to the next, offer discounts for multiple pets/stays, give personalized attention, and no demand is too great. Pet need medicine? Fine. Meet other dogs/cats? Great. Have to be calmed during storms? No prob. Cats, dogs, birds, ferrets, bunnies--any pet, any time, any day. Open all the time, plus dog parks (by membership)and a happy, trained, dedicated staff, you have no fear or worries leaving the baby (or babies) for any reason, be it hospital, vacation, remodeling--whatever.

We took our dog to have her groomed. We told the groomer to trim her hair to 2 to 3 inches on her body which was about 6 inches long. Leave her tail alone which she did and just trim up her face. When we picked her up I was really upset couldn’t believe it, they shaved her whole body. ( she’s a Berneadoodle) she cut her whiskers even with her mouth. Should hang down past her chin. While I was putting her in the car the groomer told my wife that she was doing a great job brushing her but when my wife called to tell them we were very unhappy with the way she looked another woman said they had to shave her because of Matts.we will NEVER go back there again.

Great people who care about your pet. Even when our dogs stay was cut short because of his anxiety. They bent over backwards for him. And even called the next week to see how he was. I am very impressed.

There are no negatives about this place: it's clean, relatively quiet, the owner and staff friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. On my first visit when I came to pick up my pet, he was presented to me with a colorful lei around his neck (mine to keep) and he didn't want to leave!I thoroughly recommend the Hubbard Pet Resort as the perfect place to leave your pets for long- or short-term care. They'll be in VERY good hands!

They flat out discriminated against a young deaf woman, blatantly telling her the reason they won’t hire her is because she’s deaf. Which is illegal. Imagine being such a bad person, you refuse to hire people with disabilities.

My wife and I have been taking our 4 kids-various sizes-here for the past 2 years. The girls here do LOVE our dogs and treat them with the same kindness I believe they would afford to their own pets. Very understanding in allowing for last minute plans (or plan changes). Seems to be clean and well organized. Recommend for anyone who wishes to board pets in our area.

My first go to choice for boarding our dogs. My poodles are both rescues and have high anxiety of being in a cage for a period of time.They're both very hyperactive pups and need a lot of exercise. This is the only place with group play around here. When we pull into the parking lot they go nuts with excitement. It's their vacation/pupcation for when we have to travel. They love playing and socializing. The staff is amazing with them, and just knowing my dogs are in good hands makes me relax and worry less.

They are very nice. I called very last minute. They were very accommodating! Clean! They took good care of Mr Pickles, our cat. Will call them again! :)
