The store is bigger and newer.However you always have to wait to be rung up because the employees are always stocking shelves."Let me know when you're ready to check out."I shouldn't have to do that.How hard would it be to designate one employee to bring in carts, greet customers, and ring them up?

I had a friendly cashier, but they are annoyed when you ask to use the bathroom. I waited 1/2 hr. and there was a girl on the floor. My reminder created a bothersome sigh. I've had problems before with comments like, we don't have a public restroom, it's out of order (after watching another employee coming out of the bathroom), or we don't have a bathroom here. When I ask where they go, the woman said "Another business." I did call them out on the misinformation, in a professional way, and then left. The store is very clean and organized. I don't usually complain.

I shop at this store on a regular basis. Always clean, organized, and well stocked. No matter how busy the cashier may be I am always greeted at the door. This store seems to have a quick turnaround of new products that I do not see at other Dollar General stores in the area. Consistently pleasant to shop here.

Chris and Doris are amazing. They are both such nice lady's. Always smiling. They each asked me if I needed help finding anything. And Chris didn't rush me through the check out. Hubbard dollar general is the best dollar general I've ever visited. I already want to go back!

Store was laid out nicely. Isles alittle narrow but clear of displays and debris. Staff was very eager to assist me in finding a particular item I was shopping for. They've got many items with a comparable generic at a much lesser cost. I wound up getting a few extra products that I wasn't intending on purchasing but couldn't beat their price!Overall this was a terrific shopping trip! I'll be back for sure.

Friendly employees and they have what I need. I purchased laundry supplies and they had it all at reasonable prices and they take coupons. I also appreciate the fact that they have a cooler for cold drinks!

Somewhat disorganized and staff seem unhappy to everyone walking in. It’s a dollar store though. So you get it. Good prices overall if you need something quick and general.

There are always VERY LONG LINES and only one register open. You actually have to ask for the person running the register to call someone up front to open a second register. The fact that the line is wrapped around and down isle's is not enough of a CLUE to open a second register is ridiculous... Also they always pull the sale signs early so when you go on a Saturday morning they are already down.

The workers there are always very helpful. They always ask if you found everything you wanted, and always greet you at the door. I would like to join the coupon application. I'm just not sure how.

I used to come here fairly often, it always seemed inviting. I revisited after the remodel and the staff just doesn't seem very welcoming or inviting. Bummer.

Worst place to go currently. Guy at the register speaks German to you and makes rude remarks to customers. Shouldn't be working in customer service. Doesn't look good for this store...

Great staff and great prices love the digital coupons every cent counts these days the store is always clean and always stocked and have great sales and it's nice you get a 5 off coupon for Saturdays

For a dollar general....this one is top notch. The staff is very helpful and the Hubbard store is easier to navigate than many.

I dropped my rating to 3 stars...everytime I go in this store the line is extremely long and they take forever!! They have plenty of employees on the floor, why not put them on a register when the line is so long?!?!
