Kelly is a wonderful groomer! She does a great job on my dog every time 😊I kept asking my former groomer to work his nails back because they were very long and uncomfortable on my pup. He never did (hence the position of former groomer). They are now great and the length they should be. She does a wonderful shampoo and brush-out. And my! Does he smell good when he gets home! I would highly recommend Kelly as a groomer 🐩🐕

Dog Gone Clean is the best dog groomer! I took my dog today for his first ever grooming appointment and they were wonderful. The staff is professional, friendly, and they really care about what they do. They were so patient with my dog. I would 10/10 recommend!!

Great groomer. They take care of my dogs very well. Nail clips are only $5 which is very inexpensive compared to other places. No appointments are needed to have the dogs or cats nails clipped. The staff is very accommodating and the dogs love them let's go this waylet's go this way

Absolutely love this place. Our lab mix went recently and got a wash, deshedded, and her nails trimmed and you could tell how happy she was. 2 weeks later and she still smells like she just stepped out of the groomer. Can’t thank Priscilla and her team enough.

I love the fact that they treat you like family. Very friendly..very through with my Buddy ( miniature schnauzer) loving him ..greeting him. When we pull into the parking lot he gets all excited and can't wait to go in. Buddy grooming is perfect .they staff pays detail to him and he looks smells and feels so good after his appointment. I tell him he is going to puppy spa. Thank you Dog Gone Clean for loving buddy and taking such good care of him.

I have been going for over 10 years. I am always super happy with my experience and dogs experience. They always look amazing and super happy afterwords.Edit: still happy. Opinion has not changed. I easily drive from Newton Falls just to specifically come here.

I used to go here regularly to get my 3 dogs nails trimmed but the last few times we had went, the lady that did them pulled my dogs legs up so high and twisted them in positions they weren't meant to go on, all 3 of them had squealed in pain and the lady just got agitated with them because they were pulling away because she was hurting them so bad. One time she had my smallest dog so freaked out and terrified because she kept hurting her, she peed on the table and then the lady got really mad. We stopped going there for over a year and I drove all the way to Niles Pet Salon where they used to go before we moved back to Hubbard and they happily go there and they are very gentle with my dogs, especially since my two large dogs are 15. They weren't able to get me in before we left for vacation so I reluctantly went here again, my dogs wouldn't even go in the door, started whining and pulling back to the car the lady traumatized them so badly. I had to force them all in and watch as my dogs were terrified while the same lady did their nails, still doing the same thing. My one poor dog didn't even get all her nails clipped she was so freaked out. Such a shame, they used to love going there to get their nails done and it's within walking distance of my home, but never again.

I take my 2 pups for nail trims only. I get nervous when they trim so I ask if they can have one trim and one hold while I go outside and are so kind to accommodate me. Have had Priscilla a couple times and Cheyenne and they are both wonderful. Highly recommend. 😍

3 stars because she did take us on such short notice before vacation. Nvr been there but will not go back. This was a yorki puppy scared of grooming & the cut I gave was very basic & simple shave since she was a scardy cat but I did ask top head leave longer for top knot everything was scalped & nothing in line or straitened. I feel I am being overly fair.

I take my dog to get her nails trimmed. The ladies are Always super friendly and Never make me wait. I love them. The only problem I have is their hours..I have been trying to get her nails done for some time now. They are never open. Ive called left messages and gone to the shop and they are not open. I wish they would have more consistant hours. As it stands if I don't hear from them I will be forced to take her somewhere else because my dog needs them cut and cannot wait much longer.

It was my first time there. I waited for at least 10 - 15 minutes before any of them would acknowledge me. Finally a girl came over and took care of the dogs nails. Other than the wait reasonable place to go

They do a great job with my chihuahua mix,he has really coarse hair and it grows fast,but they're usually done in about 1.5 hours. They're always very busy so alot of times they dont answer when you call but they always return your message. The staff is very friendly and treat Bubba good.

My frenchie turns into the tasmanian devil when anyone tries to clip his nails. I called to schedule an appointment and they told me an appointment was not necessary, just drop in. So today, we stopped in. I gave the baby comforting snuggles while my daughter fed him peanut butter and 3 minutes later we were done! Thanks for letting us work with you to get this done! Only $5 for a nail trim but we gave them $10 and well worth it. Hours are limited so make sure you check before your go.

I have a Frenchie & a pug. The Frenchie is afraid of having her nails clipped. She turns into a tasmanian devil when you even touch her foot. My vet informed me she would not clip her anymore unless she was sedated. Started bringing her here. AMAZING. I am not saying my Frenchie is calm when they clip her - but she does not go totally insane anymore. The groomer is so patient and calm that I think my dog senses it- and it calms her as well.
