Absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. Dr. Pendleton was highly recommended so we drove the hour+ to come see him and it was more than worth it. My first phone call to schedule the staff was friendly, helpful and caring. When we arrived the check in was so quick, no waiting room sitting just straight to a room. I came in stressed and worried about my pup and left with a weight taken off my shoulders and more reassurance moving forward. Dr. Pendleton diagnosed the issue quickly, thoroughly explained everything about it and everything moving forward. He even addressed other issues we weren't there for primarily. He is intelligent, kind and laid back. The techs were all wonderful. All very friendly and kind. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place and the staff. If we lived closer they would be our primary vet in a heartbeat. We were here for a consult for possible surgery and thank goodness it's not needed. However, we left knowing that we could call at any time for any reason and they would be there to help. If surgery would be necessary, I would most certainly choose Dr. Pendleton and I would know my dog was in safe hands. I can't thank this team of individuals enough!! If you guys read this, I truly appreciate you.

After 3 years of dealing with a dog and allergies I found this gem of a place!1 visit and we got so many answers and found a better way to treat our pup and we are on our way to a itch less life. Lol 😆 dr clay and dr borsos have been amazing with helping my dogs and making sure both of them are happy and healthy

We loved this place! Staff was wonderful. Our frenchie, Pork Chop, had stenoic snare repair and a soft palate resection here 3 days ago and today he was panting like a normal dog. No noises, no struggling. I'm so happy. After care has been simple and he seems to be healing quickly.Bonus points for this place for not being judgmental that my dog is raw fed ❤️

I have been to quite a few veterinarian clinics in my lifetime, this is the four most best one I’ve ever been to thank you Dr. Pendleton and all your staff!!! You are also very kind!! And my animals have never had such good care. I will stick with this clinic for the rest of my life.!!!

I took my very sick kitty there a few years ago. They were so friendly & caring. The Dr. made sure I understood all of his medications before I left. Then yesterday, I stopped by & needed to inquire about that old visit (cat's b-day) they were so helpful printing out everything from that old visit with a smile! Great staff!!! Thank you again.

This place is so compassionate they quickly saw my kitten assessing him carefully discovered that he had fractured both his back legs by getting caught in dog leash.. he required surgery & is currently healing ❤️‍ they kept him pain free & he is about to have staples removed, he's going to make a full recovery.. Also ironically my bunny got an ear infection that same week & they managed to get him in quickly & remedy the issue! I highly recommend these caring professionals no matter what type of pet your heart ❤️ belongs too! Blessed be❤️🐈‍⬛

Highly recommend Dr. Aimee Clay and the BOAS surgery she is specialized in. My pug’s quality of life is so much better, she breathes so much easier and snoring is gone!! The surgery was easy on her because of the laser, and appreciate that they make this affordable, so worth traveling for. I am forever grateful and hope more find out and take advantage of this to help their pugs and similar breeds!

They took our emergency appointment with just a tearful phone calls notice. We were in and out so quick I could hardly believe it! The staff and doctor were all so wonderful and kind. It was a peaceful environment with all around good vibes.I cannot even express how furrever grateful we are!

First appointment ever with 2 kittens and a 2 year old female toddler.... thank you so much to the tech who helped us today! I'm sorry i didn't catch your name. You went above and beyond! Even offering to hold my little girl when I paid at the end and still offering to help me out to my car! Also the vet was awesome too! I absolutely love this this clinic, I’ve never had to wait more than a week for an appointment unless the exotic vet was out, very affordable compared to other vets, and the staff is kind and considerate (there’s only one secretary who personally just rubbed me the wrong way but everyone else is utterly fantastic).I was late after being pulled over on my way to an appointment to put one of my rats to sleep and they were very understanding and empathetic of how hard a time I was having. And when we lost our family dog a year later they squeezed us in to let her go peacefully.The people that are complaining about not getting an appointment and blaming Heritage for their pets’ passing need to understand that this is more of a primary care office and not an ER, it is not their fault if they can’t get you in immediately and you don’t have a back up vet for emergencies. I wouldn’t trust my fur babies with anyone other than the staff at Heritage Veterinary Clinic, especially Dr. Pendleton that man is truly amazing.❤️❤️

We have a dog and a fox. This will be our regular vet now for our dog, and for any routine things our fox as well. They do not specialize in fox and we're very honest about that and recommended the other vet we typically use which is very appreciated. Rather than pretending to know more about it and take our money and potentially harm our animal. Everyone was super nice and professional. We've already recommended a few friends.

These guys are on point! I was impressed. Recently had an "explosive" emergency C-diff type infection with my GSD. Heritage Vet care was the only single vet in any 50 mile direction that got me in that same day. They were kind, more affordable then most places, knowledgeable on the situation, and seemed like they actually cared beyond getting paid. Well done. I'll be coming to them for my future veterinary needs!

I felt heard with my concerns for my baby boy, the vet heard everything and took into account everything I said. We went here for a second opinion on his eye because his current vet would not listen no matter what I said or how evident it was that his eye was bothering him. I hated hearing the the "cyst" wasnt and issues and wasn't hurting him when I could see how much it was bothering him. This will now be the first place we go. It was clean, in a nice area, and easy to get to. I won't mind making the 45 min drive there for his continued care. My baby will be having surgery there and will finally get some relief and go back to being his happy go lucky self.

They were all very sweet with my fur babies. They did such a great job with my Violet that needed emergency surgery. I then booked my other 2 very small fur babies with them to be fixed. I was probably a pain in there butts. Because like all worried moms I stayed there during and after surgery. But the were very nice through the whole process and even let me sit with my fur babies in recovery.

They did my dogs entropian surgeries and were phenomenal! My dog is scared of the vet office and they're so amazing they don't even have to muzzle her. They have associates for all dog personalities! Love them!

I have lived in the area for a couple of years, and this is my favorite Vet. We have visited other practices, but Dr. Pendleton does a great job. He seems to care about the pets; he is not jaded as we found at other clinics. I am very glad he will be our Vet going forward.

Great staff, was able to get scheduled and also seen early since we were on a wait list for cancelations. Unfortunately, my daughter's dog passed away the day after surgery, he just wasn't strong enough to make it. The staff was warm and compassionate. They even made my daughter an imprint of his paw print with his name on it as a keepsake. 🐾🌈 RIP Loki
