It wasn't too bad at Walmart today and yes, they were busy as hell. I was a bit surprised though, I think there was only 3 maybe 4 regular isles open, so we went to the you do it isle. Thank God, the registers worked, because normally they screw up at least 3 times during checking out. Not too bad of a job today Walmart and thank you for having carts inside the building!

I come here every week and have never had any problems with anyone. All the employees are kind, and I love some of the changes they have made. Good prices, great atmosphere, and loving all the new self checkouts. I'm one of those people who love to do things for themselves, and so I feel I'm helping by taking care of my own groceries. No offense to the ones affected that are on the registers. I do hope everyone at Walmart has a great day ❤️

I understand people have been working long hours and are moody. What I don't understand is how a worker can be rude to someone for leaving the cart in the inside and have the audacity to say "Well, you aren't the one who has to take care of carts". I understand the carts don't go on the inside away from the cart corelleI, but what I don't understand is why she had to be rude. This all happened around 9:40p this evening.

Checked into wrong pickup delivery spot, so the manager apparently brings the order out 3 car bays down from me, decides to "not call me, because they're slammed" and instead walks the order back in for to get accepted by another driver and then walked all the back out. What a great waste of time when you're "slammed".

I go to Walmart Holland almost every other day. Love the opening hours, the staff, the variety of products. The only thing missing is the ability to “tap to pay”.

They refused to let me in yesterday when they had 20 minutes til close. I was on my way home from work and i was planning on stopping at there on my way home. All I was trying to do was go get milk for my daughter they seen me walking to the door and closed and locked it right in front of my face and walked away like they didn't care.

My Walmart of choice. The store is actually bigger than the one on Central in Sylvania township. It's also better managed and recently completely renovated and updated. Have had no problems with online pickup or in-store shopping. The manager actually cares about the store. That being said, it's still very close to the south side and a lot of those folks that refuse to go to the Glendale location in Toledo come here to Holland, so it's not unusual to see Lucas county sheriff's or Holland police on site.

There was no handicap parking available, but there were at least 20 pickup spots right near the door. We should not have to walk further than the employees to shop here. The item we came for was scruffy and didn't look at all like the photo online. Won't be back any time soon

Supplies are running low. Selection is going down. Amount of product on hand is way low. Product is in wrong places constantly and since the items aren’t tagged you have to go hunt down a price scanner and hope it’s not broken. There are more self checkouts than manned lanes. You should get a discount for helping them eliminate more employees. The floor employees that are there areal pleasant and upbeat and helpful. Managers not so much. They always seem grumpy and irritated if they have to break off from their chat group to deal with something. I used to go there because they would have whatever you needed but now it’s a struggle and product availability is hit and miss. It’s depressing to be in their stores now.

This store is like night and day, compared to the Walmart on Glendale. My only complaint, is our cashier had wireless earbuds in and was involved in a personal phone call the entire time she checked us out; that's beyond unprofessional, and quite rude.

Great staff and clerks, neat and clean environment, nicely stoked daily. Wish more check out lanes were available so I didn't have to stand in line for almost a half hour each visit. Other than that complaint everything else is a solid 5 across the board.

I've been buying my cheap work watches there for the last few years. When the batteries go dead they used to change them .Now that's not their policy anymore that's a negative against them. Along with not enough registers open.

Shoppwd in the electronics department. Employees had no training in the products they were selling. Very rude and even insulting my intellingence. Won't be shopping there ever again.

I got my groceries delivered i asked for 4 bunches of broccoli and bananas. I hot 4 small pieces of broccoli and green bananas that i won't be able to eat for awhile because they are that green. The broccoli i don't know how many that will feed it was that small. I'd rather not recieved the items i will never go through this walmart again. All these walmarts need to show these workers how to shop

Do a remodel currently, changed pretty much every checkout lane to a self-checkout. Then you dare to ask to see the receipt at the door. Just a dumb idea. The store is always out of items I need. I would much rather spend money at Kroger's. I think I will boycott all Walmarts in my area because they all suck. Employees are rude. If you want/need to be rude to the paying customers that keep you having a job, then just quit. You are worthless slum employees and store!

So my husband received a gift of a pair of boots from this specific Walmart. And as he got them, they're a 1/2 size too big. I went up to see if I could get the smaller size. Just exchange them. And you cannot exchange anything without a receipt. Which I stated they were a gift to him. So I wouldn't have the receipt. And they said they can't do it. Wow. This place needs a new policy

Clean compared to other Walmart stores I have visited. Some marked down items were not tagged so. The cashier corrected this. Overall a good shopping experience.

Awesome scores in the garden department today!!Patio cushions have been marked down from $40 to $5. And my personal score was organic garden soil for $0.25 for a 2 cubic foot bag!! No limits...😁

Went to get air in my tires at the tire shop there on a Sunday morning. I went inside because I didn't see anyone. I asked one of the mechanics could I please get some air in my tires?? . So I pulled around and he lifted the door and passed me the air hose to do it myself. Terrible service.

Wal-Mart is always my one stop shop. I can get everything I need and at affordable prices aswell as large clearance selections. I went here at 2am for black Friday shopping and it was like shopping on a typical busy day. I would recommend this location to anymore would needs a place to get all their needs met. I have gotten my shopping done and gotten my contact prescription all in one stop last spring. This place is great check them out.

My girlfriend and I came in one afternoon to the cosmetic area and she needed help with Getting her perfume so we tell the girl named Abby the Perfume she needs. She was extremely rude to my girlfriend until I approached. I told Abby to just get the one that my girlfriend requested and she had done so we also had one item that my girlfriend had We had asked her if we could scan it back here as it was just one item She proceeded to get on her phone And told us no very rudely Not someone I would want working in the customer service business

Walmart has $1 to $3 items theft protected. I want to run in an out if I’m buying a dollar item. I know theft is at a high but damn that is ridiculous!

Store appears under total renovation inside and out. And the improvements will certainly update the facilities and improve the overall shopping experience. It's just a bit chaotic at the moment. But, what was unexpected was how rude and unfriendly the local patrons (not Walmart employees) were. I'm a senior and also have bad knees which sometimes requires me to use a handicap electric shopping cart. Several times I was nearly hit by regular shopping baskets pushed by all ladies, in fact, who acted angry and appeared to deliberately shove their baskets right into my path and either cut me off or block my way. I'm not from the area. But I decided it's best not to sample the local water.

This is a very nice walmart location, very clean and up to date. I'd shop here instead of the others around Toledo.
