I called and scheduled to have my trucks windows tinted and was scheduled immediately. From the time I initially called until rolling out completed was less than 2 hours. While there i inquired about motorcycle audio upgrades and everyone not only was extremely knowledgeable but also very courteous. I've been doing business here for a long time and the service is always second to none! Highly recommend checking out TAS for most any vehicle upgrades! Thanks again gentlemen!

I recently had a negative experience with Allen and Dave at Tas electronics where I was overcharged and left with a faulty security system. Despite promises of a refund for the overcharge, Dave initially refused to honor it when I returned. The system was not even installed correctly initially, leading to additional trips back for repairs.However, I must amend my review to mention that the business reached out to me directly after seeing my initial feedback. They were not aware that I was not satisfied with the resolution they provided. I am happy to report that they are now refunding the overcharge and I am satisfied with the outcome.I appreciate the fact that the owner took the time to address my concerns promptly and resolve the issue. I now feel more confident in recommending Tas electronics to others, and I hope that they continue to improve their customer service in the future.

TAS has been my go-to car place since I owned my first car. They have gone above and beyond on every job and made sure everything was setup perfectly before I left. I’ve had them install car stereos, speakers, car starters, backup cameras and dash cams across several cars I’ve owned over the years and everything’s always worked perfectly. They made sure all the audio settings were adjusted to my liking as well. My most recent car upgrade was for a new system that integrated Apple CarPlay so I have a full hands free driving experience which works flawlessly when I’m on the road and I couldn’t be happier. Even after moving to Chicago I still drive to Toledo to have work done at TAS because they have never let me down. I can’t recommend them enough for providing only quality products and exceptional service every time.

I stopped in to ask about undercarriage LED lighting for my Harley Davidson. While the prices were higher than I had expected based on my Amazon searches, Dave took the time show me how much better the kits the use are, how much longer they will last, and why they no longer sell the "cheap" products I had been seeing. He even showed me through a couple of similar installs in progress so that I could see the quality of what I would be getting. After our meeting, I truly believe Dave and his team really do have the customer's best interests at heart, and I set an appointment for Tuesday to drop off my bike and let them get to work. Can't wait to see my baby shine!P.S. I think my 4-star rating is based only on the sticker shock ($200 kit vs the $50 or so I had seen on Amazon. I will update this after the install.)As promised, here is my follow-up after the install. Dave was great, sending me pics of the install in progress, while Danny did a great job really making my bike stand out. They also took the time to help familiarize me with using the app to control the lights. I love the new look and am happy I trusted TAS with the job. Thanks, guys! (Ammending my 4-star rating to 5)

My son's first car is an older model that needed some tech upgrades. We upgraded to a new stereo system that has Apple CarPlay for streaming music, a 7in screen for navigating with maps, and hands-free commands using Siri. We also added a backup camera that ties into that screen for full visibility backing out of parking spaces. We dropped the car off right after picking it up from the dealer and it turned out the front speakers were dead so TAS offered a replacement option at an extremely reasonable cost. My son was excited beyond words about his car and the upgrades we added to it. We are thrilled with the job TAS did and highly recommend them.

They blew up my new speakers and lights while installing them and still got charged the full amount. Then on the way back to have them taking off my bike the speakers came loose and almost fell off

Took my car in to have a seat heater installed. They tore the leather seat, 3 inches long. They glued it down. Also, now have large wrinkles in that area. They apologized but still charged me. When I made the appointment, they told me it would cost $150 plus tax. When they were done they charged me $170.19. This is not what I would expect from TAS.The seats are not worn and brittle, they are in excellent condition.I never said I wasn't concerned, and I never said the leather was old and worn. You talked about giving me a refund. You said, "you would make it right", and that you would call me. You never did.

Had the windows tinted and received service with a smile. Time to install the tint was extremely fast…..but after seeing the finished product I understand how. Went back as tint was not lined up right, had something between the tint and glass, and an enormous amount of bubbles still remained. Service the second time was not nearly as pleasant. Second install was much better, lined up correctly, only a few bubbles ( which should come out ) …it looks the way it should have been done the first time. So the old say is true…the second time is a charm.

I recently purchased a new vehicle and wanted my amp and speakers hooked up. Within two weeks of having my new car I scheduled an appointment to get it done, at this point I had no problems with my car. The appointment went fine and within a few days after the install I noticed I was getting a service light on my dash and my door locks were not working. I called the dealership to get it checked out. At this point I did not even think the system would have been the problem. I just assumed the car had an issue and I have a warranty for it. I finally got into a dealership within a few weeks and they discovered that tas had went into the wiring harness and cut 3 wires, electrical taped one wire back together and left the other 2 wires live touching metal causing them to short out. Which caused the service light and functions to not work properly. I had to pay the dealership to fix what they messed up. I went back to tas with photos and the report from the dealership to give them the opportunity to resolve it and pay for the repair without involving insurance and/or a lawsuit. He was rude and uncooperative and told me they didn't do it and I'm just assuming they did it. I told them that the first two weeks I had my car everything worked fine and ironically right after the install is when it happened. No one else was in the wiring harness except for them. So how could it not be there fault. Not to mention if it was already like that they would have called me immediately and told me there was cut wires in there so they wouldn't be held responsible. Also if it was like that before the install I would have had the issue prior to the install which I didn't. Once the dealership fixed the cut wires everything started working properly. Again he was rude and basically said we are not responsible, we didn't do it. I asked for the insurance company information and got blown off as if he didn't know who the insurance company is and said he would call me with it. I haven't received the info yet and if I don't get it soon I will need to take the next step and file a suit. I'm writing this review because I don't want this to happen to anyone else. Just be careful I recommend if you do get anything installed here ask to see all the wiring and make sure its properly done.

Service was great when we bought it. My son had a few issues when going to pick it up after Christmas. Stated “sometimes orders get lost”.So my advice - keep your receipt. The car starter works great!

I have had terrific experiences at taz. With fast service and friendly staff you need to make your stop for your car electronic needs. Dave was very friendly and personable and helped me quickly and easily through the process of buying heated seats and bluetooth for my 2008 Lexus' sound system. While the bluetooth was not functioning at first, I called Dave up and he graciously offered to take a look.While there he called up his top technician Mike, who went through all of the troubleshooting and eventually replaced the system for me and made sure I was able to pair and use my phone seamlessly. So very grateful for Mike putting up with a frustrating problem with charisma and good humor.Extremely happy with the friendly and quality service. Expect to be a returning customer!!!

Got a damaged window tint fixed here. Called. Set up an appointment over the phone. Dropped it off at night. Called them. Paid over phone. Picked it up at night. Never made it inside to meet or see anyone.No problems at all and they did a great job.

I have never seen such liar being a manager before. He absolutely the worse human being you can meet. Never do any work with this branch of Tas electronics. He will deceive you and lie to you just to get your money. The Manager’s name is Dave. He is just heartless and only cares about your money.

Quoted wrong amount on the phone. Wasted gas and time driving to the location. Custom Auto Tint in Maumee quoted cheaper and has much better reference work.

I had a great experience at TAS. I called there several times with questions about purchasing an Automatic Car Starter. Every time I called I spoke with Dave who was informative and polite despite the store being super busy. I loved the price and he told me the installation would take only about an hour. Other places said 2-3 hours and over $250 for the starter and installation. Very happy with my purchase and Dave was really nice and helpful.

Dave is wonderful. I can't be more satisfied with the radio system they installed to my Dodge carvan. They did amazing job and Dave was very nice and explained everything to me..I'll go back for sure and install remote starter to my other car. Highly recommend....

Good selection good price. However we have had problems with the radio. Been back 3 times now. They fix works about a week and then the same thing. Its a 45 min trip for me to go back every time.

Called to have the old car starter reset after letting it go after covid. It's about 20+ something years old. Anytime batteries go dead on the fobs it needs reset. Desk guy replaced the batteries. They asked me to come back the next day to be reset. About 40 dollars all together. They seemed busy so it was no problem. The car starter has a lifetime guarantee which they have honored in the past.
