Be careful what time you go. Either really early or really late is the best. Gas station gets backed up but it opens an hour before and closes an hour after the store and that's the best time to get gas. The store always has employees willing to help. They do pick up orders. Pharmacy, hearing aid center, and an optical dept.

They have everything you need and more grocery ,fresh produce, bakery,furniture, electronics , cloths , healh care products and more. Food is fresh .Store is clean and very organized. I love it. I purchase protein shakes saved $80 normally I would pay $180 for 72 of them.

Tired of the people selling stuff in the store. It's like they're down every aisle now, hardly a way to avoid them. We're just trying to shop and leave, don't need sales people making weird comments at us because we don't respond the way they want us to. The store itself is fine, we're just tired of the constant need to fend off sales people in a store where we're already spending a ton of money.

So disappointed with the store/employee. I have memberships at Sam's for decades. Now I lost trust at the store. On Feb 27, I went in and saw Spam on sale until Mar 18. I bought some, as soon as the cashier handed me a receipt it wasn't on sale. So I asked him about it. He looked it up and told me that was for Scan & Go. So I walked over Customer Service and made a return. I asked my sister in law to get for me because she has Scan & Go. She went to the store on Mar 2. She saw the sign for Scan & Go just like the cashier told me. She cashed her grocery and in a hurry to go home to take her son to the practice. She didn't check the receipt. When she looked at the receipt, there was no sale. She called and a gentleman on the phone told her to come back and he will fix it for her. She told him that she can't come back the same day and asked for his name. By the time she came back, she talked to a lady, she told my sister in law that she's the one that put up the sign up and it wasn't for Scan & Go, it's for instant saving. The instant saving was expired on Feb 25. And Scan & Go is expired on Mar. 18. So someboby was lying through her teeth for a fews dollars. So in between, they changed the sign. Some one make a mistake and she know it! Everyone keep an eye on your receipt before you walked out the store or you'll get scam! Deep down in my heart I knew she's b.s..sing because my cashier checked on his device and told me. Maybe we should shop some where else! Costco's sale limited for every day, not for months/life!

Sam's club "paid" membership got me scammed into a 5 year contract from Just Energy. Sam's club is full of solicitors. Solicitors pay Sam's club to be in the store the club members "pay" Sam's club to be in the store. I was scammed in the store. Manager's resolution was to tell me "sorry". I contacted Sam's club Home office and was told sorry but the store in question can only resolve your issue. I asked the Home office if they owned the store in question Home office replied yes we own it but we don't have the option to resolve your issue. Sam's club is disgracefully crooked and will never shop Sam's club or affiliates ever again.

I like this location even though it's always busy. We make a point of going here when in Ohio just to pick up some stock and pizza!!They have great pizza but no more deluxe 😢Also, they have scan and go fast lane checkout

Prices have doubled if not tripled on some items over the years. But I still shop because of the quality & quantity the store is always clean & employees are very helpful.Sam’s offer members great gas prices.It’s been awhile but not sure what has happened to the quality of their pizza in the food court, but even after giving it second chance weeks apart thinking it could’ve been an old pizza. NO! the pizza dough was chewy dense & taste like cardboard. Not sure what has changed or happened.The gas station area when busy it is complete chaos with everyone going every direction no order or organization. I will say Costco gas station traffic is one direction in, one direction out, pick a lane get gas simple.

No one around to assist. They expect you to wait on them and scan all your own items. Do not make a mistake while scanning. you'll be waiting for 20 to 30 minutes for assistance.

I was less than impressed with the lack of quality of procedure at the holand sams club today. The alarm was going off for 15 minutes and not one employee was directing people to leave the building and they were letting people continue to come into the building. I was directing people to leave as my husband and I were getting out of the store. Unbelievable. Shame on sams for this. Unacceptable.

A couple of weeks ago, I bought a car battery when mine was too dead to reliably start. Not only did Sam's have the best price, but the best service. I didn't have an appointment, but Justin installed one before the customer came for their appointment. Great, fast, and friendly service.

Used "scan and save" on Sunday Oct. 14, 2023. Was double charged on my card. Called the store, was told they were aware of the problem, have had other complaints. Said my bank needs to release the money. Called my bank, they said they can't without Sam's giving me a note on their letterhead. Sam's only sees one charge on their end (even though my bank shows a pending and a posted charge) So, until the bank realizes its not going to be taken by Sam's my money is locked up. Will never do that again.Edited to add that after seven days the charge came off. Did contact through the link that was sent. That was really no help. Will still shop at Sam's but I will avoid the scan and save.

Store is OK. Some stuff I feel is over priced, like their meat/ beef and other things, but if you go through whole store, you can find some deals. Store is clean, clothing section could be better. Frozen section is nice. Hard to find workers in store for help or questions though.

Quinn was very helpful!! In a world where customer service is optional, he went over and beyond to assist me. First with locating items and then when I needed to update information on my membership. May stop my membership. They keep discontinuing items I’m used to purchasing and went today and you can no longer grind whole bean coffee yet they are still selling the bags? Added comments: I had a friend take me to Costco today and even though it is a farther drive for me, I got a membership today. Costco has a lot more healthier options for snacks and food in general. Sam’s continues to discontinue items I’m used buying and limited options for healthier items, I won’t be renewing my membership.

Just an update, they still don't have orders ready for pick up. Still have to wait when you arrive or even come back the next day.I prefer going to Sam's club for many items as I save money. But I recently upgraded my membership for free shipping and pickup. The issue I've been experiencing is my pick up isn't ready in the time selected. 2 out of 4 times I have to wait and flag someone down to let them know I'm here. Also if you call to try to get help no one answers. So I don't feel customer service is a priority. Why pay extra for the service if their really isn't a benefit?

They have everything you need. We do have a Costco membership too, but Sams has different stuff. You can get smaller portions but still in bulk. Their frozen and fresh fruit section are awesome. - side note: we notice that Sams really goes out of the way for its handicap and elderly customers that need carts to ride in. They have a ton whereas Costco has 3. Big difference. Great deals and it’s clean!

Not gonna lie I go here just for the food sometimes. It's super cheap and very good. Pizza, pretzels, hot dogs, frozen yogurt. The ladies who run the kitchen are incredibly nice and patient. The store is clean and well maintained. You can get through check out at a decent time even on a busy day.

First time using curbside pickup. Order was ready at time designated, early actually. Order was correct, everything was in stock. Employee was very kind packed my items nicely. Will use the curbside pickup again. Thanks Sam's club Employee for your great work filling our order.

I really dislike Sam's club for one reason. Customer service is terrible. Plain and simple. No matter who I've talked to on the phone it's always the same. Terrible

I drove 35 miles to get a product that wasn't available in my Sam's club. When I got there...the box was empty. I was so disappointed. I ran into a stock supervisor who looked up the location of the overstock, got one of the forklifts and got the flat down. These were not expensive items and it was a busy Friday evening but he took the time to do this for me. I wish this Sam's was my home store. He was an incredible example of amazing customer service. I only wish I had gotten his name!
