Scheduled a appointment for the groomers over the phone. stated to the person who scheduled it that it will have to he Sunday because my pup gets all of his shots done Saturday. nobody told me until I go to drop him off on my way to work that it has to be 48 hours after the shots were given. I was turned away and now late for work. TERRIBLE communication from petsmart. Not to mention that I stood in the lobby for about 5 minutes while the employees talked about taco bell before anyone decided to assist us.

Took our dog for bath and deshedding package. I think all that was done was nails clipped. When my husband brought our dog home he had a bad smell I don’t think he was bathed, and not sure they did the furminator when I brushed him there is still a lot of hair. Nothing like the service we received with last appt.
