Went to get some starter fish for my first-ever aquarium. The girl who assisted me was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of information about fish types, water quality, feeding, etc. She ultimately suggested two inexpensive fish to begin with. I will continue to shop here for future aquarium needs.

Great variety of pet foods they have tons of stuff you would need for most pets. Everything was fairly easy to find the staff was fairly knowledgeable, and everyone was polite. Overall was a good experience.

Lily is amazing and a pleasure to visit. However…the skinny guy that work in the aquarium department is condescending and when he’s not available they will call for help from some terrible white girl that is far far far worse then him. The staff at the vet are so ok. But some people just shouldn’t work in anything that involves customer service. I would never treat anyone the way that woman treated me. But lily makes it all better.

Having multiple pets (cats, dogs, reptiles, fish) I have grown more appreciative of the selection of reptile supplies in particular, especially feeder insects. It is typically a one-stop place since they have most everything I need for all my other pets (they obviously do not have my pet prescriptions). The selection and quality of their reptile supplies (tanks/lighting/furniture/substrate, etc.) is impressiveI always appreciate the effort they place in cat adoption, so consider checking them out if you are thinking of adding a four legged family member to your household.

Pet Smart dog groomer Heather did an awesome job bathing and grooming my dog Pheebe. She was also very knowledgeable in the things that I needed to do with keeping Pheebe groomed until it's time to bring her back. I asked about what is the best flea collar and how often I should brush her down. Heather had an answer for all of my questions so I definitely will be taking my dog back to Pet Smart for her bath and grooming treatment. Thank you, Heather

The favt i was looking to buy a fish. and there was 3+ dead betta fish two which were almost completely decomposed. than went to the goldfish and wanted to buy lots of them tbh. and there was atleast 35+ dead. all wrapped around the two black things in the back of the tank and most were basically bone. awful.

Pet store with loads of pet stuff plus dog lessons. Clean enough. Cashier's seem ok most of the time. Every once in a while you get some employee that is from outer space. But most of them are pretty good.You are allowed to bring your dog in.

Bought my gecko there. They didnt tell me that there were 2 kinds of Leopard Gecko (Normal and Fancy) in the same enclosure and that I picked out the more expensive one until I had paid. Also recommended me to buy 50 small crickets, which didnt cost a lot, but since my Leopard Gecko was still getting used to her enclosure, she didnt eat any of them at all and they all died within 5 days. She now eats mealworms that I got at Pet Supplies Plus, which are cheap and good, and they were $3.49 for 100 small worms. I recommend Pet Supplies Plus over Pet Smart. I also recommend for new Gecko owners, they might not eat for a few days, but buy them mealworms or dubia beetles/roaches first before getting crickets cause theyre gonna wanna chill and get used to their enclosure before they start hunting. Make sure the food is not bigger than the space between theit eyes or they wont be able to see it. (For those wondering abt her name, its Kamora)

Always one to give second chances. In December after not being pleased with my dogs care still decided to try again with a different groomer but for today’s apt being cancelled as I was getting my dog & child out of the car, I will not be returning. We have 2 dogs that normally are seen but will be taking our business elsewhere!
