I’m so tired of ordering and paying extra for avocado. With no cheese or meat, you’d think I wouldn’t have to pay in the first place. I never get the amount they say they put on my food. I only always get two small slivers, whether on the sandwich I order, or a salad. I ask for the right amount when I order as well. Never fails. I’ll just stop asking and paying for it.

While the staff is always friendly, the wait times are always incredibly long, and sometimes they don't even have my order right (which is very frustrating, because all I get is my free Sip Club drink). Also, the parking lot is atrociously tight to navigate, so with Panera being located in one of the area's busiest strip malls, I suggest avoiding this one. I go to the Central Avenue location, instead, whenever possible.

Me and my partner went to Panera here for a nice dinner. The wait time was longer than normal, but the employee Sarah H. gave us the best customer service I’ve had all year, possibly my whole life. Her kindness and care to the customers was extraordinary and she deserves recognition for how much she cares about her job. The manager of the day, JJ, was also extremely kind and helpful and had their employees backs. Great job Panera Bread Staff!!!!!!!

I have been meeting a friend here weekly for a while, so this is a continuing condition.The food is good, but for the price, I expect better.* For a bread company, I am shocked that the menu has no gluten-free bread option of any kind.* Everyone is nice, but...* If you ask about a dietary restriction, they will offer to search for the dietary book (yes, a paper version), but most servers admit they don't know where it is and tell you to search it online.* When I specifically ask what they have that is gluten-free, the servers say all they have is two salads, less croutons. Some servers will eventually mention tomato soup (just ok) and squash soup (way too sweet).* The people who prep the food give me a piece of bread even though I ordered gluten-free.They seem understaffed...* I have had to clean my table more than once.* The bathrooms are not maintained often enough.Dietary restrictions: See above.

Most of the time my delivery orders are fine but I’ve had times where my food wasn’t correct and they don’t check it. I’ve had issues with drink orders not being included with my food. But today I ordered and my Apple was literally rotting and had mold in it!! You can see it very clearly rotting and mold right in the middle!!!! I’m seriously shocked that no one notice the rotting and sent this out! It’s disgusting!!!! I’m concerned about how the rest of their apples look. They need to be checking their food before rushing it out the door. Someone could get sick!!

A very good soup, salad, and sandwich place for lunch. Be careful when ordering an "Asian" chicken salad as they strangely have two different ones on the menu currently.Our pickup order failed to include a kids Mac and cheese, so had to go back in for that, but otherwise service was good.

I came in with my service dog while going through a mental episode. There is a young black woman that quickly asked if I needed help. She was so kind and sweet. Asked me about my dog and how our training was going. I think she could tell I was having a hard time and she was so patient with me. She said she hopes our training goes well for the rest of the day and I really could have cried at her kindness. She deserves to have the best day everyday. Thank you 💜

Stopped for 2 bagels and coffee. After 20 minutes, I realized they had somehow entirely forgotten my order. Had to remind them. I had requested ONE of the bagels to be toasted. They toasted BOTH of them. This is not rocket science folks.

The ambiance of this place is so cool and great. Always found many good options to take and eat. The coffee and tea is really good and you have multiple choices to order or choose. The staff is always kind and very helpful. It is very convenient to stop by as it is at the main road and you have got lot of parking area.

I ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup from the drive thru and the bowl was filled with liquid. I dumped the liquid out and this was all the actual food that was given to me. Very disappointed

This Panera had tired overburdened staff that did such an amazing job.The food was fantastic! Restaurant clean for being slammed and only having 3-4 people working on a Friday night.The people who were working at 7pm today deserve to be recognized for churning out top notch food and beverages under the circumstances.You should be proud of how good you all are at taking care of your customers! I hope you get raises!

I placed a rapid pick up order and was told it was ready on the app. I arrive to the restaurant and it’s not there. I went to the front to ask about it 3 employees were standing there in the front and no one helped me or batted an eye at me. Another woman walks up (who must be a regular) as she called an employee by their name and the employee then comes right up and logs onto another register and helps her but leaves me standing there. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I waited about 5 minutes and someone helped me the restaurant was out of what I ordered which is no issue as I just substituted it but an employee ignoring me then helping someone else who arrived after me was unacceptable.

I ordered my food for eating in, as I was with a group of 8. I was second to order and last to get my meal... because it got made to go. I was not looking for it in a bag!It was fine, but I perceived that others who ordered the same thing got a larger portion as an eat in meal. I also hate throwing away plastic, which is part of the to-go experience. Overall, I think it's all overpriced for what it is.

This Panera always tries to switch your baguette for chips. They’ve tried (and succeeded some) to do this countless times. Sandwiches and soups are delicious just make sure to check your bags and get your receipt.

I stop by regularly when driving through town. Experiences have been very mixed. Recently half my meal wasn’t even in the bag for my pick up order, very frustrating when you have to drive back and are in a hurry. Clear no one actually checks orders even though they say they do.

Worst experience ever. Waited 25 minutes and then the car in front of us just drove off. Guess they were tired of waiting too. Then we sat there another 20 minutes before someone came to the window to tell me they didn’t have what I ordered. They were out of sausage and Asiago croissant. I demanded a refund and drove off. 38 minutes wasted. You’ve lost my business forever.
