Terrible!!! In my opinion, this store lacks management that care. Half empty shelves and poor looking produce.self serve lines that you have to wait quite a while before it's your turn. Employees that are not friendly. If you want good service and nice looking produce and full shelves, go to Walmart on McCord

This place used to be the best. I gave it five stars before. But, due to some apparently really bad design & management decisions, it's now the worst. The prices have skyrocketed, making it better to go to Meijer or even Whole Foods or Aldi or Trader Joe's. Even the coupon system is a scam. Most of the products that have a coupon have their prices increased, prior to the coupon being published. So it turns out that the customer is paying the same price as they would have before, without a coupon. Many of the Kroger and Private Selection brand products have undergone changes to their appearance, to disguise the fact that they have decreased in size; yet the prices remain the same. The lower prices of those brands used to be one of the store's saving graces. Also, the number of store brand products has actually decreased; many of the Kroger Brand Products aren't even available anymore. One example is the Kroger Brand moist dog food that is the equivalent to Moist & Meaty-- it hasn't been available in any Kroger stores for at least a year now. Additionally, the Kroger brand cereal selection has been dramatically reduced. Those generic store brand options were really good!To make matters worse at this particular store, the wait time in line and the length of the lines has increased because they closed six self checkout lanes and opened up five instead. Three of the five new self-checkout lanes are similar to the old ones. They also opened two differently styled self-checkout lanes that can accommodate shoppers with bigger orders. But those two newer lanes are monopolizing the one cashier that is available to help people in all five lanes. It's a total debacle.And, in the end, there's one less self-help lane. What they should have done is opened up the new ones, IN ADDITION to the old ones. That would have made matters better than they were before. But, in fact, the situation is far worse than it was before.Bad choices, Kroger. Your customers have noticed and you should remember that they have plenty of other options besides the local Kroger.

If I could have chose 0 stars I would have. Every time I place a pick up order or delivery order at this location it is delayed MORE THAN 24 hours. But you have already charged my card. You should not be charging anyone if you have not shopped for the order or if you are unable to fulfill the order by the time provided to the customer. You hold the funds to make sure they're there for you with zero guarantee that you will even deliver or have the order ready at the time YOU specify. Make it make sense. Just stop offering the services if you cannot fulfill your end of the transaction.

This Kroger is terrible. Needed a refund but had to come back because customer service wasn’t open 😂 you can’t make this stuff up lol. When the lazy blonde lady did show up she said we don’t open until 8 and went in the office. It was at this point another associate (good work ethic, rare at Kroger these days) was able to assist me with out having CUSTOMER SERVICE on his name tag, ISNT THAT WILD?!! I guess the name tag doesn’t give you super powers. Jermiah rules, blonde at customer service Saturday at 8 is terrible and should not be in customer service

Never ever send prescription through Kroger pharmacy specifically through this pharmacy location. Just left the hospital and need my pain medicine, the Genius pharmacist said it’s going to be available tomorrow 😂

Kroger store in general is horrible. Customer "service" has become awful. Liquor store is terrible. I'm disabled and cannot carry a bag, but they will not let me bring even a small cart inside. In addition, the old women there are rude and know nothing about the liquor they sell Avoid at all costs. Never will I ever come back to Kroger again.

Always have everything I need at Kroger. They always have the best deals around and this location is super convenient. I wish they were 24 hours because I can go shopping after work. The staff here are so nice and helpful.

Ten people behind me in this photo and 8 in front. Just goes to show that this place is making money hand over fist during the holidays and refuses to pay people time and a half or pay a high wage regardless of the profit margins. 530 in the evening. Parking lot is packed. 3 cashiers working. It's been like this the last 2 times I've came in here this past month. Pay people a decent wage and they will work you cheap @###

I walked into the liqour store part of the grocery store. Behind the counter were 3 older women, the moment i walked in i was stared down. I thought nothing of it and walked around checking the inventory looking for something specific, after not being able to find it i decided to stop up to the ladies to ask if it might be behind the counter. (No it was no blantons i was seeking) After i asked the question one lady in the middle with grey hair scoffed and laughed, the lady on to my left (her right) mentioned the bottle confused of ever hearing anything like it. The woman on the register as i was attempting to pull up a picture, snarkly said "NO" as she was counting money. I said ok and walked away. The ladies continued to make comments and laugh. Definitely not how you treat people for no reason
