I went here in search of a toaster and they did have a black n Decker but wanted almost 30.00 . I personally didn't want to spend that much for some toast. I can get one much cheaper online. Other than that Big lots has a good selection for toiletries and hygiene products for a good price.

Shopped furniture at this store today Dec 10, Had the most wonderful experience with Stephanie and Devin. They went above and beyond helping me. Great customer service. So pleasant and nice. Very happy with my purchase.

I bought something at another store that unfortunately closed down on Glendale. They were the nicest people there. So I went to return something at this store which again was also unfortunate, the two black women at the front register ready to help me, she took one look at my receipt and said "No all sales are final no ma'am'" I tried to get out that the store that closed down said that we could return items at the another store. When I tried to explain another black women at the register said "No" with a ugly look on here face and the first black woman said "we will not take this back". They were very rude and disrespectful in front of everyone! I was very embarrassed. And just walked out. I will never go back to this store.

This is my 2nd best store. They are bigger than the other location. Carry more items and takes longer to get through. But workers are just as nice and helpful as the other lo ation.

Just went in to see if they had diet grape faygo pop. We ended finding it though at a store on the east side. Used to shop here alot. We may come back someday. Thank you though.

Store was stocked, nice and clean. Cashier was friendly and polite. The only negative issue is number of people working and registers being used. It was close to closing when I went shopping and had a full cart of goods and had a line of people behind me waiting while 5 other employees were working on other task.

The lady at the counter with glasses and short black hair was rude, rude and rude. I asked if she could check if another store ahad a product I was looking for and she didn't even listen to me she just responded "we don't have it" x3. She was lazy and didn't want to be bothered.

Very nice store. Nice layout. Went in for one thing. Could not find it. Looked for some help and did not find anyone to help until after 3 circles through the store. Maybe 10 minutes. This is the first time in store in over 5 years so I can't say this is a regular thing. Store helper was very helpful and courteous when I found her.

The store was super clean and more than anything it did not Feel as cluttered as many times before. Everyone was very nice and friendly.My only real COMPLAINT is that we used to shop at the Big Lots in NJ and all of them carried malted milk balls in this milk carton type packaging. Made by the Necco candy company. Best malted milk balls ever. I wish I could find them around here.

Big Lots is not what they used to be. For some reason, they thought to start matching prices of other stores which defeats the purpose. Nothing there is really cheap anymore and they have lousy selections as to what you can buy there. I couldn't find a microwave or even sponges to clean my dishes. I'm surprised they still are in business

Always carries the hard to find items. Lines were organized and structured which made them move pretty fast. My cashier was SUPER SWEET and all staff were friendly and helpful.

I found a lot of different items. They were putting Christmas items out and I found several cute items that I had never seen at any other store. Sales associates on the floor were very helpful. Cashier was friendly and efficient. Will be going back.

Average selection of common household items and groceries. Prices are pretty good for most items. Typically a nicer selection of discounted items found here compared to the area dollar stores. They have a decent selection of furniture too at very reasonable prices.

I was super surprised that they had a wonderful variety of healthy, non GMO snacks for only $1.15! The fruit jerky is fabulous and the sales staff is so friendly and helpful.
