Easy to get to, nice, new facility! If doing Walmart load, go to entrance 3 (marked) on the left. Will go thru 2 security gates, then follow the road around to office, by dock 36. Restroom inside office. Staging area to left of dock 36. Got a dock number right away but had to wait 45 minutes for them to clear it. Once docked, started loading us right away. Finished loading us in 1.5 hours.

Follow signs around to the back of building to door 36 for shipping. Read everything on the board and follow instructions and you’ll be fine. I had an appointment at 12:30 p.m. and they got me a door by 11:45 a.m. I’ll update once I’m loaded.

All the time I had good experience here (pickup/delivery). 1-2 hour. Easy to get there, take CDL with you. They have parking, sign said no overnight parking after unloaded or loaded. Two times they unload me 10 hour before my appointment if they have room for your load. Good luck guys.

When you get there you have to park in the entrance, bring your cdl license with you, walk to the shipping office they are friendly, everything is written in the wall too, a lot of good information to read, so you can know what to dono parking allowed after you finish

2 stars for a lot of space for parking and clean bathroom. Picked up here. Appt 1 pm. Arrived 9:50 am. When it was 1:30 pm decided to remind them about myself. Got a dock on the opposite side of the building. Was loaded probably one pallet every 20 minutes. Out at 6:30pm. Delivery early in the morning. Some trucks arrived after me and got out much earlier. You should use gate 3 and go to the dock 36. There is a staging area by the dock 36. (Rear side of the building)

The facility is super big and clean but the heavy guy at the front desk in the back loading docks is super rude. They don't have overnight parking. You would think with a facility this big they would have overnight parking. It is smooth checking in.

Checked in at 1130. Only call I received was at 1823 to inform me that they are going home for the night, and won’t be loading my truck. They said, “Come back sometime tomorrow.” I’m glad we can decide to go home when we want. Don’t mind us, we have nothing better to do than to wait on you all day. Thank you for setting the industry standard…….

Dear Management: Your Recieving clerk ( the bearded guy, you know). Hates Life, His Job, or Those Trucker types that Show up to move your product!!.. I found his Distane attitude, his pre-occupation with ( whatever game he enjoys so much on his cell), that Anyone approaching the glass! Is a disruption to him. Read other Posts , I'm not alone. Your Loading was somewhat quick, ONCE, I was assigned a dock!.. When I went in to ask about my appointment time ( as my dispatch was kinda sketchy as to exact time). I addressed him as "Sir, and May I inquire", He never stopped looking at his game, then glanced over at paperwork, "Its 7:30". Back to game, .." I Asked, if he could confirm my Phone ( as they don't at check in, and the sign in sheet has little space, and is used for multiple trucks). Alas.. A Big sigh, Then a glance, then repeated the number.., I Asked "Sir, are you guys behind, or ahead of schedule so I can plan my clock" :Reply ..A shoulder shrug, as he continued his phone game!.. After Green Light. I approached the glass again .." sir, I was in door xx". Reply " Trailer Number"!!.. (I provided the number), no reply, nothing.. Went to printer..Shoved the bol's into the slot!.. " Here"!.. I think, I won't be back!. Loading and Facility are Good!.. (Better if you allowed Parking after several hours of waiting, especially after 10pm, when parking becomes a challenge)...But Attitude! This I don't Need or Expect !.. Sorry.. I hope he gets the counseling to improve his " Skills with Your Required Partner Truckers".. Tus warehouse is one of the worst places in America for pickups and deliveries because the check in office people are so rude and not respecting the drivers, only watching their phones and making mistakes that we pay for example over weight the trucks. Be careful.

Absolutely Slow, Checked in at 11:40am for a Noon appointment got a dock door at 12:45pm, it is now 4:35pm and they haven't even started to load yet.

Easy to check in you would need a valid driver's license PU number, Carrier name with city and state, truck, and trailer number also driver's phone number and full name.They have a spacious area in front of the docks to back in tandems has to be slide to the back.They have an actual bathroom for drivers (no portapotty) and a snacks machine in the driver's launch.The area is well maintained and clean and has a staging area for about 12 semi-trucks.There is a restaurant across the street called Blazing Bills that opens at 4:30 pm.

Very slow to load. Was supposed to be a preloaded trailer it's not. They said they had no empty. There's 5 this time being here, this is my 3rd time being here. Everytime they said they had no emptys witch is a LIE...

This is a new modern facility with a lot of lifting gates even within its huge yard. They open truck doors from inside. I left loaded after 2 hours since I had arrived.

Arrived for my 4 am appointment at 10 pm, drove straight down from Baird Wisconsin, guy at window had me fill out the paper and after I was done told me that my appointment was at 4 am that I had to leave the property and and come back at 4 am, I then asked him if I could check in early and he said no, I said I won’t have any time left come 4 am and he said so what, I asked him if I can get the paper back so I didn’t have to fill all that out again and he said no, I sad why? He said because I’m not giving you a piece of paper and I can just walk back up at 4 and refill the paper out again and he just stared at me like I was supposed to be intimidated, he kinda of came off as being racist, and was obviously rude, something was clearly off with the guy and in 8 years of driving this may have been the first time I’ve ever experienced a shipping and receiving clerk acting this rude and disrespectful especially when I was trying to be very polite and personable when I was checking in, I live right down the street and I know I’ll never do a load to this place again

They unloaded me 11 hours earlier than my appointment and only took about a hour to get me unloaded! Definitely was a good place to deliver too

Love the Adams Reserve sharp chedder cheese. I buy it at Costco but resently the GLC company decided to take out the papers between the slices. Terrrible idea! Hard to handle now. Will have to go back to the grocery store!

Drivers! Shipping is the 3rd driveway, thru two Gates, and around to the back of the building. Sometimes drop n hook. Driver restrooms available. Read all their messages on the board next to the office window and you're set. Basically, they're red light/green light, slide your tandems back, DON'T OPEN your doors (on the backside docks at least). Supposedly no overnight parking. My load was partially preloaded so I dropped my empty, hooked to the docked one and was loaded and out in an hour.

To deliver: once you are on Great Lakes Pkwy turn left at the very 1st. Drive. This is the staging area. Park your truck in parking lane, go over by dock door 19 and check in. Have bills and hard copy of driver’s license . They will tell you what door to go to. And he will show you on map how to get to it. Easy. I showed up 30 minutes early and was out an hour and 20 minutes later.

Got here at 12:00, I had a 2:00pm apt. I didn't get into to door till 3:45pm, Said they didn't get my paperwork, had to wait till they found it. At least they acknowledge it and apologize for the delay, the one guy at the sign in window was unprofessional but the receiver guys were good, would of given a five * but I won't mine coming back here, plenty of docking space and a neat and clean facility.

The sharp cheddar from here I buy at Costco. I've never had better cheddar in my life. Switched from Tilamook now to their slices which are far more convenient anyway.

We were loaded fairly quickly. If you are delivering, go right to the main driveway, park, and then walk to the office in front of the building. If you are picking up drive to the number 3, make a left and go thru the second gate to the office in the middle of the building.

checked in at 1800 apt 1700 the time now is 2300 and still have not been called to a dock to get loaded. as you can see, no trucks are in docks to be loaded and when they do call a truck up to the dock its one truck at a time. my delivery apt is 6a up in michigan. places like this sure make it rough to stay in hos and make on time apts

I would give 5 stars but considering my appointment was at 1pm I got there at 1215 checked in and sat around till 5pm before they got me into the correct dock on the otherwise of the building is ridiculous so 3 star for the simple fact even though the communication between the two guys in the back docks sucked to the point I wasted 7hrs there they was still very nice they just need to learn how to communicate better once I got In the correct door in the front of the building that guy was on it 1.5hrs I was gone with the wind!! Other than that it was nice real friendly people just the communication part was bad on there end
