Amazing customer service every time. Great group of people, friendly and helpful, the store is always clean and organized and easy to find what im looking for. Always a pleasant experience, sometimes I even drive out of my way just to visit this location in particular because the ones around me just aren't as pleasant as this one. Peaceful environment for shopping, feels safe and comfortable, smells good too!

I normally do not shop at Dollar general however I needed to pick up something quickly. The lady at the desk was very busy and apparently the only person in the store she had to blow up balloons for a birthday party and then check everyone out. she was extremely polite, upbeat and professional. Very impressed

Not good. I was in line at the register behind a lady who I thought was being waited on until I found out nobody was standing there she had been waiting for a cashier to come out of the back room. I stood behind her for over 5 minutes listening to two employees talking in the back room not once did they check to see if they had any customers. Was not a pleasant experience

Stopped in there today after work, asked the lady at the register a question and she didnt like my question so she gave me attitude about it.

It was 25 mins til closing and the 2 women were very rude because they wanted out on time. Which I understand but you don't have to stand there looking at your watch saying 10 mins...5 mins...2 mins til closing.... After the door was already locked.

Just got back from trying to shop there. They are closed early AGAIN. Posted hours are open until 10PM. They were closed at 7:15. They have been closing early seemingly at random. Very inconvenient to drive there and find that they are not open. They need to something about this.

Clean and organized. Unlike the one in Parkman or the one in Southington. Parkman lost their best employee to the location in Hiram. I will be shopping at the Hiram location from now on.

This particular DG at Mantua Corners always seems cluttered and tight to get through the aisles. It's not as spacious as the new one in Troy.

This one doesn't seem to have what I want. The one in parkman has produce but it's e or 3 miles farther so depending on what I want is where I go
