Compared to the last groomer I took my Golden Retriever to Grooming By Missy is on a level all their own. Missy actually looks at you when talking. She listens to you and makes suggestions. My Daisy was well cared for and I've already scheduled her next appointment.

I have taken my dog to Grooming by Missy 3 times and each time they have called or texted the incorrect number to let me know that he was ready to be picked up! Each time I went in I asked that they correct my number in their system, because someone entered it incorrectly. The last time I called and asked if he was ready and she said we called and left a message……he was left in a crate for an hour and half. Very unprofessional.

Missy runs a great business and her grooming skills are amazing with the breed-specific cuts. The place was FULL of dogs and it's clearly a popular grooming shop with reasonable prices. The new groomer, Nanette, has been grooming for decades and is great with dogs, as well as a wonderful, very skilled groomer. My dog,Chip, loves her and he always comes out looking SO CUTE!!!!!!! Big thumbs up from me.

I would not trust my dogs with anyone else but Missy! She has been grooming my Collies for over a decade. My Shay would never want to leave when he was done. Now Ben is the same way. My Rottweilers adore her too. The best part is that they always look like a million bucks when she is done! Missy is simply the best!

Missy has been grooming my dogs for over 20 years. During this time I've had 8 standard poodles. She has groomed them all. She has taught me much about dog health issues, grooming issues, as well as provided me great recommendations on specialty vets, training tips, and provided guidance on the care and maintenance of my best friends. I'm always excited to walk into her establishment to see the variety of dogs she grooms. Missy's care and concern for her four-legged clients is obvious.Most walk in like mine do... a little shabby and when they walk out they are chic! I inherited a 14+ yr old dog 25 yrs ago. I found Missy to be gentle and compassionate with her then. Today, I have followed Missy to her new location and drive from Brecksville. I have two larger dogs, a rescue Australian Shepard and a Standard Poodle. Missy does a wonderful job every time with them and they love her. I have recommended her to friends and will do so in the future.

Missy is wonderful with my dog, who can be a bit (ok, a lot) of a handful. Momo always leaves happy and looking great. And Missy has good advice on dog behavior which is a bonus.

Missy does a wonderful job grooming our Shih-Tzus. We keep them in a long hair show cut instead of the short hair puppy cut that most people use. This is a lot of extra work but they always look beautiful when they are done. Missy also checks the dogs for any problems and will bring them to your attention. Missy is very reasonable and reliable. Highly recommended!
