After a considerable wait of over 10 to 15 minutes, as the clock edged closer to their lunch closure at 1:30 PM, my anticipation to finally reach the counter was met with sheer disappointment. The customer ahead took longer than expected, and instead of extending the courtesy of serving one more customer—especially when no one else was in line—the pharmacy staff chose to close operations right in front of me at 1:33PM.When confronted, the response was a mere shrug from the technician, accompanied by a nonchalant mention of their lunchtime closure policy. It was clear that the staff's priority to take their break overshadowed the basic principle of customer service and care, disregarding the inconvenience and potential health implications their decision imposed on me.It's disappointing to witness such service from a pharmacy, where timeliness and sensitivity towards customers' health requirements should be paramount.

Unfriendly and I felt like I have to beg her to help me. I loved Rite-Aid crew but they are closed now.I guess I’m stuck with unfriendly CVS lady.

This is a large drug store on the corner of W 130th and Boston Rds. If you join their rewards program they send REALLY good coupons via mail & Email. They also print out coupons with their receipts. Often times coupons are for offers of 40% off one regularly priced item. They let you combine coupons too. They also have many coupons for individual products. There is a minute clinic there too. They have vitamins on sale often for buy 1 get 1 free. They also have some nice toys there too. We are loyal to this store.

When they post their hours would be courteous to add the last appt to be seen, wasted my time to show up 30 minutes before closing and to be turned away.

Almost every time my wife or I get a prescription filled at this location's pharmacy, there's some kind of problem or delay: manufacturer has those on backorder, we just now got the order, the pharmacist has to fill that and his/her safe has a time lock, etc. And I only ever find any of this out because I have to call up there practically every time something's filled, often hours after I know the prescription was submitted.I like CVS as a pharmacy, but I strongly recommend going to any other location if at all possible.

I had to have a wellness check for work and the staff here were absolutely amazing! I was greeted with a "Good Morning" by the CVS Staff and Nurse Practitioner (Megan Connelly) was professional, on time, knowledgeable and kind! Thanks CVS for making this exceptional during these times!

I walked up to the pharmacy and they pushed the button to close the sliding partition as I was standing there!. I asked if I could get my Rx as I was leaving for a weeklong trip and they said No. wow! Really?!? Now what? That’s absolutely TERRIBLE!

This CVS pharmacy is by far the worse in the area. It is dirty, smelly, the staff is rude, and I’ve never seen so many people hate their jobs and treat people with no respect. Also multiple HIPPA violations in discussions of medicines and conditions.

Totally unhelpful. My wife's rx came up $44 at the store but read $10 online. She showed the pharmacist. Rather then questioning the information he had on his end he insisted that it was correct. Normally a pharmacy will help their customers by making the correct phone calls. Not this place. If time is of the essence go to another pharmacy. It's apparent that this place does not care about the health and well being of their customers. To them medicine is just about profit and nothing to do about the health of those they serve.

Pharm technician Megan told me on the phone they accept walk in shots then said appointment only when I arrived. Lazy and unprofessional as someone who works in healthcare as a physician very disappointing and embarrassing
