The fresh vegetables were very unappealing. There were 8 cucumbers that were hard as a rock,the avocados were completely mush,only had 8 zucchini.

This is a busy store, so it's important to remember the employees appear to try their best to keep up with customers. The deli department seems to be relying heavily on their pre-sliced meats & cheeses. The choice was either wait a long time or take what they had already sliced. This gives the impression that they don't have the staff to be able to handle customer needs. Otherwise, the store was clean and easy to navigate. Employees are friendly & helpful.

I have done my weekly household grocery shopping at Kroger for over 40 years. On May 3, 2023 I went into Kroger around 8 a.m. to do grocery shopping for the week. When I finished I noticed there were no lanes open at all. I had a couple hundred dollars worth of groceries so I didn't think I could even use the self check outs, because they are set up for small orders. The bagging shelf only has room for 4 bags. There is a small shelf above that can fit 3 bags at the most. I stood around looking for minute thinking someone would come forward, but there was no one around. I had to use the self check out. As I was bagging my groceries I would have to remove a bag to make room for a new bag, that triggered the self checkout to call an attendant. I would have to wait while she looked through all of my items to make sure everything was scanned. It was a hot mess to say the least. She had to look through 5 times, as I had to remove bags to make room. I was humiliated. People I know professionally saw me with the attendant and it was embarrassing. Like I was stealing or something. It's not my fault at 8:30 a.m. they have no lanes open. If they want to go to self check out only, they should have to accommodate large orders, by using a larger conveyor and bagging area. This was absolutely ridiculous. It took me over 45 minutes just to check out. I will never go back there again. How can a company treat a customer like that? It was just awful. I understand that places are short employees. All they had to do was put a sign up saying "self checkouts only today", and I would of just came back another time. The fact that they expect customers to use these small self checkouts for hundreds of dollars worth of groceries is preposterous. I wanted to make this review to warn other customers. No one deserves to be treated this way. If you have a large grocery shopping order, you may want to go somewhere else, or check before you begin that they have lanes open.

I had an order placed and paid for over a week. As I pull in for pick up they call and are very rude as they say their unable to fill my flowers bc they was out of stock. I go inside the store and low and behold they had many of them! It is extremely frustrating and just not ok!

I don't go into Kroger much but wanted to throw a shout out to the Pick-up team. The ladies in the morning are always really friendly and are quick with their work. I went last night to pick up groceries, but for the first time ended up with part of someone else's order! I called and went back this morning to return what wasn't mine and pick up what I was missing. The woman who assisted me was really nice about the whole thing! I don't do many reviews so I felt like this needed a good one from my experience today. I would most certainly recommend them.

I went to self check out because the few registers that were open, had long lines. The self check out register kept malfunctioning. The attendant was quick the first time to respond. The many other times, I waited and waited while she talked to other employees. It took longer to check out than it took to do my shopping. I will never go back to this Kroger. I would never recommend it to anyone. Very crowded due to holidays. Asked two employees where something was. The first woman was stocking shelves, yet said she didnt know because she works in the meat dept. The second did a good job. She walked us to the spot to find it.

We have been a customer for a long time, but as of today, I don't believe we will be coming back anytime soon!! We purchased two items that were on sale and the sale signs were still on them. When we got home, both items WERE MORE than the signs said!! We took our receipt into customer service this morning, but they wouldn't do anything because 2 employees said the sale started yesterday morning and the sale was over on my items!! I told them that's odd, because we were in the store a 1:21 p.m. and the signs were still there on the 2 items!! The amount of the error on the 2 items is $10.49! They still wouldn't do anything.

The store is clean, well organized and the staff are friendly and helpful. Today I saved 11.00 a pound on a prime rib I very much wanted for Christmas. This is from northern prices but I'm so pleased.

I really do love Kroger stores, but today in the hillsboro ohio store the service was horrible. There was a lot of people and only 2 check outs. We were backed up all the way to the cheese isle. The self check out was backed up about half that far. The lady checking me out was just simply rude. This is unacceptable and sad

I have recently had surgery and on a weight limit restriction. I asked the cashier today if I could have assistance taking my bags out and be put In my car. She yes we will get someone for you. Thank you Kevin Bowling who bagged my groceries and took my bags to my car and put them in for me. I really do appreciate it. He was very nice and wished me a speedy recovery!! This Kroger deli has no number system, so sometimes they have more than one worker, but most times only one. IF everyone is nice and takes their turn your ok, BUT there's ALWAYS those who don't play nice. If they had a number system it would make the process less harrowing.

Turning into Walmart. One lane open going back into the freezer section so you are forced to wait an hour in that line or go thru self checkout and ring up and bag your own groceries. Ridiculous
