I highly recommend Four Seasons Resort for their boarding services! I boarded my pup Cocoa same day as calling due to a pet sitter getting sick the day before an appointment. Cocoa is a rescue with some separation anxiety and can be a bit loud, but is a sweetie at heart. They took great care of her and were understanding of her needs, and helped me out of a tough situation. Their prices are incredible too!

I have always boarded my two girls there, they take such amazing care of them. And they are happy as can be when I say "do you wanna go see your friends?" They get excited over cookies, sure but! When I mention a car ride to Four Seasons, they go absolutely crazy 😂The staff are amazing, and my girls look and smell amazing after they get groomed. Highly recommend

We scheduled to board our dogs over a month ago for our family trip next week. We expressed up front that one of our dogs was challenging & unpredictable and made a trip up for him to visit ahead of time. The girl giving the tour was nice and we discussed all of our concerns with her. She had no concerns and said they would be able to accommodate him. A few days after the tour of the facility, we followed up with them and were told that they would no longer be able to board our dog. They gave us no warning or heads up and we are only days away from our trip. We also have a small dog and were told after our tour that she would have to stay in a small dog cage due to lack of space instead of in a kennel even though we booked over a month ago. Very unprofessional and upsetting. Would DEFINITELY NOT recommend

I am the one who made the reservations for my dog who I labeled as unpredictable, not extremely aggressive. We adopted him and work with him through his triggers. He is not aggressive, but for the safety of our animals and others in an unfamiliar setting, we wanted him isolated. No one stated this was a concern either through text messages or phone conversations. It wasn't until after our visit, with Fionn present, that we received the text that you wouldn't accept him. It was pretty surprising since your staff was petting him and said he would be fine there. I was very transparent with every concern and not once said he was "extremely aggressive", as you have stated. Please do not make stuff up to protect your business. They also wanted to stick my small dog in a tiny cage. They keep small dogs and cats in cages stacked on top of each other and the actual runs/kennels were sub par. I would like to thank Old Stage Kennels for taking such good care of Fionn. They have a beautiful, clean setting and are great with all animal needs. Not boarding him here was a blessing in disguise and Fionn did great at Old Stage Kennels!!! I will never recommend Four Seasons to anyone who loves their pets and needs special care and consideration!

I use Four Seasons for Doggie Daycare. My weimaraner is always greated by name, and he responds with his signature "hello" howl. It is reassuring to know he is where he is well cared for and loved when he has to be away from home as he is prone to separation anxiety.❤️ Birthday pic added for cuteness 😍

I shouldn't give a 1 star, honestly they should find another school an line of work. 4 hours to get by the worst trim for my pomsky ever. It looks like only scissors by were used to cut his hair clumps wacked. They acted like by it was nothing. Yes kids today. Never again.An think twice. Do not recommend for anything.

I am upgrading my review from 1 to 4 stars. I sent a message through their web site and someone called me the next day. They told me they would have one of their more experienced groomers re-do my dog. She did a great job, exactly what I asked for. I didn’t upgrade to 5 stars due to the issues I had.When I dropped my dog off, I told them I wanted his hair as short as possible. I wanted everything underneath and his legs almost shaved, his muzzle cleaned up with just a bit of hair left on his face. When I picked him up over 4 hours later, his hair was at least an inch long and they hadn’t done anything to his muzzle and his legs were cleaned up but not how I wanted it. They redid it which took another 20 minutes. I was not happy with his haircut. If you’re taking you dog there for a shampoo and bath you’ll be fine. Otherwise it was a waste of time and money. I would find someone else if you’re dog needs a hair cut

I highly recommend four seasons! My fur babies get so excited each time we pull into the driveway. You can definitely tell they treat their fur guests excellent. We don't just board with them but we groom with them as well and they always come out looking their best!!

Had my German Shepherd groomed and she looks and smells fantastic. Super understanding and kind staff, even though my dog yodeled the entire time. Also super affordable! Got us scheduled quick, and made time to talk to me when I picked her up. Definitely will be going back.

Me and my little buddy Cooper had the best experience here! I brought him here for the first time today to get groomed, and The staff were super sweet and treated him like their own! It made my day to see how loved on he was, not to mention his haircut is absolutely adorable! Thank you guys so much! We will definitely be back❤️

We took our dog Duke here to be groomed recently.This is the second dog groomer that we have tried since moving to the area. Four Seasons was amazing! When we pulled into the drive we noticed right away this place was NICE! The staff was super friendly, the quality of services received were amazing. Four Seasons was outstanding all around! We will definitely be bringing Duke here for regular grooming as well as boarding whenever we will be out of town. I can't recommend Four Seasons enough!

Within 1 month I had my dog in there 2 times. First time was to get her nails clipped. The next time was a bath nails and oatmeal bath. Now I have a vet appointment to get a toenail that is growing in her pad. No wound yet but it is causing her to limp. Customer service is horrible. The lady kept interrupting then when I had enough she said don't raise your voice. Well she really got to hear my voice raise then. This would never have happened if you would have did your job right. Plain and simple. If your techs are scared to cut nails then maybe you are in the wrong business. I've noticed what should be the walking fence always someone is just standing there on their phone with a dog but not walking. I will take my dog back to the original dog spa. I know now why they have a waiting list. Stephanie's here I come. And now they blocked me on Facebook. Lol. Taking the trash out. I must be in the right because they sure didn't want to defend themselves. After the vet visit obviously her toe nails had not been clipped for a while. So I am going to the BBB. These reviews aren't enough something really has to be done with this business and I won't quit until they hear me. They didn't want to listen when I called maybe they will if it turns into something bigger.

This was my dogs first time staying in a kennel situation. He seemed quite happy when I picked him up. During drop off and pickup I saw lots of people dropping off there dogs for boarding and grooming. Even after there owners were gone I could still hear the employees talking to the dogs and all were treated friendly.The woman at the front desk was very friendly and easy to deal with. I will definitely consider using them again when I need a place for my dog to stay!

I am only giving a 1 because of staff. The staff was extremely friendly but the training was not so great. I paid $319 for training and boarding and see no difference in my dog. When I picked up my dog, I did not get to talk to the trainer only got a piece of paper she wrote on. He was house broken before I took him and now pees in his cage. He sits and stays which I taught him myself before taking him. All other recommendations were “needs work!” Or “if worked with would do well!” I feel like I just gave $319 away.

My poor fur babies went to Four Seasons Grooming today..they butchered both dogs. No nails done. No bath. Terrible place and so many excuses. The owner Janet even had the nerve to put down the other grooms ...WOW😡 Do not go there!!!!! Save yr for babies🐶. Make sure u check yr babies before u pay..That mess cost me 118.45. That I will get back in court. Stephanie's Spa fixed my precious baby after that. Ty again Steph.

Four Seasons is the best. We use them all the time. Partial day.. overnight... weekend or long term while you're on a long vacation... they can handle it. They offer all sorts of exercise options and grooming too so your fur babies come home fresh and clean. You'll like them... I guarantee it!

We love four seasons and so does our German Shepherd, Leo. After having issues boarding him several places, we love four seasons so much that we drive 30 minutes out of town just so Leo can be comfortable with the team here. They treat him great and we love the space he is in when we board him. Prices are fantastic too so he gets plenty of play time and interaction with people. Highly recommend.

Very nice place, wonderful staff and our dog absolutely loved it! I'm not even sure he wanted to leave since he was kissing the woman that was at the desk so much! We were told that our dog got to run around and play with the owners' little girl which was nice since he loves playing with little kids and we were worried about him getting lonely. When we picked up our dog he had gotten a bath and smelled delicious as well as having the softest coat I have ever felt all topped off with the cutest bandana around his neck. If we ever go out of town again we will definitely be returning to Four Seasons!! :)

Just picked my yorkiepoo up after 3 hours of suppose.to be grooming. When I picked her up she still had matted hair around eyes , the crown of her head was matted with something white.that I picked out right in front of groomer. Asked them to do dremel on nails but.they didn't because they said she was too upset. She has had dremel used twice before so don't understand where problem came from. The hair on her crown was so uneven as in 1/4 difference in places. Poorest job I have ever experienced. So once it was all done & over with I paid them 30.00 & came home to bathe her myself because I'm quite sure.they brushed her & sprayed her only. WILL NEVER GO BACK OR RECOMEND THEM .

Our pup was at 4 seasons(puppy camp) while we camped for the last time this fall. He loved it and he cried to go back as we pulled out of the drive. This was his first stay here and im glad he enjoyed himself . Good to know as we have places to go next summer.

Awesome staff. Took real good care of our baby. Will be return customer. I was afraid to leave our Ranchero to just anyone. But he was just as good going in as coming out. And some place gouge the prices due to covid-19 four seasons did not. Very reasonable and clean facilities.
