This target is the worst. It’s the closest by my house and I like to place drive up orders. They’re out of stock on EVERYTHING practically all the time. Water, bread, anything you need is out of stock. You pick an alternative and that’s out of stock too. Pepsi? Nope, can’t have any of that because it’s out of stock. The one on sawmill has everything that this location doesn’t.

Wow. This is a nice target. They have their shelves stocked, its clean, the jewelry area actually has jewlery...nice cashiers. The market place was clean and organized. Overall happy with our visit.

This has been my favorite Target in the area for years. Friendly staff and it’s cleaner and calmer than a lot of the stores nearby. Feels like I can safely get in and find what I needed most of the time, but the best part is definitely how helpful and positive the employees are.

WATCH OUT FOR EXPIRED FOOD!!!Just bought 1/5/24 a target brand pizza lunchable for a quick lunch and took one bite noticed the pepperonis looked odd. I was going to just not eat them and then I looked at the expiration date and it was from 12/12/23. Soooo gross and now I'm lunchless at work. Thanks Target. 🙄

If multiple items are mislabeled, you make it right for the customer then fix the label…Customer service 101… but I guess that’s not how this Target trains their employees.

Chanukah starts on December 7 this year, and I can only imagine that they have no intention of ever setting their Chanukah display before the actual holiday, once again assuming that everything is and can only be about Christmas. They have Chanukah stuff in stock, but none of it is (or I think will be) set. The store is generally clean, the shoes are always a mess.

My husband picked up a prescription from here. He asked the pharmacist a question in regards to the medication, her response was to read the bag…. She then walked away.Not only is this unprofessional but also medically negligent. I will be filling a formal complaint. We frequent this target at least once a week. This is extremely disappointing.

Standard, average generic Target - big box department store with a variety of convenience items. Decent selection of clothes, drug store-type items, and some electronics. Store recently has only had one checkout open which meant you had to use self-checkout. Not bad, but the older gentleman running the self-check yelled at everyone.

Our local Target in Columbus is my "to-go" shopping store. They always have a large assortment of merchandise and multiple sizes of clothes. The staff always seem happy and seem to enjoy their jobs. Keep up the great work!

Can’t get someone to help you can’t get someone to cash you out have to stand in a line with 15 other people in order to even use the self check out because why would we open up a cashier lane to help bring the line down? We would rather stand around and look at each other and wait for the customers to just leave Looking around in Isles and can’t get someone to even ask me if I can help B help to find something this store sucks I won’t go to another target I’ll just take my business somewhere else since that’s all they want anyway.

Hilliard Target MUST pay Google to delete bad reviews. This store is horrible and here's why...1) Meat/Grocery section - a good majority of their meet is frozen and freezer burnt. You can find this mostly in their own Good & Gather brand foods. Don't buy the hamburgers unless you plan on throwing half of them out.2) Dog food/treats - over 75% of the dog food cans are severely dented. Their distributor or stock people obviously don't care to stock it so they must abuse the product. The worst is premium treats! Up to $26 per bag and all of them - all of them - are stale. So they must get a deal on old product, stock it, then when no one buys it they put it on sale.3) Purchased a vaccume from this place and it lasted 5 months having only been used 8 times.4) The cart wipes and hand cleaner is never available so to compensate they put a large bottle of hand cleaner by the self checkout that is disguisting - Oh and speaking of disguisting, the check out stations are always filthy, they never clean them. It's so bad most items will not scan.Do your best to pay Google to take this down Target. I'm spending the evening posting it everywhere.Inferrior product & disguisting environment. Take it from me, even when I have a bad experience I never complain but this store is out of hand and there is NO WAY they deserve the rating they have on Google.

The staff here was so helpful. This was the 3rd location I had been to looking for a specific bra. Mariah was very friendly and helped me find what I was looking for. Made my entire day!

Aside from the long wait to check out, the rest of the shopping experience is fairly pleasant as they have a decent selection of goods and very fair prices. They just need to do a bit of renovation to accommodate more self check-out lines.

As apposed to going to the target closet to my home this location was 2nd best for the item I needed for drive up. I love how this location has a specific drive up area/part of the store. That was impressive to see. I don’t feel like this location was as organized, but it’s always room for improvement (I watched someone’s order get put in their car & the person forgot items & had to run back). When I got there I waited for maybe all of 5 mins for my one item (It's important to let them know you’re otw within the app or you will be waiting & you can’t blame anyone, but yourself as they do need time to locate your order). The guy who brought my item didn’t greet or anything, so it wasn't to welcoming. I'm not saying you have smile and all that stuff, but a simple hi, hello, or hey can break the ice & go a long way. That’s really the only reason for 4 stars not really a big deal, but it’s apart of good customer service.

Just wanted to congratulate you all on the longest line in the history of retail on a Wednesday evening. That was miraculous the way the line went all the way to the grocery department and beyond and somehow your team managed that line so well without opening a single register! All while 25% of your self check out registers were down! Well done!!

Pickup orders are a nightmare here. The girl that does them is very fast, but the guy that does them has been extremely slow, often carrying one bag out at a time instead of a cart with multiple orders while 10+ cars are waiting. 50+ minute wait times.

Don't bother with ordering product ahead of time. We waited (along with about five other customers) for over 15 minutes for our pick up items to be brought to us. Nothing was ready for pick up and I had ordered the item nearly 8 hours in advance. Just go in and get it. You will save time.

Self-checkouts are here, so that makes everything quicker. Starbucks has been under renovation for what seems like forever, but they weren't usually that good here anyway. Curbside pickup is much faster now that it is in a separate part of the parking lot. Employees are rude, and they put things on the floor that don't have prices or can't be sold. AT&T Salesperson hassles you while you shop to try and get you to switch, that's what I avoid Sam's Club for! I hate that I'd have to do it at Target now too, but this isn't my usual Target so hopefully it's the only one.

I have always thought Target had kind and helpful employees, and my most recent experience proves just that! My 2 year old daughter left her handmade “lovey” somewhere in the store. I lost hope that I would find it. I called and gave them a description and was told they would get back to me. Two days later a young employee named Bee saw a note that someone wrote about it, found the lovey, and gave me a call! My daughter and I both appreciate her willingness to go above and beyond to help customers!

Excellent customer service experience, ease of finding items when I shop in store, quality of products at reasonable prices. At a recent product pick-up, the associate who assisted me was beyond kind and considerate, even in the last half hour the store was open. Having worked in CS most of my life, I know how hard it can be to still go out of your way at the end of the day to make a great impression.

Do not place a drive up/pick up order from this location if you expect it to be ready on time. The app clearly states that these orders will be ready in 2 hours. The last 3 times I've ordered from this location, they weren't ready until 4 hours after I placed the order, and I had to call them every time inquiring about when it'll be ready!! Horrible service. All targets are busy and have alot of orders, yet this is the ONLY location in Columbus Ohio that takes forever to get your order ready. Unacceptable
