This target location is a bit small compared to others. Thus, there are some spaces that are pretty narrow so it might be hard to navigate. Sometimes there are unattended carts around and some displays that impede walkways. Otherwise, the store is very well lit and not very loud. There are normally quite a bit of associates around in case you need assistance and the self checkout has accessibility features available. Lots of accessible parking right in front.

They close their self checkout registers by 8:30pm and only have 1 register open for guests. Called for backup and had 2 open. Why they don’t just open the SCOs and have one person watch is beyond me. Stop torturing your employees by having them tackle long lines that go back to produce. Hire more people to close at night. Shame on the ETLs and SD of this store.It’s a two stars because the two poor souls who were running the two open lanes were good sports.

Do not buy food from this target. There was clearly spoiled meat in the refrigerated section. I would bet anything that other foods that should be refrigerated/frozen have also gone bad, and were just put on the shelf anyway.There was 1 package on the shelf that looked unspoiled (I didn’t buy it, I just took a photo for comparison). Most of it looked obviously spoiled

If you're gonna have the NRG/AT&T sales people in your store, maybe don't put them in the most congested area and give them some space.I would also pay attention to the conversations they are having, most of them seem to want to make fun of anyone who doesn't want to talk to them or declines their offer.

Target is grooming children. There’s no reason I should have to explain to a 9 and 7 year old what “queer” means.I shouldn’t have to explain the sexuality of people or what their personal preferences are. This should not be pushed and shoved down the throats of young children who should not be exposed to things that involve sexuality at such a young ages. As soon as I walked into this store past the dollar spot, there is a huge display. Huge. We left immediately. I’ve canceled my target card. I refuse to partake in this agenda nor expose my children to it. Let kids keep their innocence.Do better, target. Your audience is mostly mothers. Was. Was mostly mothers.

Ingrid (I believe the manager) at the Starbucks inside the Target at Hilliard Rome was AMAZINNNGG. She was so sweet to talk with, went quickly making drinks for us all ANNND gave me samples of the frozen lemonade drinks they are offering currently. I mentioned I was curious but not sure. She made my drink, proceeded with other customers, and put up 2 samples for me and another mom during the course of making several drink orders. I haven't had anyone at a Starbucks go into the drink details and give samples IN YEARS...So Appreciated it, Thank you Ingrid! I will definitely be back for more.

I wish this location was more consistent with its snack stand offerings. I like to come here to get popcorn often, while shopping, and it’s never very consistent; sometimes they have popcorn sometimes they don’t. I call ahead to check quite often, and even then, I’m told “we have it today”, yet when I get there it’s still not available.

The store manager was a down to earth good person! She was very kind and good with people. The whole staff in the customer service area was a group of patronizing teenagers (let me elaborate...) Expect them to roll their eyes if you have questions on an item, smirk at you, cross their arms, and sharing their personal thoughts way outside of anything to do with your order (their narsasistic statements really shine here)...they're really awesome if you like dealing with immature teenagers. Anything that requires thought or effort to help you seems to drive them crazy.

The employees kept following me around as if I was going to steal something. Need to have more variety for clothing sizes in the store (not only online), very disappointing for people who are 2xl and up. Came out empty handed. Situation for all size of people needs to be fixed.

I had to wait a few extra minutes because one of my pulled bags was misplaced. It was no problem I appreciated the gentleman saying so sorry for the delay and he gave me a $5.00 target giftcard for my extra wait time. That was so nice and he was very polite.

Dear Target, can we see an end, or at least a reduced aggressiveness, with the cell phone salesmen who will not take "no thank you" for an answer and haunt your store aisles? I saw a cell phone guy the other day hassling an older gentleman until the man had to simply walk away from him. Then the sales guy turned his sights on me as I walked by, I never even made eye-contact, but he asked me if I liked hockey, then he said "before you go...". I never stopped walking by him, and I had to say "no thank you" about three times, louder each time, before he stopped engaging... why do I have to be the jerk here? I just wanted some cashews, leave me be! ...Oh, and your employees do creep around a bit, and seem quite frosty... like they too cool for school supplies.

I am still a believer in brick and mortar stores rather than having everything shipped to my door. Ordering online and picking up at the store is the best of both worlds to me. I don't have to worry about someone stealing an item off my porch and I don't have to pay delivery fees.This was my first experience with using this service with Target and I was completely satisfied. Luckily the 2 items I was looking for were in stock and I was able to pick them up the same day. Thanks Target!

Cleaning options offered as soon as we walked in the store. There was enough room between all the isles, so we didn't have to be very close to other guests. The atmosphere was calm overall.

A person goes to Target "assuming" they have forks, spoons, and knives. This apparently is no longer the case...unless you desire a plastic spoon....but if I wanted that I could just go to McDonald's and get one for free.So there you have it, folks. A store that gets rid of something they admit was selling well. Just another reason to buy from Amazon. Either way, I'm forced to take my business elsewhere.

I love Target. They always have what I want.Today it was groceries and gift cards. Plus a cup of the pumpkin spice latte coffee was delicious. Whether I go in the store or buy on line I am never disappointed.

I love Target in general. They have a stylish and affordable home decor section. But this Target has very very poor plus size section. Maybe 3 racks of clothing. Not only that but they didn’t have a single piece of plus size clothing in there athletic section. I needed black leggings to wear under my Halloween costume and I was sorely disappointed. I took my business elsewhere.

This is by far THE WORST Target I have been in, EVER!! The shelves are less than half stocked, ALL the time. If you don’t have it, you can’t sell it! Items they do have are laying on the floor while staff walks by or stands and talks with other employees. I will drive completely out of my way to go to a different, fulling stocked and clean Target than drive 2minutes to this one. Or I go to a very nice Meijers store!! Shame on you Target..

I love target and it is usually my go to place. But this store never has what I need. They are constantly out of stock. They never have clothes I want in my size. In the off chance they have pants in my size, they only offer them in short. As if slightly bigger girls can’t be tall or at least a regular. I need a tall so a short is useless to me. On my most recent trip there were four things I was going to buy but they didn’t have my size. Then I went over to the eyeliner to get what I needed and of course they were out of stock of that too. I have lived near this Hilliard for a year now and this is a constant problem I have. I used to live near the campus target and I never once had a problem there and you’d think it would be worse there with the college campus right next door.

I recently lost a receipt for some items purchased for my company. I called the customer service desk this morning, 12/2, and was helped by the most wonderful representative (Angel, I believe?). Anyway, the process took him a few minutes and Im sure was an inconvenience to him, but he was so cheerful and helpful! Big thanks to Angel. Its the service given regardless of whether or not a purchase is made that really shows appreciation for the customer!

The phone customer service is terrible. Either the phone rings forever, they hang up on you, transfer and disconnect, pick up the call and immediately put you on hold or transfer you to their broom closet. In the store customer service is not much better. They ignore you when you look like you need help, take off in another direction, or you just cannot find anyone to help you. I have found many of the employees are just rude. Now, I cannot leave this as a total negative, so I want to send my sincerest appreciation to the few employees that are so helpful, kind, and keep me coming back!
