I've gone to this grooming spot for 2 years. I did have a bad experience with one groomer but she no longer works there. They were two other groomers I worked with and they do an excellent job with my two poodles and the morkie who was known for biting, but they have no problems and the dogs come out happy. We only go to Liz now and she is excellent with my standard poodle.

Petspired grooming truly cares about animal’s wellbeing, along with grooming. We have been coming to petspired grooming for over a year. I have a very high-anxiety Bichon Frise named Reno. In the past, he’s snarled and attempted to bite groomers. Also, he had some knee problems and was awaiting surgery. At his first appointment with Petspired, I made the groomers aware of Reno’s past behavior. They made a plan to desensitize him. Reno’s first few grooms took a while because they gave him breaks when he got stressed. With anti-anxiety medicine prescribed by our vet, and the dedication from Petspired, Reno no longer tries to bite during his grooms. He doesn’t even shake when coming into the building. They took the time to show my dog that grooming wasn’t scary. Petspired was also amazing helping us schedule grooming appointments before and after his knee surgery. I like keep Reno cut shorter than most Bichons. They do an excellent job doing a shorter cut on him. He looks adorable every time. If you have a dog who needs special attention during grooms, I highly recommend Petspired!

Just recently moved to the area and was looking for a new groomer for my golden doodle Marlo. The staff at PetSpired are extremely kind, welcoming and did a fantastic job grooming Marlo at a reasonable price. In addition, they have great scheduling staff that schedule grooming far in advance. Marlo seemed very happy after his grooming! I would recommend PetSpired to anyone looking for a routine groom for their dog.

**Update 3/29/22 Coco is not a groomer here anymore but the other groomers I had were great as well. I had to go to another groomer because recently I can’t get ahold of anyone over the phone. I leave a message and we play phone tag.Coco is da bomb. I have gotten my 2 Poms groomed here a few times and will be returning.

Had to take time to leave a review because the staff at Petspired Hilliard were amazing. Two days ago, we unexpectedly added our pup Louis to our family, as he was neglected by his previous owners. He hadn’t been properly cared for so we needed grooming asap. After we took him to the vet, I called around and got in touch with someone with Petspired and they were able to get us in same day. Thank you so much, you’ve gained a regular client out of our family!

Have the very same shop in London where I live, but for some reason they cannot seem to be able to maintain a groomer, they had a young person there Ashley that was awesome, now the place is barely open, so I have to go to Hilliard, the groomer there is very good. Work on getting a groomer in London that wants to work more than a couple days a week.

Definitely recommend! Our pup is quite anxious and they accommodated her so well! We came in and were able to get our dog acquainted with the groomers and to even relax a little bit. Then they were able to get her in the bath right away and called me as soon as she was done. Plus Kira (our pup) is as clean as ever!

I will never be back. Worse groom ever. A big patch on the side of her face is scraped down to bare skin. She is acting like she was abused. I have been going here since you opened. I had a noon apartment. After arriving I was told I didn't have an appointment. You had cancelled me because my groomer quit. No one had the good sense to even call and tell me and ask if I wanted to schedule with a different groomer. I was told my the girl at the desk that my dog "had bitten all over the groomer". The groomer showed me her index finger and said "see that little mark". I saw nothing on her finger. I use to send people to you. I'm now going to post they should go elsewhere because you do a lousy job. I would like to speak to the owner but you probably won't show him/her this since it isn't in your favor. My dog has never bitten a groomer and I don't believe she did this time. However with the huge bare spot on her face, maybe she should have. I'm sure that hurt her. WORSE GROOM EVER. I'm not a groomer and I could have done a better job. I didn't want to give you any stars but in order to post, one had to be picked.

I recently had to make an unplanned trip to Ohio from Florida. I had to cancel my little girls grooming appointment due to leaving. She was a hot mess. After looking around for a groomer that may be able to squeeze her in since she is just a little 5 pound yorkie. I typically would not take her to a random person. But I had a friend of a friend suggest pet spired. I was so happy, Brittany saved us. Macy looked amazing and was strutting her stuff that evening. THANK YOU SO MUCH BRITTANY. if I’m ever in town and she needs just a clean up I’ll be calling her. Thanks for the great service and skills. The whole staff was very welcoming as well.

My 8 month old lab had a bad experience getting her toenails trimmed. I came in not having high hopes of getting them done due to her past experience at another place. At first she was fighting it but they did an amazing job calming her down before continuing and they had them all done within 10 mins. The staff was great. I’m beyond happy and impressed with the service.

I normally do not write good reviews. Usually I only take the time to write reviews if their bad, but this Pet Market is everything and more. There aren’t a whole lot of pet stores near Columbus and every time I go into one, I either cannot find what I want or the people working there aren’t too helpful. I have a small Yorkie poo named Bella with a sensitive stomach and she’s very picky when it comes to treats. I found this new pet store online and drove by after work to take a look. When I arrived I was greeted by Ryan who I believe said was the owner and his two helpers who were all so helpful. I was a little hesitant towards the treats they chose for me, but Bella tried them as we were on a plane the next day and not only did she love them, they kept her busy for so long! Once we came back from our trip, we took Bella there for grooming and she does not like getting her hair washed or haircuts. But the groomer was extremely sweet and made the experience less stressful for her. And Of course, the haircut was adorable!! Thank you Pet Market for making the shopping experience so fun. I was very impressed! Not only were the employees so helpful, they were really nice and they knew their stuff! I’ll definitely be coming back.

These guys are amazing! I had very specific requests how to groom my dog and they perfectly fulfilled all of them! They are also very considerate about special needs or allergies your dog may have. My dog looked happy and well cared for when i picked her up! Petspired is extra amazing because they offer flexible pick up times if you need to run more errands or need your dog boarded for a few more hours. I have already set my next appointment!

I took my long haired Dachshund in today, who was in desperate need of a full groom, and was so impressed! It is by far the best groom he has ever received! I have never really stuck with one groomer because I’ve never been overly happy with the results. Now after seeing Coco I won’t go anywhere else! On top of the great groom, she was friendly, listened to exactly what I wanted, and is reasonably priced. So glad I found this place!

Just took my anxious 1.5 yr old pup and Coco did amazing! I got their a little early so I got to see first hand how she interacted with my dog and I couldn’t have been more please. My other dog never goes to the groomer because he has high anxiety and a bit of aggression, after chatting with them I made another appointment for my other dog because I was so impressed with how they handled my pup. Would highly recommend Petspired!

First time here since new owners and what agreat experience! Very friendly, several reminders of our appointment on multiple platforms, and they did an amazing job with our two Corgi's! Corgi's are shedding machines but after their deep combing and baths, they look great and are shedding far less than we've experienced with any groomer. I had called and made an appointment for my dog. I had the confirmation email and everything. I show up and the groomer says they’re full for the day and are booked out for several months. Their solution? Find another groomer!! So now I’ve wasted an hour of my day and have to wait who knows how long to get her in somewhere else.

Wonderful service and grooming. Totally sweet ladies there. Took great care of my Golden Doodle buddy and got it done in less than half the time than other groomers. Pricing was just right!! This will be our go to spot for grooming!

We took our 1.5yo golden doodle, Carl, to Ryan after being referred to her by a friend. Not only was it the best he's look following a trim, but it was better priced than many of the groomers we had previously used. She worked through some of his tangled curly hair whereas past groomers should have just shaved him. Can't wait to go back to her!

We had a great experience here! My mom’s little ragamuffin was in desperate need of TLC. The great people did a wonderful job. So kind to the dogs! Easy to get to but it’s not super visible from main roads. We got an appointment quickly and the owner is very responsive if you have to leave a voice mail. They have online appointment capabilities too. This is a great place!

Took our mini sheepadoodle there and the cut was all uneven, didn’t follow what was asked, body hair was cut way too short and they shaved his snout and left him with a huge mustache that was uneven. It’s been 4 weeks since and we have repeatedly emailed, called and texted them to get a refund and no response.

I had the pleasure of doing a one on one photo shoot with Cammie for my dogs first birthday. Cammie did such a great job at capturing the beauty in my nervous girl and had a great cake for the photos that my dog was able to enjoy during the photo shoot. She was so patient with my girl and spent so much time getting such great photos of both my dog and myself together and of just my dog. I highly recommend her for any time of photos your are looking for!

The owner Corella Waring has groomed my cocker spaniel Freckles for years. She is outstanding with animals. I traveled 2 hours yesterday so Corella could groom my dog. She spends time with your pet and takes pride in making your pet feel good and look good. You won't find a better groomer than Corella. Ruff Cuts will be a success

My Sofie has a reputation as difficult to groom, so I was happy to find PetSpired would deal with anxiety or other issues. By the time she went in, she had a long coat with mats, because she also hates brushing. Amber did a wonderful job and was not concerned with Sofie's behavior. She recognized areas that risk matting and shaved them close to avoid future problems. Quick text from their office when Sofie's appt was done. We're already scheduled for another appt.

I requested a clean up and received a total shave. Promptly reported the issue to Ryan at the London location. She offered to fix it but nothing could be fixed. She credited the account for 20$ for the difference I was charged. After multiple contacts about the service I asked for a full refund. She said I had to talk with Jeremy , She wasn't able to authorize it. So I contacted Jeremy multiple times and gotten 1 response back, after that never heard or seen the check for full refund that he said he would do. I will never use this place again nor recommended it to any of my friends or clients at the vet hospital I work at. Jeremy is very unprofessional and lack of customer service. It's been over a month and STILL NO REFUND!!!

I’ve been to petspired a few times.. the first time they cut my dogs ear. I told them the next Time I was in and they didn’t even say sorry but the haircuts were good so I kept coming back.After quarantine obviously everyone was anxious to get their dogs in and I went out of my way 2 times to confirm my Saturday morning appointment for my 2 dogs. They also told me they couldn’t call me because their 9 button on their phone doesn’t work.I show up Saturday morning and no one is there apparently they open later on Saturday’s but no one told me this when I confirmed my appointment time TWICE with their staff.So I take my dogs home and I’m 30 minutes late to work. I got one voicemail from coco saying there was miscommunication and that I should’ve known they don’t open later on saturdays. I get an email from their ceo saying they can offer 10% off and that I will be getting a call to reschedule.I’ve gotten no call back no email back and now know not to ever give them a chance again.My suggestions would to be more responsive, accountable and work on your communication with your clients. Oh and get a new phone that has working buttons.

Two years ago I rescued a dog who had been abused since she was a puppy and as a result, came with too many issues to suit most families. Ever the hero, I swung in to save the day, and was promptly educated on how difficult a task it can be offering your home to a poor animal who has, through no fault of it's own, become the canine equivalent of Gary Busey. And while she has greatly improved in those two years, she still has acrobatic reactions to the most innocuous things: lights, sudden sounds, crickets, wind, her own existence, plastic bags, nothing.But even crazy dogs get dirty. For the longest time, I took it upon myself to clean her, whether via garden hose and shampoo, or a dunk in the human tub. None of it was fun, and through it all, she looked at me like she'd just realized I was the devil himself.Because of her perpetual cow-eyes and the fact that her nails were so long she looked like a rucksack on stilts, I decided it was time for her to go to a professional groomer. I chose The Pet Market because it came highly recommended, and because it's close enough to my house that if the dog decided to bolt, she'd know where to go.I am so very glad I took my little schizo hound here. I don't even know why my dog wasn't nervous. Usually when she walks into a new place, she drops an involuntary "fear Rolo" on the floor. Not this time. She wasn't even shaking. And the groomer was exceptionally friendly to us and our hairy child. She had the dog up on the table before she even knew what was happening. She was gentle and soothing, truly superb!But beside manner is not enough on its own. The sweetest groomer can still make a mutant out of your animal if she doesn't know what she's doing. But this girl was a professional in the absolute strictest sense of the word. The dog has never been cleaner, never shinier, and the anti-shedding treatment she administered has meant we no longer have to sit on a six-foot high rug of dog hair. She clipped the nails perfectly, something I'm always reticent to do because I'm afraid I'll cut too close and slice off the dog's whole leg. And she smells great, a whole week later, instead of that usual reek of desperation and existential panic.Our dog looks very much the spoiled princess now, and I intend to bring her back to this groomer every single month. You should do the same. Bring your dog. Bring ALL the dogs. This place is absolutely wonderful.

I cannot say enough good things about PetSpired of Hilliard! We've had our share of "just ok" groomers over the years, but Coco is beyond amazing. Our pomeranian Lucy always looks terrific, and I know we can trust that she'll be well taken care of and loved by Coco, Cammie and the rest of their staff. We won't be going anywhere else. 💜
