I took my dog Olive to get groomed here for the first time and her groomer Miranda was absolutely amazing! She did exactly what I asked for and spent a good 10-15 minutes before the appointment getting to know Olive and answering my questions and made both of us feel so comfortable! It can be scary taking your dog to a new groomer, but Miranda made the experience great! When I went to pick Olive up, she wasn’t in a cage, Miranda had her out and was giving her treats and attention which I thought was such an amazing touch. Olive is very timid and scared of new people, so I was incredibly impressed by how much she warmed up to Miranda. Definitely a 10/10 experience and highly recommend her as a groomer.

I went to this location two weeks ago on a Friday night to wash my dog and every single dog bath was disgusting! There was water and towels all over the place, dog poop on steps, every bath was full of dog hair along with the floor, I had to clean a bath myself just to wash my dog. I have a huge st. Bernard so it took me over a hour to wash and dry him and not one employee came back the entire time I was there to wash any of the dog baths. Two other customers came during that time and had to clean their own bath also to wash their dog. Then one employee did come in the wash area to dump a fish tank into the dog bath that smelled so bad and stunk up the whole area. Dumped it and left, walked right over the mess and didn’t come back to clean up a thing. I usually visit the w broad st location and the manager there is scrubbing every dog bath the second someone leaves after washing their dog, the area is always clean and tidy I just hate that their water pressure is really bad which with a big dog makes it so much harder and longer to wash and rinse him. I came back to the Hilliard location the past two weeks on a Friday and the dog bath area looked the same and was so gross I couldn’t even stay and wash my dog. There’s multiple employees standing around at the register and in the store so not like they are short staffed so I’m not sure what the issue is here!

Took our dogs there for a nail trim, and once again, they did an excellent job! Store is clean and well stocked. Employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Our go to place for pet supplies and services!

I’ve had my two-year-old sheepdog to several groomers in the area and Abby I have found to be the best. She’s not afraid of a big dog like some are, and she gave him a very even haircut and welcomed me back. I found the store, the sales, the staff and Abby, especially , very accommodating. Thank you!

One finds it rather disheartening, indeed quite beneath expectation, to patronize a canine ablution facility such as Pet Supply Plus, only to discover a marked absence of essential grooming implements. A simple brush, one might assume, would be a staple at such an establishment, yet here one is met with disappointment. Furthermore, the lack of fragrant canine spritzes—those delightful concoctions that leave our furry companions smelling as though they've just frolicked through a field of flowers—is a lamentable oversight.Equally troubling is their audacious insistence on commanding market-rate fees for the use of their dog wash stations, despite not offering the standard amenities provided by reputable establishments in this industry. This quite clearly demonstrates a parsimonious approach to customer service that one can only describe as unbecoming.Additionally, the architectural considerations—or rather, the lack thereof—presented by their egregiously steep stairway do not cater to the needs of large breeds suffering from the ailments of age or infirmity, such as hip dysplasia, spinal issues, or general mobility constraints. This oversight may very well deter those of us who wish only the utmost comfort for our beloved companions from revisiting such an establishment.

Another very large and complete store. Staff asked to help, but they were out of freeze dried minnow cat treats. She check other store inventory and none had them. At least she tried her best!

Pet Supplies Plus Hillard is a great place for pet supplies. Good priced and great selection. I just returned a few fish within the 14 day guarantee with no problems and the staff was very helpful and friendly and prompt. Thank you pet Supplies Plus Hilliard!

It's impressive how unprofessional the staff was. Stopped by there today and I heard all about the problems in their lives. They spoke loudly and they didn't seem to care when we were checking out. The store itself was clean and had good deals, however if this is how the staff is every time I would prefer not to come back

Knowledge employees. Polite. The store was clean. Provided us with education on the different kinds of fish. We asked about the dog bath and you can bathe your own dog there for $10 or 5 baths for $25. They provide the towels and soap and water. Bonus: you don't have to use your own tub and get the bathroom all wet. Always the best store for my dog food too. They deliver it for free and I usually have a coupon and they include a treat for my dog with a thank you note. Very good experiences.

This place is awesome. We take the dog there to bathe him - he’s a big dog so it is convenient. $14 (price went up but worth it) and they provide shampoo/conditioner and towels. So convenient!

Tori is an amazing groomer. My puppy did not do well with his first full grooming session. And she was patient and efficient. She uses treats and many different techniques to calm the dogs down. She advised breaking our session into 2 different times at no additional cost so my puppy wouldn’t have a bad association at the groomers. He was quite the challenge being hyper active and she still managed to get it done and he looks great! Her grooming assistant is also so kind and helpful as well! Thank you

Pricey. Staffed by a bunch of teenagers who didn't know anything and were less than helpful. Well, they were pretty good at light saber fighting with mop handles. Save your time and you money, head down to petsmart.

I was here on 9/17/22 around 10:15 am an I must say the girl working was the only staff in the store an she went above an beyond! There was also a soccer team of young girls in the store an it was very chaotic. She was very friendly,prompt & efficient!! She definitely deserves a raise or bonus! In todays world it’s very hard to find good people an I was impressed!!! Thank you!!

What amazing employees. I spoke with Yvonne and she is so knowledgeable about all the pet foods, and best training treats. She gives great advice and she’s so friendly and easy to talk to. The store was very clean and well cared for. I’m definitely coming back to this store! There is some real heart here.

Short review: FABULOUS STAFF!!!!I have been to this store several times and received the most attentive and genuine customer service I have received anywhere in a very long time. I ended up adopting my baby (cat) after going to the store to see her the first time. When I went back on Tuesday (5/10/22) @ 5:30 pm to pick her up, I needed everything for a kitty and literally had everyone in the store helping me pick things out. I cannot thank them enough and am sorry I do not remember the names of the staff working that evening. There are several other pet stores closer to my home but I will be back to shop at this store every time I need something for my furbaby.

Glad to see this stayed a pet store after the previous Pet Valu closed. Pet Supplies Plus has a much better selection of items than the previous store. I was able to find a couple of things for my cat that other stores are usually out of/I have to order, so that was a relief I no longer have to run all over town. One of the managers was very nice and helped to answer some questions/make recommendations for cat-related supplies. The staff have been really nice when I've stopped in. Loved to see they also have so much cat stuff, and continue having adoptable kitties who need homes. Looking forward to continue shopping here.

We live closer to another location but come to this one because the manager is wonderful and Tori is an amazing groomer. We have two Newfoundlands and both are rescued so they have some anxiety. Tori is so good with them and they look so beautiful when she works her magic.

I chose Pet Supply because of the consistency, easy to schedule, and The easy throughout the store. I was extremely satisfied with my first visit so I Brought my furbabies back in for another " luxary" spa day, VIP package with add ons OVER $ 250. They always get the best of the best. I picked them up and they were soooo cute, scrolled thru the store grabbing a few things. Get home and there were belly scratches and hugs. I missed them so much. Fleas ran across their skin... not one two or three.. SEVERAL. Im like ok fleas are going to be but this is ridiculous they just came from the groomer like 30 min ago. I begin to check them out and eggs are behind their ears, fleas running thru their fur like they weren't even washed, treated, NOTHING they were everywhere. I was left to bathe them AGAIN, IF they were even bathed the first time. Very disappointing that I immediately bathed them after they were " professionally " groomed. The fact that I go out my way to support pet supply, it is extremely upsetting that my furbabies didn't get the exceptional service that they advertise and that I paid for.

I went in to purchase a flea and tick collar. I was assisted by the kindest and most considerate employee - Yvonne. She even went as far to educate me on the discount I could use from being a member and which email I could find it in. She went above and beyond her job and should be recognized. This type of employee is the reason I return to this store time and again.
