The older gentleman with the glasses and the tattoos was the best greeter to the store… He set us up to be able to give Hunter a self service bath and just overall nice and helpful. Hunter thoroughly enjoyed his bath. They had everything we needed and more. And Meg was a sweetheart. She helped me locate toys and treats for my dog and also is a lover of labs. The staffing as a whole was wonderful.

Our groomer sadly closed recently and with our dog starting to get a little older/stiffer we were looking for somewhere that had cage free grooming. We are so so happy we found Kristin over at Hilliard and she took amazing care of our big floof for a quick appointment to get her used to going somewhere new. Staff is so friendly and store has a great selection. Thanks so much we’ll be back!

I adopted my sweet Siberian Husky mix from the dog shelter last week and his coat was BADLY matted. Poor guy was in rough shape, but the groomer Greer at this location worked some serious magic on him! She was so sweet and gentle with him since she knew it was his first time ant a groomer. She was really knowledgeable about the specifics of what his coat will require as far as care moving forward. Best of all, she was able to save his coat from having to be shaved. He looks like a whole new dog now, and he is good friends with Greer. You can tell she is very passionate about what she does and cares so much about her pup-customers. We will definitely be repeat customers for life just for Greer.

They don't want you to use the self-service, they want you to use their groomer. Ambiguous wording so they can pick and choose whatever rule they want to enforce without a clear definition of what is allowed and not allowed. No clearly defined rules on the website either so you don't find out until they tell you. You won't even find this notice on the website. This was pups third time here using the self-service, so very random on the enforcement.

Juniper had a grooming appointment with Lindsey on 3/29 and I absolutely love how she turned out. It was Junipers first time to a mutts and co groomer and I am so happy with the results :)Edit: also whatever shampoo/conditioner was used made her so so soft she looks and feels like a teddy bear

I didn’t plan on rescuing a puppy but it happened. Devin and Emma made the process so much easier for me. They were both friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help me. This type of service goes a long way and I will continue to choose Mutts and Co. for all of my pet needs. Thanks again Devin and Emma for your excellent customer service and making us feel welcomed. You can find great quality dog food and such here as well as grooming services. If they don't have what you want or need in the store, they'll order it for you! We brought our pup here for a nail trim and the groomer ended up using the dremmel to get them nice and short. Awesome job! We've since started coming back for spaw baths too and the groomers really love our dog.

Not sure who the wonderful kind guy is at the front but back when the dog wash station was up and running (not sure if still down) he was the most kindest full of energy person out there. Great staff. Wash station is well kept clean and just a good atmosphere!

Unfortunately I don't know the name of the wonderful person that helped me... I have a 20 year old cat and was there for options with his diet. I was lucky to run into an employee who took the time to fully answer my questions and recommend food that would help with...shall we say...his digestive needs. He is doing so much better and I cannot recommend this store more. I know Mutts is in the name but my 20 year old feline appreciates it as well!

I take my senior dog, Sadie, to the groomer, Kristen, at Hilliard. She’s so good and gentle with my dog. There’s no one else I’d trust with my dog than I do with Kristen. She takes such good care of my dog, especially since Sadie is not only a senior dog but a large dog who’s anxious. I always tell people, I don’t even trust my dad with doing my dogs nails but the one person I trust is Kristen and Greer at Hilliard!

Greer is outstanding! My 5 month old puppy had her first bath with her and Greer was so slow and gentle with her. When I went to pickup, she told me how Sage had done and told me feedback on what she was okay with and what she wasn’t. Definitely recommend. The store staff was lovely as well.

It was very nice in the establishment, very overwhelming due to tons of products. The prices are not very clearly marked, and it can somewhat be difficult to find what your looking for. I have looked for a high end dog food store and this fits the build for the area. I look forward to going back and giving them another chance!

I booked here a month in advance, called and got email confirmation of my appointment today and yet they didn’t have the appointment in the system even though I showed them my confirmation. They turned me away. I’m so upset because I’m new to town and it’s so hard to find a groomer. My dog is way overdue for a groom now and I’m scrambling to find somewhere else because these people can’t manage a schedule. It’s super odd they weren’t able to accommodate even when I showed them the written confirmation they sent me. Don’t book here. Terribly disorganized.

I have no idea what took me so long to come here. I was always buying the usual brands in bulk (3 dogs) until we had switched brands multiple times and couldn’t find anything that a) they liked and b) sat well with all of their stomachs. Mutts & Co had a great selection of healthy brands (both dry and wet food) and I feel good about what I give my dogs. I also love that they have so many no-rawhide treats. The staff is always incredibly helpful and friendly.

They are the only store that carries the treats I give my kiddos. For the most part I would consider them a boutique rather than a pet store like Petco. They do carry a good range of food but sadly I go to Hollywood Feed for the rest. If you are looking for a cut above the rest and really watch ingredients for things like 'beef that is grass fed.......this place is for you.I get grooming here also, they are very good with all 3 of my pups one is a Pomeranian need I say more?

I don’t review places often, but my experience tonight was top notch. I have taken my dog here several times to wash him in the self wash bath rooms, but tonight he decided to throw a fit and fight me on getting a bath. He was not wanting to even go into the room. The very nice clerk saw how much I was struggling and helped me get him into the room and up in the shower safety so he could have a bath. It saved me an extra large struggle with my 110 lbs big baby. Very appreciative of the help and great service!

Wonderful experience here! I love that they have so many high quality options for foods and treats. I had to run in for a cone for my dog, but ended up getting several treats and toys and they LOVED them all!Im especially grateful that they carry No-Hide chews because they can be hard to find!

We love going here for the self serve dog wash. It's perfect especially for those with bigger dogs who hate baths. Unfortunately, they don't have the type of food we're buy, but I have gotten toys here in the past. Most things are reasonably priced and the staff is friendly.
