Have never received the correct order yo night I ordered a bacon quarter expecting to get one with onion because when I order it without they just put them on there anyway. But what I got was no onion like I asked but also no ketchup no mustard no pickle add mayo what the actual hell. Not even close to what I order this is a consistent problem. I do not understand is there no manager there. Is it just teens doing whatever they feel. Is the staff just that terrible that they continue to screw up orders and expect more than minimum wage. Put some pride into your work. Stop being an awful experience everytime I go. Edit there was onion on my sandwich hidden under the mayo I am allergic I will be filing a report with corporate for negligence at the company. Could have been serious injuries had I not noticed it poking out of the mayo.

The younger girl working the front window with glasses, WAS A SWEETHEART, needs a raise! But we sat there for around 15 minutes, pulled to the second window and when we got our food…ice cold.

Stopped in about 2:00 pm, on Sunday. There was one table with a couple sitting at it and no one else at the kiosk ahead of us. My daughter and I ordered our food. I ordered a Big Mac meal for myself. No one there meant fresh and delicious like the picture, right? Lol! Nope! What I got was what looked like a leftover from noon that was dry and had probably been dropped. Hardly edible. Explain to me why this would happen under these circumstances. Totally unacceptable!

Rude threatening to call the cops because after two minutes at the order box I said "hello" the manager told me I didn't need to say anything they would get to me when they get to me mind you the inside lane was moving I figured they didn't catch me being there I told the manager I didn't see that sign I ended up going to dQ for chocolate shake I was trying to get a frapie mocha from my under standing not many good things to say about the manager or employee's

Went through drive thru, ordered 2B large meal (bacon quarter pounder with NO onions & Extra pickles) ... order not on screen to check it, pay & got no receipt, get to pick up window & asked to pull forward because " they are waiting on fries."Sit at window for 10 minutes while 6 cars get their food & pass me. I call to see if they forgot my order and state that there is no way out of 6 cars that no one had ordered fries.Call store,, Manager tells me she will check on it ( I tell her what my order was). Young guy comes to the window & tells me that the bag ripped & they had to remake my burger... okay so I continue to wait another 6-8 minutes. Finally get my order only to find out (after I am 5 miles away) that my burger has NO bacon. Again, I call. Same Manager answers phone, I tell her about my burger and she tells me it was rang up as a regular quarter pounder meal ... I then tell her that I ordered a 2B large meal: so she asks if she "can just put a couple straps of bacon in a box & bring it out to me"; I tell her I am half way home by this point. So she says she will put my name down for a replacement sandwich with explanation it was rang up wrong. Ugh! If the order had been put on the screen at drive thru or I had gotten a receipt I would have caught the error & corrected it! So frustrating!! Not the first time my burger came with NO bacon.

Never have I had an issue here until Lastnight. I ordered my meal at 7:10 on the Kiosk and there wasn't much a line at all ahead of me but it took 30 mins to get my order from them after i mentioned wheres my order. One customer was going to pay for a huge order after me for the Firefighters that were stuck on a call but ended up leaving because no one would ring them up to complete the cash order so they left. One customer who seems to sound that he use to or dose work there mention someone keeps suspending workers for issues and not training them. There is a management issue here. I've never in my life seen a dysfunctional place than what I saw lastnight. Unacceptable in my opinion especially when a manager tells a customer to use a kiosk because management made a poor decision by firing to many people. You can't operate like that, if you do you'll definitely lose customers. This McDonald's definitely needs a whole new management but the crew definitely needs to stay and given a chance.

One of the best I have been to. Do to allergies I have to make a few different requests for my family's food. Most other locations always mess something up. However these guy got it right and it didn't take long to get through. Overall super happy with service I received!

Very very slow service. Always asked to pull off to park and then after 10-25 min food is cold. Food prep inconsistent and burgers many times burned. Staff lacks mature supervision and stand around talking instead of getting orders out. Staff is rude at drive thru and act even nastier if u try to b friendly and say good morning. Let's get some people working who know customer service and aren't afraid to hv customer see them actually working instead of standing around talking, picking their nose or their a--. Not very good food safety. update. Went there last Sunday night to get my dad a chocolate shake.Endured people fighting in the drive thru, some one yelling the f-word at the top of his lungs, people cutting the line, and non-stop horn honking. Took 45 minutes for untrained staff to get my order. Then they were out of whip cream. What's wrong with this place? I don't believe they care or even read the reviews. Had it!!????

Waited 25 minutes after paying and never even got our cups. Wife went for a refund and discovered our order had been sitting there for 15 minutes. They remade everything, which was nice, but they locked the door behind her and my daughter and I couldn’t get back in to get our drinks. All of the tables were filthy, too.

Been to thousands, in numerous states…I’ve been here 5 times now; Every time has actually been great experiences! Even above expectations, esp during busy times! Great employees, never have had any issues & overall great experiences! Thank you for being so organized, professional, specific to details, providing the best service & overall a great fast food option for Hicksville!
