Our family tried to place an order and the lady said a a minimum of like $50. $50 for what, when we live 8 mins down the fricking road, get your delivery prices right. Because I am a manager at a pizza place an I don’t even charge $50 minimum for someone that lives 8 mins down the road from our place. Those prices are ridiculous. Also who ever was on shift at 2:20 an who answered the phone needs to not have an attitude because that is poor customer service!

2 out of 3 orders in past two months, the call in order is wrong or I have to take a set for an extra 10 min while I wait on my order. ( Look no pepperoni again shocker ). When it's done to order it is a great pizza, but that's on occasion.

Nothing is consistent with this pizza place. Sometimes I order their weekend 2 medium 2 topping special and add stuffed crust, pay them the difference, no problem. Other times I’m told they don’t do that. Sometimes they charge extra for bacon when you already get to choose two toppings. Sometimes they don’t charge extra for bacon because YOU’RE ALREADY PAYING FOR TWO TOPPINGS. Sometimes the pizza is cut, sometimes it’s not. Sometimes it’s cooked all the way through, other times it’s really doughy and I finish it in my own oven. Sometimes you’re even double charged if you’re using a credit card. I wish they got their stuff together because it used to be a really good, consistent experience and product. In the past few years it’s been progressively worse. Keep in mind these are gripes over the past couple years but I’ve had it and I guess I’ll order from somewhere else, which is a shame.

The last couple times we have ordered from this place we have been disappointed. My husband ordered a couple weeks ago and his pizza was delivered 2 hours late with no apology or concern. Then we decided to order again and order was wrong. Asked for 3 large pizzas two pepperoni and one all meat along with three breadsticks. We were given two all meat and one breadstick. They need more adults running this place its seems to be ran all by kids. The food is good when it's right but doesn't seem like that happens to often.

I used to buy pizza there. I ordered a Supreme pizza without onions there last night, along with 2 other pizzas. They weren't ready when they were supposed to be- not a big deal. But, I saw the workers open the box in the back and have a discussion about it. I got my pizzas and drove home 20 miles. And guess what? It had onions on it. I feel they had a discussion about this, and gave it to me anyway, knowing it was wrong. There is nothing worse than getting home after a loooooooong day, and letting people down with something they can't eat. I even asked the person on the phone to verify my order. Honesty always wins...the drive thru at McDonald's is always slow, but at least they get it right.

They now charge a service fee on Credit/Debit transactions for whatever reason. Not sure why as this is a cost of doing business, not a customer's responsibility. Almost always get orders wrong. The only thing that is good is when the food is actually correct. Not going to do business with them anymore when possible as the fee is an inconvenience to the customer and is the last straw for me. There are many other pizza places in town that don't slap a fee to you and are much better quality.

Add 8 more stars. I just placed my first order. WOW! Best pizza I've had in a long time. Fresh made crust that couldn't be better. Great flavor, textureand thickness. Lots of great cheese. I have a new favorite pizza.

Waited an hour and 40 minutes for a small pizza and cheese bread. When they finally came both were burnt and cheese bread was not even cut. Won't be ordering again!

2 yrs ago:Best pizza joint in town. Got to try the all meat sub.Now: call almost an hour ahead for 4 pm delivery. 430pm pizza finally arrives. No call about problems or back ups. Very disappointed

Not good 2 med. Pizzas with 2 toppings 28.98 is a little pricey!! Forgot to make our order so we had to wait 25 min. After we showed up to get them no excuse given not happy. Wont be back. Was told when we asked about price you raised it. Ok. Sign says out front on weekends 2 meds. With breadsticks are 16.99. Bad way to run a business. Bye!!

If the was a no star or 1/2 star option, that would be a more appropriate rating for this experience. We were on a road trip from out of state & when we walked inside with masks on the employees stared at us and laughed in our faces that we were wearing masks which last time I checked was TO PROTECT THEM. We ordered a sandwich and chicken Parmesan and they were out of pasta. Asked for chicken and they said the chicken nuggets & club sandwich would take 35 minutes. 3 of the employees out of 5 were wearing their masks below their chins and didn’t even have enough respect the pull them up. We got a refund and left. Whoever owns this place clearly doesn’t care about good hygiene or customer service. No problem we won’t be back!

We drove in from out of town for the Christmas Cruise Thru and decided to pick up pizza to eat while driving through. It was very good! We got a large pepperoni pizza for $10. The crust is perfect... chewy and tender but not super “bready”. Might be a new Christmas tradition!

I drive truck and was stuck at a local farm waiting for a mix up to be fixed. I called and asked if they delivered and they said they would because they were slow. That gets 5 stars. I will give them another 5 if it makes it on time and is tasty like the reviews promise! I am so hungry! Thank you for going the extra mile! :) Food was 5 mins longer, but worth the wait. I had the Chicken Parm Spaghetti with extra cheese and an Apple Pizza for dessert. I will be eating for about 3 days on this so much food and so delicious. Awesome delivery driver. Never even received the where are you call. He came straight to my truck. 5 stars!

At 4:30pm...Called in an order to be delivered. They stated 45 minutes. We realize that calling in an order to this place is like playing Russian roulette, although if we called early would be ok. That could cover anything to taking an hour an a half past your stated time...to cold food, an order wrong etc. We weren’t ok!I called 6pm and complained. It hadn’t even been started yet. They said they were busy. I stated I called at 430pm to place my order which means they delivered to people who called in an order after us. I told them I expected a discount for having to wait. They knocked $5 off a $44 order. I called again after 630pm. Terrible time getting through. Naturally my frustration spilleth over. I ended up getting on the phone and said I expect our order for now and for free rather loudly. I had 4 adults and a 3 yr old starved all because this was pourly managed business. The ironic thing is they want $15 an hour.Ridiculously! The manager/owner isnt even worth that! If you want something delivered don’t go there.BTW....I’m sure you’re asking your self why we just didnt go picked it up? One of us just got out of the hospital, one has a broken foot, the other is disabled and the 3 yr old isn’t allowed to drive yet!

This place has really went down hill. Had stop ordering from here for about 2 yrs. Decided to try again. Ordered twice in the past month and order was wrong on both occasions. They did however correct the problem. Probably won't be back. Will stick with one of the other pizza joints that's around.

The 1 star rating I gave was the maximum that I am willing to give to this poorly ran business. I have a lot of personal inside knowledge of this establishment and I know for a fact that this place would not meet the standards of most people if they knew only a portion of what I know.I would never recommend this place to anyone. There are (even in Hicksville) better options for 'Eating Out'!

They were so friendly and I had to wait for my pizza because it had been made wrong..which I was not upset I just waited, they offered me the messed up pizza free and a 2 liter..i said you didn't have to and thank you..it was very sweet of them..great service and even better pizza

Dropped someone's pizza on the floor and still served it to them I don't know how many times they've done that to others but it's highly unsanitary especially since the employees wear the shoes they work in outside in a muddy day
