Well I made a special trip to come to this wash hoping for the best. I did see tons of bad reviews on quality. But I needed to get washed for my customer on Monday for an over size load. I am disappointed in the quality of the wash. Missed a ton of spots that shouldn't have been missed. Compared to blue beacon, or a bunch of other washes I've been to, this one is in the lower level. Only for quality management and wash bay employee professionalism. Price was decent. People in the chrome shop where you have to pay were really nice, and the chrome shop is very nice for the size. I sure hope they fix the quality issues. We work hard for the money we spend to keep our equipment looking good.

I was not impressed with this Truckomat at all. Went in with a bobtail truck and they charged me $20 extra because my sleeper was 30” too long!!These photos are after I got them to redo it.

Worst car wash I have ever been to. The guys work slowly and rudely. after their work, I myself washed the stains for another 30 minutes. I don't recommend anyone to come here

This is an honest review. I leave good and bad ones.They did a good job on the drop deck frame part most places won't touch the inside rails or anything but they didThe wheels I had to buy water and some rags and get the stuff off them. Just normal light dust and road stuff from the last 2 weeks.All of the chrome/ polished aluminum was scrubbed with dirty water I've done it plenty of times myself to know what that looks like.Still was loose bugs on the drivers side I guess they thought the spot free would take them off.All in all I give it a 3 star review just because of the trailer inside rails. I had to water my microfiber rags and scrub everything to make it look good. About 45 minutes.

I wiped things down the best I could after my wash today, went a few miles down the road to get parked only to find water (soap?) spots over EVERYTHING that won't wipe away! I'd go back if it wasn't for me being with a permit load. Having been to most Truckomat washes with great results, I'll definitely be driving past this location in the future.

They were doing fairly normal, a little bit worse than expected. But overall business can survive in the industry due to fact that there is no blue beacon truck wash... saw few bad reviews but they have to understand they wash what they see, when the truck is wet, it is difficult to see where is dirty where is not... so mine experience was not bad as one or 2 stars but 4 stars for what did not take an attention to fact that, they have to wash whole truck, even if it doesnt seem dirty... thank you guys for normal $50 wash.

THE WORST truck wash i have ever gotten. On September 6, 2021 i wasted $120 for truck, trailer and and engine wash. I showed the attendants 4 times the same dirty spots and they still didn't get the truck clean. Plus the trailer brushes were broke down, so i payed $32 extra dollars to have the sides brushed with what must have been dirty water. Went to the Blue Beacon in Wytheville, Va that same day and only paid $79 and received 100 times better service. P.S. I reached out to the manager the next day and was told he was busy. I gave my name and contact information snd never received any response.

Hello, today I washed my truck here and still something horrible, one of the worst washes in my 9 years as a truck owner, I do not recommend it, it is a waste of money

Every time I go here they do a worse job. I think I am officially done at this point with doing business with them. I paid $63 for a truck wash and wax. The job that they did I wouldn’t give $20 for.

Worst truck wash I have ever been and never again . I paid $75 for all works wash and I didn’t get even the basic wash for that price. Even after I made a complaint and they have to rewash it , it still dirty. All the staff there, they don’t know what they are doing.If I leave the truck on the rain, the rain will do better job than their work. 05/01/21

Staff inside clearly explained the options and upgrades. Wash staff did an excellent job on my pickup truck and horse trailer. Looks brand new!

This is the second time I got a washout here in the past month. This time was slightly better than last time and that's not saying anything. The holes in the floor were still clogged, but the tech would ONLY spray them out IF he saw debris. And the outside where he washed the debris out was covered in debris, which was not even offered to be washed until I brought it up to him.It doesn't matter if sediment from the road accumulates while driving, you do your job!

EDIT: They finally stopped talking to their friends in the parking lot. Unfortunately the inside of the trailer was still dirty. AVOID COMING HERE.Don't come here. The employees are more busy talking with their friends in the parking lot than actually working.

Used to be my favorite place to come and get truck wash but not anymore, i was there last night for truck and trailer wash, paid $98 it was a waste they didn’t do a good job. I don’t recommend this place and i will never come back

I pulled into this location tried the door it was locked so I pulled around to the back apparently over some scales it was the nearest road around the building.Then some guy that looked homeless told me you can't drive there you're supposed to go around, (the fuel pumps and 20 trucks that looks like a fuel station) okay whatever homeless guy try putting some signs up or maybe an employee inside the entrance.Then he goes up to a window and starts talking to someone else, as I approach the window he says no you have to go around the building and pay there.This is information he could have given me when he was complaining about where I drove in his unmanned car wash.So rather than trying to pay at a third or fourth or fifth location I drove to another truck wash I recommend everyone else do the same, the homeless are angry at this locationIf I had been to this location before I would have known I have to go around the truck wash I needed pass the fuel station I didn't need to get to the entrance to then walk around the building to payMay want to consider hiring some employees that look like they bathe if they are going to be the one greeting your customer and chasing them away

Yet another "truck wash" that pretends to do there job. Paid $97 and I specifically mentioned, get the back of the sleeper... This $#@& hole makes Streaking Beacon look better and better.
