Nice little pet play area around back! More than just a little chain link square, there are a few different training games to play with- an adjustable height vault, raised platform, jumping hoops and a little tunnel. Very nice! Wish more people would clean up after their pets, though- waste bags and a bin are RIGHT THERE but most choose to just kick rocks over their pet's waste instead, it seems. Though I wouldn't take points off from the establishment for their patrons' poor behavior, lots of the waste appears to be older and so I'd expect someone to come out and clean up every once and a while. That said, would come back if it was on our route.

As far as truck stops go, this one is pretty nice: clean drinks area, plentiful dining options, and a big inventory of useful items. The service is notably different. Truckers and travelers who stop in regularly are warmly greeted while first-time car driver customers are treated in a perfunctory manner. Minus one star because there is no diner, though.

Friendly staff and most of the time you can find a parking space. But, the ladies restroom smelled really bad and was in desperate need of a good cleaning. Your only food option is Popeyes (no thank you!) because the other two restaurants seemed to closed. ALOT! Loved their dog park! My little one really had a good time playing around with a couple of her buddies!

Well I typically don’t ever see myself ever giving a location one star as you gotta be able to find something that was good. However besides the ambul and of parking that was available and people saying that it wasn’t which was slightly annoyin, I couldn’t find anything else to report great. The lot is not very even making most parts be part of some type of door angle which can make for an uncomfortable night of sleep. Sure wasn’t very stuck with either snacks or drinks however the beer cooler was extremely stocked which seems to me priorities need to be a little different at this location. That being said the shower wasn’t very clean either there was some type of white tacky residue all over the wall and floor. Although the promise on the wash states that you get two sets of towels one bathmat this clearly wasn’t the case in my shower. The water seem to only have two temperatures blistering hot or cold can I get it to be warm for the life of me. As far as water pressure goes imagine holding a hose with your thumb on it and just having it shoot out at you all erratically that was the extent of that shower. One other thing I typically don’t do Is speak about the hygiene of customer service. The attendant who assisted me seem to have some type of severe dandruff and I’m not talking the dust particle kind I’m talking the glazed caked up chipped kind that you would see at the bottom of a donut bag. Now again typically I wouldn’t say anything however twice I purchase something on the way into the shower and I’m on the way to shower I want to approach the cash register he dusted his shoulders off towards me and I just thought to myself obviously you know that you’ve got some type of condition going on what makes you think it’s acceptable to do such this gesture. Furthermore this individual is also preparing the hot food items which means there is a potential if not I’m almost certain that some of these flakes are falling in the food.

You can expect to pop into this lovely TA at 3am to find no one at the counter. Stand there for somewhere between 20 and 40 minutes until a shadowy l shapely young women(guessing), comes out to tell you there's a 4-8 hour wait to replace a tire. Empty shop, and clearly not busy but no worries! We don't like to work! Better luck somewhere else😊

This is pretty close to home for me so I do tend to stop often. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. I cannot honestly say I remember a time when the store wasn't clean. They stay on top of that. They have the best donuts ever, which comes from Gypsy Joe's freshly made from Lancaster. Things are a little pricey but of course you're paying for the convenience and location and seriously let's not forget.... What hasn't had a price increase in today's world? Their prices are still lower than their competitors truck stop down the road. I won't mention any names cough cough...Pilot lol ! Oh, I almost forgot, my absolute favorite thing about TA is there is a little Doggy Playground outback for your fur baby to stretch their legs. My boys love to stop there and play. It's well kept as well. The store has a nice selection of pet products such as food, treats, toys and other essentials . Bob evans, Popeyes chicken and Sbarro's Pizza are also attached. I wish the restaurants had later hours but again that seems to be typical these days. I'm just grateful the truck stop is open 24/7. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication . It really shows!

I wish, I could give you 0 🌟. I came for oil change, and I was told it will be 1 hour and half wait time. I called after 1 hour and 45 minutes. The guy who checked me in answered the phone and said.you are voided and we will not give you any service because you called instead of waiting my call. I came in side and asked the manager. He said I am the manager and the owner of this store. I asked if there is any one else I can talk with, and his name. The answer he gave me was! My name is Robert, I am the manager and there is no one above me. This is shame for TA to have those kind employees. He is probably disgusting and defaming your business. I hope you take an action.

Great truck stop with about everything and anything you could want or need when traveling I-70 east of Columbus, OH in Hebron, OH. The TA also has a Popeye’s Chicken, Sbarro Pizza and a Bob Evans restaurant attached to the center. Plenty of parking, gas pumps and enough room to walk the dog! An absolute must stop if you’re hungry or need any road essentials!

The folks here are very nice. There's a laundromat and a little mini theater and game room upstairs. The bathrooms were clean and nice. The showers are comfy and roomy. Adding photos of the shower.

What a fantastic place to stop. If you have pets or kids, or just wanna go shoot some hoops, throw some bean bags or horeshoes. They have it.If you want to have a little picnic under a covered picnic table they have it.The shop is amazing as well. Very clean, eager to work. Very refreshing.Church service as well.Store is very nice.Please if you like what they have please help maintain it, keeping it ckean. Pick up after your pets. This is one of those times that I recommended for a long stay here you can get some good food not the best as usual but you can get some good food going to get some Popeyes there and get some good chicken get yourself a good shower service is nice parking is big it's comfortable and it's not all crazy all over the place of course you guys are around ta you want to fix something in your truck trailer here is the place to be he shot that baby and get rolling.

Had a carrier bearing fail thirty miles from location called and they sent two techs to do the job they arrived when they said they would and i appreciated Jay and his associates hard work on getting my issue resolved in a timely manner communicating with each other asking questions training each other and just getting it done l. It was a tough job great work at a fair price if in the area and need service or omg service you will not be disappointed thanks guys have a great evening and I hope your managers see this and appreciate how you represent our industry thank you

These guys and gals were great. I came in to get pm and an inspection. I didn’t wait long and the guys in the shop was very patient and kind to me. If I’m ever back in the area and need some help with something this will be where I come back to. Thanks a lot for all of your help and patience ❤️💫

Good service and travel stop off if I-70. I think at one point it had a Bob Evans, which has been replaced by a sit down diner, would recommend the Popeyes if you are choosing between the two 🍗

Nice place to get a shower, very clean and the people in the building was nice. Will definitely recommend if you are looking for a nice establishment then TA Travel Center is where you should stop.

Noah was a great Mechanic! he did a great job on my truck. dot on truck and trailer, break and seal change all in under 2 hours. Hard worker, efficient, and definitely knows what he's doing.

Bathrooms were kinda clean. Not one of the best truck stops I’ve stopped at but not the worst either. Overall I’d say a 3/5 for cleanliness, organization, service & variety

It might just be me. But I think these are the dumbest shower heads they can have. I once had a fiancé who put these shower heads in my house and I took them out. Got rid of them and got rid of her. Other than that the place is okay

Parking is good. The staff is friendly and does their job effectively. The bob Evans inside has good food at good prices. Close to the interstate for a quick stop without a hassle of getting too far off the big road.18 Oct 2019, Shop told me about 1-2 hours for full service. Thinking great.... 3 hrs later they were telling me it would be at least another 2 hrs. Why not just be honest up front.

Restaurant and store very clean. Shop service is terrible. Arrived at 3 pm today to get a service done and get lights repaired. Was told it was shift change and I was the first guy at 4 when new shift started. At 430 I asked and was told the guy is always late. 5 pm he showed up 510 was pulled in bay. It’s 630 and instead of working on just mine he is doing two oil changes and hasn’t looked at the lights. I told the service manager not to worry about the lights. I will fix them myself. Won’t make the mistake of using this location again. 30 miles from home and spending the day here.

Well I’ve been told another 20 min for the last two hours. An hour ago I was pulled up behind the bay and still haven’t pulled me in. Meanwhile the red Chevy truck is having its oil and what not checked and the ford is sitting with its lights on just sitting. Guys walk across the shop back and forth and no one pays no mind to the trucks that need to be worked on

Very nice!Lots of diesel pumps, restrooms and parking spaces. Very clean and that includes the pumps. Fuel was fast and pumps worked perfect. So rare to see a TA in this shape, wish there were more.

The kid cleaning the showers 5/7/23 around 7:30p wasn’t even cleaning the showers. Literally walked up, threw fresh towels in and reset the door for the next person to shower. Wasn’t like they were busy and needed to get people in. We pay $15+ for these showers we at least expect you to keep them somewhat hygienic and wipe the sink, toilet and shower down!Bob Evans closes at 9 but they close the doors at 8p so nobody can get seated.Why does it seem like nobody wants to actually work? Whatever happened to taking pride in your job and in your work?

Idk about all of the other showers, but shower #1 is a freakin closet. Tiny tiny tiny. Shower heads are dumb, especially for that small of a shower.
