We don't have Kroger's where I live in Maine, and after going here I wish we did. Nice layout, clean store, and friendly staff.

Pharmacy is pretty garbage. Drive-thru is NEVER open. Always a line 5-10 people deep inside. Obviously not enough people working in the department. Had a script sent in at 10am, their automated system texted said it would be done at 3pm. By 6pm it was still showing processing. Called the pharmacy, they said it would be ready in 30 minutes. I show up an hour later, still not ready, needs check by pharmacist, 10 minutes and guess what? To the end of the 10 person line that I already waited in once. 7-8 hours later, its finally ready. Ridiculous! Only reason they get 2 stars is because the rest of the store is O.K. But nothing special. 2 sets of self check-outs, only 1 thats actually ever open. 2 regular registers open max at any given time. Online shopping/pickup seems to do pretty well.

Cashier was ok, the bag girl yelled at my son (2) and told me my kids needed to b disciplined better. Never met this person before in my life, don't tell me how to raise my children. Won't shop there again unless it's a dire emergency.

Kroger bakery in Hebron..... Do better!! This is so flipping ugly that when my husband brought it to the party, I was instantly peeved! I honestly have no idea how someone liked at this and said " looks good". I honestly think they looked at it, and said "ehhh good enough" **** updated to add, the cake itself was delicious! Just bad writing

Clean ,well stocked. Service was good, other then bagger forgot to put a couple items in cart. Some items are cheaper to buy by the bag verses single item, like apples , baked potatoes.

I have been a loyal customer of this store for a few years now, and Kroger overall for my entire life, going to the location on the Hilltop in Columbus, later Hilliard, and now Hebron/Buckeye Lake. I rarely write 1-star reviews (check my history). However, after my recent experience with this store, I am left with no choice. It all started when I was purchasing two Home Depot gift cards, so I could get my fuel points, which Kroger heavily advertises. I was going to buy a new dishwasher for around $750, and a few accessories, so I figured I'd go ahead and pick up two $500 Home Depot gift cards. I picked them up and went to the register. I walked up to the cashier, who was named Caylee, and who advised me that they had to be rung up separately due to the amounts. Ok, no big deal. Rung up the first one, paid. Rung up the second one, paid. But, wait! She told me the second card wouldn't activate...and she didn't know why. After getting another worker, and the manager on duty, no one could figure out why...(the activation notice said "ALREADY ACTIVATED...this will come up later so hold that thought). I did not understand what was going on, but I did know that I got charged for BOTH $500 because my bank's app alerted me as such. Upon telling them this, they said ok, they would have to refund me the $500 and then we could activate a new (different) card. I said okay, I will take the refund, but because it didn't post immediately (the manager said it could be up to a FEW DAYS!), I didn't have enough in my account to cover another $500 transaction. So, I would have to wait until the refund came through, or just forego the second $500 gift card and fuel points. No big deal. Fast forward a few days later, when I go to use the gift card on my purchase...it says the card number is invalid. Upon further investigation, it appears that this card was never activated! Then, upon further investigation, it turns out that the activation receipt I was given does NOT match up to the numbers on the gift card. It didn't take me long to realize what had happened...Caylee had given me the WRONG card, the one that was actually not activated, and had kept (or thrown away) the one that DID have my $500 on it. At this point, I was upset, but I figured a quick trip over to the store would resolve this. After all, the store and its employees had made this error that cost me $500, not me, so I am sure they will resolve it quickly! Boy, was I wrong. I will spare you a lot of details, but my trip to the store was totally unhelpful, and the management team of Josey and Drew, while polite, did absolutely nothing to show any value of me as a customer. They basically told me there was nothing they could do, and that I needed to call 1-800-KROGERS. Okay, well, at this point I am not happy at all. But, I figure that a call to corporate will resolve this issue, as the store was in error, obviously, and they have taken my money. Well, over TWO hours of phone calls later (95% of which involved being on-hold, including over 45 minutes straight), they REFUSE to resolve my issue whatsoever. Get this...they told me to contact Home Depot! What do they have to do with this? Your cashier messed up twice, not only in charging me in error, but also giving me a gift card that had no value on it! What does, what even COULD the Home Depot do about this? They did nothing wrong! Aside from not wanting to sit on the phone for another TWO HOURS like with Kroger, I actually expect them to tell me they cannot do anything. They were not at fault! I am at my wits end. Budget is tight, and $500 is actually our monthly grocery budget. Why would I continue to shop at a store that, and I can't think of any better term, STOLE my money, and refuses to return it? I only have a couple of options left, and I will be filing a lawsuit in small claims court of Licking County to have my money which they took from me, returned. I hate that it has come to this, but what else can you do? The Kroger Company, you have lost a lifetime customer and a brand loyalist, over $500. :(

I’m very disappointed in the Kroger in Hebron. Ever since Covid they have not gotten that store back on its feet. The shelves are usually bare they don’t carry items they use to carry prior to Covid. Very disappointing. I told myself before I was going to go to Lancaster Kroger. I forgot and went to Hebron and was disappointed again.

I shopped Kroger for the first time online. My original bill was 248.12. After I picked up my groceries, I was charged an additional 286.54. When I called the 800 number that I was given by the courtesy desk at Kroger, I was told that because I used a debit card, there was an additional charge to make sure that payment was covered properly. The additional amount would reappear in my account in 3 to 5 business days if the original payment went through properly. In the meantime, my checking account was overdrawn. Thank you very much Kroger. I will be deciding whether I ever shop Kroger again.

The sushi at Kroger is the absolute worst 🤮 They are now using low quality ingredients, are omitting ingredients and the portion sizes is almost half of what it used to be. No matter if there is a $6 sushi Wednesday I wouldn’t waste my money on this mush as it’s no longer filling. While shopping, employees in the drink restocking aisles had both drink aisles completely blocked off with restocking carts and they didn’t care. Kroger in Hebron has gone down hill in quality, when was the last time anyone had bought strawberries here that weren’t moldy in a few days?

If no stars was an option I would definitely have selected it. At 9:45 I walked into the store with my nephews to get food for breakfast real quick and I was greated at the door by a older woman that told me I had 5 minutes to get what I needed and told me I better hurry up. If it was that big of a deal that you wanted to close the store so quickly so you can rush home you should have locked to doors sooner. I will gladly drive further out of my way from here on out to another Kroger. This location is a joke and super unprofessional

Hebron Kroger is good. I like to stop here on way home from Columbus. Great selection on prepared foods. Great produce. Well shopped store so things are fresh. Health and beauty area is huge. I always find what I need. Staff are so nice.

DO NOT PLACE PICK UP ORDER, they will take way longer than it would if u would just go in and shop it’s absolutely ridiculous, it’s happened at least 4 times I’ve given them lots of chances to be better , just keeps getting worse I’m officially done with Krogers pick up . Pretty sad when Walmart is a lot more efficient and gets the job done . Krogers employees on the inside are very friendly, I will say that I will 100% just go in to shop. Hope this stops u from wasting lots of time like me!

Grocery PICK UP is terrible! They never substitute stuff they just don’t give it to you at all. & every time I come here to pick up groceries I’m waiting longer then 20 minutes to even get them because they never have your order ready. They have hours to put your order together. Absolutely terrible and management needs to step in and fix this problem. ASAP.

Worst pharmacy. Two days in a row I went there with a promise of having my Brochitis meds ready.Wasted my time, money, and gas for the lame excuse of being short staffed.

The meat department has gone to h*** in a handbasket. The meat and seafood counter is frequently totally empty and shut down, and the other shelfs are bare. There are occasionally decent produce, but nothing that you can count on. Seems to be an ongoing problem.

Online shopping: picked up my order and 1/2 of it was missing. Received call that they had the rest of the order. Come get it. I told the girl I’d come back tomorrow and she told me they would hold the order. Went back to pickup rest of order next day and someone in the department put it back on the shelves despite a note saying to hold for me. I sat in designated parking spot for at least an hour for someone to pick the order again. I was not very happy about that.

In order to get a discount you have to use digital coupons, but when they won't scan or download, even with the help of an employee, the cashier can not fix the problem. NO, you have to go stand in line at customer service. It's ridiculous, worse shopping trip I have ever had at a store. Then they have Pop Tarts posted for $1.99 but they rang up $2.99. told the cashier, but when got to parking lot ,saw this and had to come back in and stand in line at customer service. I was almost in tears when I left. Stupid system, the Krogers card should just work. I was in there another time and wifi wouldn't even work. The employees were nice enough, but Krogers digital coupon sucks.

The store has a general dirty feeling to it, especially in the deli. The icing on the cake is the Pick-Up. I get and understand the labor shortages, etc., but don't let me select a time that won't be available. I received a text at the time my order was due for pickup that they were running behind and to come an hour later. Inconvenient, but not a huge deal. I showed up an hour later to be told that my order hadn't even been started! I was told I could come back the next day (22 hours later). So I did. We showed up at the agreed upon time to be told, again, that our order hadn't even been started. No communication from the store. Two wasted trips and an empty kitchen.

I shop here and fill/pickup all my medical prescriptions at times here aswell. Tremendously busy most times but considering the location it's nothing other then to be expected. Employees are always helpful if you need it and the men's restroom has always been clean and is large enough to prevent any sort of standing lines to get into it. Prices goods for everyone to enjoy. The pharmacy gets extremely busy at times but I've become rather used-to-this and nowadays it doesn't bother me much. Karts are always are well stocked and available & electric scooters for those of us that need them are plentiful and available.

I go to this store often and the last month it has been a disaster. Shelves are empty and looks very bad. Is this new management? Or the fact no one wants to work there?

Always understaffed. The Kroger employees at this location seem to be very disgruntled do to current management at this store. The most common items seem always be out of stock. The produce never looks good and most times items are not in stock. The store is not easy to move around and is dirty.

Wish these small Towns would get it together and build new kroger's like every other normal city does. More Variety and bigger aisles better parking better all around shopping experience.

They sell gift cards without activating them, leading to the purchaser being left without any money. They refuse to help you once this has happened. They're nothing but scam artists.

Worst store and pharmacy. They have no clue what they are doing. If I could give a zero I would. Say they have pills ready and done. But wasn't then they blame the doctor. But yet they weren't refill fromscript from Dr. It was a refill for already done script and said they don't have my insurance on file and want to charge me for pills who has over a thousand dollars for medss not 1 med but 2 yeah right

It has got every store beat in the fruits/veggies dept. I love the dropping prices. And they always have the best deals and selections in the health and beauty dept. Every single employee there, if it's the first day or ready to retire have the most positive attitudes I've ever seen at any work establishment. Every employee will stop to chat or offer assistance and make sure you are 100% satisfied with your shopping. And you'll most likely leave this Kroger with a huge smile walking out the doors.

Probably due to the time of day I was there, I was able to finish my shopping quickly and easily with barely a wait at the register. Everything on my list was in stock and the produce I wanted was fresh. The only store employee I encountered was the cashier who was courteous and friendly. This was a little better experience than what I usually experience, I hope this improvement continues.
