Close 30 + mins before actual closing for no reason other than wanting to be lazy and want to clean so as soon as 10:00 rolls around they can clock out. They also will walk right past you and ignore your knocks. Literally acting like you don’t exist.

I was in there Friday, a gentleman and a lady was working she was telling him that she was on a 14 day stretch. That they were closing the door at 7:00.I am sure certain customer are aweful... Customer Service isnt for everyone. its a job and it pays the bills...I had forgot my bank card, and I used the self check out and he huffed and puffed.. he had to re-ring up everything.. I did try to make it super easy and I helped pass him things to put it back in the bag..but still he huffed and puffed.. like wow Ok.I apologize, because I didnt mean to forget..but life happens

I never had any issues with staff. Yes, sometimes the isles are cluttered with totes. I believe this is times where a shipment to stock the store has arrived. Staff could use some extra hands on these days. I always notice cashiers running back and forth and sometimes there is only one employee when there should be at the most two. Cashiers need breaks sometimes. They are human beings and may need to use the bathroom a time or two. Overall, every employee I have encountered there are nice and if cashiers seem grouchy, they just may be overworked, or need to use the bathroom and can't because there are customers to check out. Two people always and one for back up, an as needed employee. Kudos to employees!

They had a pretty good selection of things. Most items were stocked well. The store was organized pretty well, also. They had no clothing or shoe aisle anymore however.

Not too bad at all this time. The batteries i was looking for were much cheaper than expected. I even got more money back for my change than owed. So 2 thumbs up!

Staff is always very nice and friendly until today. I was in sometime around 2. The cashier was a women who looked to be around 50 or so with dark rimmed glasses. As I waited in line she chatted with customers before me and was extremely friendly. She scanned my item, I swiped my card and she snapped at me that it was declined and asked me what type of card it was. I replied that it was an EBT card.. she then got extremely rude and seemed disgusted that I was using EBT and snapped at me that I wasnt doing it right.I'm already ashamed that I'm having to use assistance due to losing my job but the way she made me feel was absolutely ridiculous and I would consider bullying. I hope she doesnt make everyone who uses ebt feel this way.

Sometimes their friendly and sometimes not. The isles are always crowded with stuff in them. The prices are often cheaper than Kroger's, especially on milk.

The Hebron + Buckeye Lake Dollar General Stores REALLY Need to hire People that actually Have Manners + that actually Like People, it is Ridiculous how Rude they are to Customers.......Just for FYI, if you Don't Like dealing with People +/or Customers, then you Shouldn't be working in a Customer Service Position...Duh!! lol

Love the employees they have excellent customer service , they are so friendly, cheerful and ALWAYS willing to help you. The store is clean and NEVER a mess. I will pass other DG stores just to go to this one.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Things like dog food are priced higher than they are at Kroger but I can't get out of there without spending $30.

Great prices and variety of goods. Awesome staff members that will help however they can. Nice hours with them staying open till 10:00pm.

Clerk was great. Store was very dirty. Customers leave much to be desired. Drug use in the store ? Just wow.

It's a complete mess, can't get down idles, things are thrown all over the place. Need ppl to do stock at night when the store is closed. Their to cheap to hired anyone.

Nobody is ever up front to ring you out, Sale tags are always wrong, a few of the people who work there are not nice at all you can tell they don't even want to be there.
