I ordered the Open Faced Brisket which was supposed to have chunks of meat, what I got was a very thin slice of brisket (1) for just under 18 dollars. When the server asked how our meal was, I tried to say something and she walked away as I was talking. Don’t know if she didn’t hear me or what because she was great. Nothing against her and taste wise. My food tasted fine just the amount of meat you get for what you pay was definitely not worth it.

I ordered two shredded chicken sandwiches and I must say someone needs to teach then how to make them! Not shredded..big hunks of chicken and that was it..very very dry no moisture at all. Unexceptable!...I talked to Amy at Clays and she was so sorry about our order. I understand they are changing a few things and trying to make things better. She made things right with us which we are grateful for. We have been customers there for over 50 years and will continue to be. Thank you Amy!

I love this place! Staff is always extremely helpful and friendly and the restaurant overall is always clean. Don't forget the restrooms! They are super clean as well and have been every time I've been in there. The food here is definitely great although I believe I've only had dinner once in this restaurant. I am normally a banana split or milkshake guy when I go. They're ice cream is to definitely die for! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great little ice cream parlor that serves food with big flavors.

The wife and I stopped here randomly.. glad we did 😁👍 very good food and service. I should have taken some pictures, but I was Too hungry. 😁 it is an Old school diner, Cool bar with 50s style fixed stools. We had a stromboli, very tasty and also a burger, wife had a milkshake. It was excellent 👌Kid-friendliness: They had game's to play.

Walked in on a road trip to Pennsylvania and this was on the way. A little off the interstate but I am always looking for unique non chain restaurants to eat at whenever possible and convenient. This place really fit the mark! Super neat place with a mixture of Nostalgia for older places and Modernized with some amenities (bathrooms). I ordered a Burger and Fries. The process was a little confusing when I walked in the young lady asked me what I wanted to order and so I placed it immediately upon entrance but realized after the fact that it was being set up as a take out not Dine in. I decided to Dine in and they accommodated easy enough but the food was brought out in take out containers. No Big deal and if I ever pass this direction again it is sure to be on my radar.

We really enjoyed our visit to this small town diner. Our waitress Lindsey was very nice and professional. Its always hard to take 3 small children out to lunch, but they were very accomidating. We loved the frys that seemed like the ones at the fair. My daughter and I got the calzone. Oh my it was delious. Worth the stop. Then to top if off they have hand dipped ice cream. Thar was amazing. The had a fantastic carrot cake if you are not in the mood for ice cream. Over all this was a very good experience.

This is one of the best pizzas I have ever had. It is like my favorite pizza as a kid JJ's pizza in Nelsonville combined with my favorite thin pizzas in Columbus Tommy's in Upper Arlington, Rubinos, and Carluccis. If you are anywhere near Hebron try it out. I wish I had room for dessert as they had an amazing ice cream selection as well.

Can't tell you about the food because the service at the door was so bad I left.They weren't even busy and had tables waiting to be seated.The host Joshua was unpleasant and Rude.A lot of workers standing around doing nothing but looking at their phones.

I LOVE their stromboli! Also they have a great selection of ice cream. I got a peanut butter fudge milkshake and it was made perfectly. I have been to Clays about 5 times and I drive quite a ways to get there, but its worth it

I am on the road constantly, and always enjoy trying out the iconic restaurants in smaller towns. Alas, I have high standards and am often disappointed by the fare.Clay's breaks that tradition. Although the service was spotty, the atmosphere non-existent, and some of the staff downright grating, the Stromboli IS in fact worth writing home about!Stromboli is a dish that (in my opinion) is seldom good and never great. Until now. This was fantastic! The portion size was HUGE, and I had the small! The flavors of the ingredients were rich and lively! The inner dough was soft, and the outer dough was impossibly light, crispy, and flaky! The sauce was a perfect viscosity for the purpose, and was umami rich and perfectly seasoned!This Stromboli is genuinely worth making a special stop for!On a side note unrelated to this visit, I had had their ice cream about a year ago on a different stop through Hebron, and found it to be quite tasty as well!

This place is awesome. We won a gift certificate from a car show we went to about 4 years ago or so. We got the chance to try a stromboli. We loved it. We have brought family and friends here and they love it. We are about 35 to 40 minutes away and we come here about once a month. I recommend Clay's often and I will keep recommending it.
